I must say I have not been impressed with the customer service of fedex. Their call center is in a third world country and they are terrible. They lost my package the other day. Things happen right? Well I went inside this store today to build a binder presentation for my promotion. Julie and her team helped me and made it perfect my chance to get a big promotion. The entire team was helpful and everyone was happy. To have an entire store happy just means terrific leadership. So bravo for helping reinstall my faith and love for fedex all over again thanks to Julie and her team members. Sorry I don’t have the other names I just remembered Julies name tag. May this compliment be given to all staff members who were present today 9-16-21 around lunch time. God bless you all!!!

I had the pleasure of being racially profiled, by the Office manager. She did not approve my ID, she requested proof my mortgage for the release of the shipment that they could not deliver. This shipment was paid with expedited intentions. Stay away from this facility.

Seems fine. Pretty average as far as retail locations. Puzzled why they sent my overnight package that I paid an assload to get from California to Idaho through Memphis when it was super obvious that there was a heavy snow storm heading for Memphis. Then, as probably could have expected, my package got stuck in Memphis for 2 days and is so late now that no one may be at the place I sent it to. I understand weather can be variable (although they forecasted this storm well in advance) and they have a system and algorithms that are supposed to be efficient and cost effective, but maybe they should put some contingencies in the system that adapts to OBVIOUS potential problems.

I was constantly told I must cover my face and neck even after mentioning to the clerk I have a breathing disorder. I had a scarf with me. In a minute I could faint from a mask covering. She wanted to run my health for me, either didnt believe me or was just being evil in her attempt to control me as she is. I dont care what policy is. No one has the right to determine how I handle my health. Fedex or any city, state, federal division is not my doctor. She could have said may I have your details then please kindly wait outside. But oh no she had to rule. Then it was a fight with another clerk who called a manager like I was a criminal.

The employees were really rude at this location. They kept me waiting for a while even though no other customers were there. Fedex tracking said my overnight package had an attempted delivery even though no one came so I went to pick up because it was urgent. The lady clerk in the morning was snarky and unhelpful. Said package never went out but I couldnt pick it up in person. Fedex wasted my time and basically made up things in their tracking info.

Order a package priority overnight, It was supposed to be delivered by 10:30am, I got message that FedEx attempted delivery at 11:15am but didnt have access to a public space where UPS and USPS both have access too. Drove down here to this facility after 6pm and told to wait an additional 30 minutes. Its a frustrating experience. Thankfully there was no line. It was quick and easy to get in/out once I had my package.

So........originally I wrote a negative experience post for this location with the first women I spoke to. Fast forward to 20 min later a very nice women Named Connie called me and said I can pick up the package I originally was told I cannot.Apologized about the confusion and said I can pick it up now.Thank u for the follow up and the correctionBecause of this women named Connie I would recommend this place for people.Thank u Connie!!!!😊😊

I have never had better service at FedEx and I had tonight. I got to watch a gentleman bringing over supposedly 8 boxes that needed to be in the truck by 6 and it was already 6:05. They told him they couldnt take anymore but he continued to bring in boxes for a total of 14. Thats a lot more than eight. I thought it was funny because the last three boxes he brought in huge. There was no way they were going to fit into a full truck.I stood in line for a very short period of time, and then was greeted with a wonderful wonderful smile and a lilting voice. She told me she would be right with me and about the time she got the last word out of her mouth, another employee showed up and with a Bright Smile said, Come on over. Ill take care of you. I handed him the slip that a FedEx messenger had left me earlier, he quickly assessed my situation, told me hed be right back and literally within a minute he was back with the package. I signed for the package, went over to the table, took out the papers I needed to sign, signed, put them back in the envelope that the company is sent me and took it back up to the front again. The same gentleman took the package from me with kindness and Grace, scanned it into his computer, gave me a big smile and said, it will arrive on Monday morning.I wish them both well and thank them for their time and I was out of there.I think sometimes if youre nice to people who work really hard all day, they can be really nice back to you.If you enjoyed my review, please LIKE below and if you get a chance please RATE me also. Front desk ladies were extremely rude and not helpful. My husbands foreign drivers license address didnt match current home address. They refused to accept a printed copy of our lease as proof of address as they thought it can be forged. We were asked to open our resident portal online to show our lease.Even after being extremely polite to them, Karen and the African American lady with curly hair did not have the basic manners to talk to their customers.

The worst carrier service ever. The drivers never deliver packages, too lazy to get out of the truck. I’ve personally witnessed a driver park, run the the gate (that’s unlocked) and leave a door tag saying tried to deliver. I’ve been home while I received a “tried to deliver” notice email, I have 2 dogs that go crazy when someone even gets close to our front door.. I’m so tired of fedex. This is my 4th package that “tried to get delivered” while I was home.

FedEx is a very interesting company from a customer service standpoint many people try to help but the system is very bulky and its very difficult for them to do anything out of the ordinary the people that work there are very nice but I find it much easier to Simply use a local mail store then actually come into the FedEx Center for anything more than just simply picking up something that wouldnt be left on your doorstep

As a traveling nurse FedEx is the closest thing to peaceful transition from one contract to the next.Easy peasy. Luckily, I was the only customer in store at the time. I love those moments and the rep was efficient. I always love FedEx although receiving my package when I got here it was damaged. FedEx driver never left a notice 3 times so when I finally realized that my package never came, I tracked it and it was held here. Came in and one person was ahead. There was only one person at the counter. Took about ten minutes, not to bad, but dont expect to be in and out.

DONT GO HERE Front desk was rude opinionated and unhelpful. Had a business package delivered at the wrong time went to pick up the package she would not release it to me because of a unmatched address..... I had a patient under anesthesia awaiting the contents of the box. I asked her to resend it to the address only o return to work to get a automated message saying they were holding my package . I was so frustrated I didnt get her name but she is African American with curly hair and attitude

Awful. If I could post negstive stars then I would. So my wife and I had to order a new debit card and we share vehicle so when I took her to work and came home for lunch I see that the FedEx envelope is left on the front door where anybody could have taken it and then they kept the envelope with the pin number so we had to go in there and get it. So I call the office and they acknowledge that it is there, they advised me to bring my ID to pick it up. So I go into the office and a girl named Brittany helps me and give her my ID but because my ID has a different address on it they refused to give me our envelope. so I then I have my phone bill, I have other pieces of mail that have my name on it with the address. It was at this point that Brittany turn to a blonde haired gentleman to ask his advice and He didnt look at anything I brought in, didnt look at the letter just told me my wife had to be there and whenever I would say something he would continue to speak over me just saying that theyll make another attempt to drop it off at the house tomorrow even though I told him that my wife and I both work, hence how we missed the envelope today and that nobody would be there tomorrow morning either, that my wife works 9 to 9 Monday through Saturday. He said I needed a piece of mail like a bill or something and I showed him my current phone bill and other mail that had yesterdays date and he would not look at them and then proceeded to ignore me and help other customers and when I said no one will be there tomorrow morning he just smiled and said okay will bring it there tomorrow over and over again. So I call my wife and since we share a car and we needed this mail as it was are debit card I had to drive 45 minutes to go pick her up from her work and she had to miss three hours of work to come down to the FedEx office which equates to about $300 that she had missed in terms of work wages. So my wife and I walked in the FedEx and Britney is there and my wife asks Brittney for the name of the gentleman that was helping me and Britney refuses to give her his name. Brittany says that it was so busy that she cant remember his name and my wife inquired as to why they gave me such a hard time and she wouldnt answer and says that she basically cant remember and was smirking at my wife my wife then again asked repeatedly for the gentlemans name that was talking over me and she continued to say she cant remember who he was. My wife then told Brittany that shes had to miss work to come down here and ask her why the information her husband provided was not enough to give him our mail for which she said nothing except for it was very busy. She then gave us our package and walked away to the back even though my wife was still asking questions and she just walked away and ignored us. Sorry for the lengthy review Im using the speak to text function on my phone I just felt the need to let people know about our experience because this is unheard of. Ive never dealt with such disrespectful staff in my life. My wife said she believes the guys name was Tim Becker, the bleach blonde gentleman that was working with Britney. For him to say I need a certain type of mail and then to not even look at the fact that I have the qualifying mail with me is absurd and did nothing but create agitation and frustration for no reason other than to mess with me. So if you see these two at the front counter my advice is too either ask for someone else or goto ups.

Really, really bad treatment of customers at this location and I witness it firsthand. These 3 are the worst: Flora, Mike, and John. They act like they are DMV workers and that is as bad as customer service could get. They have plenty of bad reviews online and on Yelp that reflect exactly what I am saying here. Any good reviews online are probably fake. Stay away!Dont go here and dont support this fedex location. Go and support other people and location that deserves your money, time, and not to mention you will have a good peace of mind. Only come back when the replace these people with more quality and friendlier workers.

Was just there less than an hour ago (10/ 25/17 at about 12:45 pm).Walked in with my box only needing to be shipped off. I asked for a ground shipping form, girl says no we dont have those here and just kinda stupidly looks at me without any desire to guide me in the right direction. Im baffled as this place says its a shipping center and girl is saying they cant help me there so she sends me to another location down the street...they can doit for you there she says. Even another customer there says...you guys dont do ground shipping?? All I heard was...well yeah but....but I was on my way out. Went to the other location and asked why I was sent over....the two young ladies at this other costs mesa location on harbor had no idea why I was turned away. I call it being flat out lazy. Im even more upset because of the fact that having to take my two kids on and off of car seats several times because of crappy customer service.

They claim to have attempted to deliver my package twice but didnt since they didnt get an adult signature. I work from home and my desk is so close to the front door I can literally touch it without getting up. There was no knock at the door, I saw no FedEx person walking past my open window. After yesterdays disappointment, I even left the door cracked open so it would be even more apparent there was a knock at the door since the door would swing open. There was no knock at the door. They did not try and delivery my package, and counted that as their second attempt. For a company whose whole job is to delivery packages, this is really bad.
