For those who shop at the Walmart in country club hills be advised!!!! The meat in this establishment is kept in deplorable conditions. The fresh meat is kept next to rotting meat. This rotting meat is kept in garbage cans for month on end and sometimes they donate this same meat to charity. They also have a rat infection that they havent fixed. People have even reported getting sick from the food there. It would be in your interest to proceed with caution when buying anything from this particular walmart.

Something quick and fast! This is your place right off Interstate 57, easy to get to also have a tire and battery shop there.

This is one Walmart where I can easily find everything I need compared to others. I shop here in morning or late in the evening. Im normally in and out.

Bought tires, had them installed here, & there was a nail in the BRAND NEW TIRE pulled right out of the shop. In order for it to be repaired or replaced, they said I must purchase the warranty. I was under the impression the warranty is for when I drive the car with the new tires, not when I purchase a brand new set of 4 goodyear tires & have the car pulled out with a nail in it. Im pretty sure its a scam of theirs but cant prove anything. Just go at your own risk.

Found almost everything I went for. It was nice not having to walk around boxes, the aisles were clear. Employees were welcoming, helpful and pleasant.

They used to have a better selection of food a lot of the stuff that used to sell they dont sell anymore they have a large turnover in employees some of them care some of them dont, a used to be a good place to buy food in door and eat or take out but I wouldnt go there anymore you couldnt pay me to go there.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Unlike many other walmarts n the city Ive visited where they were all ghetto. This place was emasculate well deserve. 5 stat rating for me here. Just get those carts placed back in the store so folks wont hve to grab them from out side before coming in. Other than that. Great place.

This is a terrible ghetto Walmart. I only go there when ABSOLUTELY necessary. Inventory is non-existent. The employees are young, shiftless and lazy. Im was going to the Money Center which was closed for some reason. Two female employees that were entering and talking indignantly said it was closed. I asked what time does it close. They said 8 oclock. I said You mean in fifteen minutes? It was 7:45. She then said The system is down. 8 times out of 10, I cant do what I came there for. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Although theres a lot of stuff depleted from the shells its still a great place to shop

A mess! Walmart needs to get better with their ordering system. The delivery and even their pick up service leaves alot to be desired.I take advantage of these services because Im having knee pain and walking long distances is troublesome.I placed an order for delivery and after getting a message that the delivery was at my door, it never showed up! Their system still showed it being processed.I ordered for pick up from this location. When I got there, there were no signs to show you where to go. I asked some guys that were outside pulling carts where to go and they acted like they didnt know! I drove around to the area where pickup was supposed to be and there were no signs to indicate what to do. I called the number on 1/2 hanging sign and someone told me that I had to come to the front of the store because they wouldnt do deliveries out of that door after a certain time period of day. I drove to the front there was no designated space to park in for something like that and I waited for the young lady to come and bring my item. She was very nice, the reason I gave it 2 stars! I was appreciative to get my item but the setup is terrible, in that store and in several others that Ive been to.I love the prices at Walmart, but they need to take some lessons from Amazon on how that deliver thing should work!

I wish I could rate this store a 0. It is grossly improperly managed. There was only 2 cashiers, when I went to customer service and it was so much fresh food going bad, dairy, meat and produce because noone was putting the food away. The produce is garbage. I have spent thousands in this store but after today Im done. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this.

One of the poorest Walmarts I’ve ever been to, nearly 20 registers and ALL were closed except for the two self checkout sections. Truly a pathetic store as most Walmarts where the majority of shoppers are Black.

No curbside pickup area labeled. Its technically by the auto center but no one answered the phone when i called. I had to go inside to pick up my item. One of the staff said this is a regular occurrence.

The afternoon I visited this Walmart location many shelves were completely void of items. I understand when this can occur at the 1st of the month however, this was not the case. I enquired of an employee why so many shelves were empty their response was, short of help.

I was in and out and found what I needed. Everyone was friendly.

Its a holiday weekend with 2 registers open & they close one of the self checkout lanes. The store is dirty and products have been missing off the shelf for months! I guess Target it will be from now on!

Used to be a great place to shop. No longer is Walmart customer service oriented. For the last several times Ive gone in they were lines throughout the store in the self-check area. With only two cash registers and equally long lines with full baskets. The last four or five times Ive gone in Ive actually put my items down and left the store without purchasing anything because the lines are so long.

Helpful, great service & personnel. Got in & out with no problem. Found everything I need.

Definitely not handicapped friendly. Disabled adult was told by lost n prevention manager to go get your own motorized cart from the parking lot and was given a excuse from cash register manager on why no one was going to the parking lot to retrieve none of the carts so they can go shopping. We left without purchasing cause lack of accommodation from this location.

Point blank, its Walmart. About 75% of the time, they have EVERYTHING Im looking for. Lot needs repair and more frequent cleaning. Some staffers need attitude adjustments. Overall, not too bad for short shopping trips.

I did not feel comfortable in here. Bathrooms were a mess. Probably typical for a Walmart though.

Everytime I come to this location there are no carts. Security says the carts are outside makes me want to turn around and get back in my car and leave. Most employees here dont want to help and have a bad attitude. Not to mention all of the cashiers move in super slow motion even the younger ones. The shelves are never stockked properly or not stocked at all. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Horrible. Went to pick up $200 item.. waited 30 min in pickup area with no response after checking in. Called twice and kept going directly to voicemail. Left messages.. nothing. Still dont have item and now I have to make another trip. Item too large for me to get, which is why I opted for pickup.

Everything was good except they did not carry regular jogging pants that was affordable. Only had big name brand that cost 25 dollars and up.

Cant believe I had to get my own cart from the parking lot. And on top of that, they literally had a worker there at the doors saying get your cart from out the parking lot...I dont work there so why do I need to go to the parking lot and get my own cart. Never have bags for fruit or veggies. The rolls are always empty. If you look around and are lucky, you might find an almost empty roll.

I had a wonderful grocery shopping experience this morning. Was there at 10:30am and out by 11:15. The store was not crowded. Was fully stocked and the employees were polite & helpfully.

It was a fine visit however they arent well stocked. I can never find soy milk and other things I need.

Terrible customer service in the electronics department. I drove 20min to this location because the Walmart app showed Limited Stock on an arcade cabinet, and the woman working the desk tried to tell me that limited means out of stock which is clearly different. She wouldnt even try and look up the item or even lift a finger to look for it.

The cashier Yolanda is amazing! I hope the upper staff recognizes her great customer service skills. Out of every Walmart I’ve been to I’ve never dealt with a cashier as personable as her! 5 stars to Yolanda

It’s a pretty good Walmart. The shelves could REALLY use some straightening up... the candle section was a disaster. Other areas need cleaning too. Lots of employees and some seem to just pretend to do work and gossip.

If you can bypass this Walmart you should, now I knew that the store was Ghetto. Theres items on the floor never on the shelves and when you ask someone for something its never their department. Now I see that the Pharmacy is just as jacked up, my prescription was called in by my doctor almost a week ago. 1st they couldnt find it and when they did find it in the computer I still had to wait. Instead of filling prescription the pharmacist is stocking shelves. They have chairs for customers that are being vaccinated for Covic-19 but not for customers that are waiting on their prescription. (Wow)

This store is not a good store. They dont answer their phone in pick up and no one seems to care that you order and paid for a product. I have gotten excuse after excuse. I order a bicycle. I called the store 6 hours after my order because I hadnt heard from the store. No one could tell me where the bike was. At 8 pm I finally got an email. 2 days later when I went to pick it up, it wasnt assembled. Its now 7 days later and the bike is still not ready to be picked up. I have called multiple times, talked to managers and team leads. Every time I talk to someone its a different day that the bike assemblers come to work. My son has given up on getting his bike. I would give no stars if I could.

Me and my partner visited this location today. The service was great 🙂 All of the associates on the floor were helpful and present. The problem came when we got to the Self Check Out Section. The present cashiers (2 people) were helpful in directing traffic and helping us scan things until we forgot to scan one small item that was underneath a large boxed product that we were purchasing. They were doing their job. Great. The problem comes in because we forgot another large item we purchased that wasnt boxed and was easy to miss. I didnt notice until I got home that we had forgot to take said item from the store. Please tell your associates if they are going to be watching people so closely to make sure they dont take things not paid for they should also be watching to make sure they do take things actually paid for. I will be returning to the store soon to collect my paid for item with my receipt.

Dont go there for tires,smh. Bought a tire and Scheduled it to be put on 10:00am the next morning. Showed up there at 9:55 and had the auto employees looking at Me like I was an alien. Nobody got the tire yet and was told it was a. EXTREMELY LONG WAIT,Lol. No other customers were even there and I had a SCHEDULED 10am installation. They told Me to cancel the purchase and rebuy it and reschedule it...gtfoh.

Good customer service, but cluttered store. Also things needed to be restocked as it being a weekday very little to choose from. Main things people are looking for are not where theyre supposed to be prices are wrong.
