Best place on the plateau to get any type of flooring you need. They are extremely experienced. They know their products they know what to use in each application. If they dont have exactly what someone wants they can have it theyre very fast. Again best place in Crossville and the surrounding area to get any type of flooring you need!

Called twice a week ago for someone to come out and look at pricing for installation of vinyl. No phone call received from anyone to come to house or let us know when available. Carla lost a sale and Crossville carpet lost my business. I am glad they are doing so well, they do not need additional clients.

I have been trying to get them to finish my job for 15 months. After I called the last time. The manager told me that I was making him mad and that he would not finish the job . Which they was paid for 15 months ago. People that does not do what they promise. Are not worth dealing with. The job was not complete. You knew that I was having new sliding doors put in. The installer said if needed that he would come back and put trim in front of the door. That was not done. Also by the bathtub I asked him to finish it right up to the tub. Because the person that put in the tub didnt trim it right. Again the installer said that he would. Again not done. Also in the middle of the living room the floor has come apart. The manager didnt care to hear any of this. It made him mad and hung up on me. If this is what you want go for it. They DID NOT KEEP THEIR WORD WITH ME. DONT LISTEN TO WHAT THE INSTALLER TELLS YOU. HAVE EVERY LITTLE DETAIL PUT IN WRITING .I wish that I could post pictures so that you could judge for yourself if this type of quality that you would settle for. Very poor quality

Tabitha Mullins helped us pick out carpet for two of our rooms. We told her what we wanted and she was very knowledgeable about what we should use in each room. We were impressed. The job is now done and we love it!

Tabitha Mullins was great to work with. I had contacted SEVERAL local contractors-couldnt get even a phone call back and we needed a floor repaired as required by our bank. She got us someone to repair and install new flooring. The Laminate we picked out from there looks like hardwood and is a vast improvement over the carpet in the dining area.

Working with these folks has been easy. They are professional, honest people who take pride in their job. Carla, Ron and Howard have improved our home and its been a pleasure doing business with them.

Just had new carpet and tile installed in our TN home by Troy with Crossville Wholesale Carpet. Troy did a meticulous job and the pride in his work really shows on the finished product. Took a piece of carpeting I had from an extra room and had them put binding on it to use as an area rug in my living room. The price was good and did the job in a couple days. The young man who did binding was very helpful.

CWC helped me pick out the carpet I needed, order it and have it installed all within a 5 day time period! The carpet is beautiful and soft. The installer, George, was professional and efficient and did a great job.

Beware of this placeI was told I would be charged 1,491.00 for 2 days labor.I was surprised it would take that long for 450 feet but I thought maybe it would be complicated but it was almost a straight shot.well they were here almost 7 hours and that was with their breaks and all they had to stretch it to make 7 hours.I know this as I was sitting on my porch watching it the whole time.I went in today thinking I would only be paying for 1 day . they said they didnt care that I had to pay the 1,491.00 anyways.thats 71 dollars an hour for them.I wonder how many more people they have put it to.next I am going to the BBB and to the Fairfield glade Vista and Crossville chronicle. people need to know how they are.I know when I go anywhere I will get the word around. this is pitiful.

I was very unhappy with the staff at crossville wholesale carpet after purchasing carpet for my mothers house I was told there was a special that included free installation I had gone in and got the floor ready for the carpet installers but after the job was completed I was told I still owed almost 400 dollars for labor even though I had already done everything required to just install the carpet I asked for itemized statement to what the labor charge was for but was refused the request BUYERS BEWARE FOR ADDED CHARGES WILL NOT RECOMMEND THRM
