Matthew our Service Advisor was great and super friendly. Took the time to call us and get the part we needed ordered. We had trouble getting through to the Service Dept to get our Lyft ride set up to get my wife back to the dealership to pick-up our Jeep as instructed, but we called Matthew instead and he took care of it for us and she was back at the dealership within 15 mins. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They sold me a car one month back. Chrysler 200. Looked nice and shiny. 1 month after the car won’t start. At first I thought it was normal battery issue. Jumped started the car and working again. Boom. Kept it running for an hour and stopped the car in my parking. Few hours later stopped working. Called them and gave the car for servicing. They said I would need a new batter. 1 month old car even if it’s pre owned needed a new battery means no checks were made before selling the car. Now I am calling them since 3 hours for an update and no one is answering in service center. When I call other departments they transfer my call to a no answer number which is annoying. No one picks up the calls or calls me back to tell me what the issue is. Their all phone numbers are actually do not disturb mode except the sales number which says a lot about them.Update: Bumped the review to 4 stars. After this review, and constant nagging, I was finally helped and they did not charge me for battery since the car was one month old. Looked like they had phone problems but regardless the Customer service manager took this matter seriously and helped resolve my issue asap.

Bought my Jeep here new in 2017. Great experience. No pressure, did some finagling. Turned out well. Better than the cross town dealership...The reason the low stars, I used to get my oil changed here. So I went to do my oil change myself after my free services ended. Was trying to get the oil drain bolt loose, looks like the tech over tightened it so much, even a local mechanic couldnt remove it. Now Im stuck getting a new pan cause of one bolt. 👎

On october 1st I took my jeep cherokee and for a recall and a head gasket leak. Also for my passenger seat that was broken. I had an appointment at 12:30pm for service and a loaner vehicle. Upon arrival They didnt have my loaner vehicle ready. I had to call them frequently for 3 days not getting hold of anybody until I talk to the service manager which help me immediately. Thank you service manager. Miss love contacted me and told me my car was done. If did not call her the 1st time I would have went over there for no reason cause my car wasnt finished. 2nd time she said it would be finish by wed. which was untrue. I called 3 time throughout the day left a message and didnt here for until friday which she called me and explain that the mechanic up and quit. Miss Love then promise me that she would upgrade my manual passenger seat to a automatic seat. that it was approved from my warranty. I was so happy just to find out that it was a lie upon my arrival. She even said that my automatic passenger had to be special ordered and wouldnt come until Monday leaving the job to be finish Thursday. Very disappointing. I just paid and took my car . Thats not even the end of it they did a sloppy job on my seat scratchs on the plastic and seat wasnt put together 100%. I dont trust to take my car back to them felt like they dont even care. All my family have jeeps they told me that they havent ever been treated this way. Miss Love thank you for disappointing me. Service Manager thank you for the loaner vehicle.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I arrived the service was top notch. Not good, but exemplary! I was greeted promptly. Everyone was organized, informed, and working hard to provide solutions. The repair was completed within the stated time frame. The level of professionalism and service was almost beyond belief. I came in for no charge recall repairs - and the customer care was still top notch (we all know no one wants to be bothered with recall repairs). What I’m trying to say is this: If they were in charge of the pandemic, we would have been done with it last year…they’re that good. I had a super awesome day because of these folks. Thanks. That almost never happens these days.

Took my jeep in as I was having issues with my ignition. They had my jeep for a week and were not able to find any problem. It was very challenging getting in touch with the service department and when I left messages, it took days or calling again to get a return call or answer. Once I picked up my jeep, it had rained so it was dirty and returned unwashed. Additionally, they left me with no gas from the test runs they did. I was redlining to the closest gas station. Overall not happy with my experience. :(

Worth the read...So, my experience at OC Dodge/Jeep/Ram was nothing short of amazing. The man who sold me my car (Richard) is an awesome gentleman. I test drove a car a couple months back and didnt end up purchasing a vehicle. Well, fast forward a couple months and I was in the market for a vehicle. I ended up driving 3 hours to another dealership and was treated poorly. Well, I left there and knew that Richard was the man to go see. I went the next day to go test drive a vehicle and ran into Richard. I kept his business card, but never knew he would be there. Well, he had just started when I had gotten there. I knew the vehicle I wanted and we worked out a deal. The whole time, he was more than exceeding any customer service expectations. I left there after purchasing the vehicle. Well, Richard drove my car to my house so I didnt have to have someone else take me to get my car later on. All Ive got to say is that more car salesman need to be like Richard. And if youre looking to purchase a vehicle; ask for Richard. He will more than take care of you and will make your experience buying a car enjoyable...trust me. I will ALWAYS call this place FIRST!!! These guys are AWESOME! Buying my next Car here soon!I bought my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Tuttle Click in Tustin March of last year. Last week my AC stopped working. I took it in to the service department there and they acted like they didn’t really care to help. It was a Hot Tuesday afternoon with NO AC and said they couldn’t help me til Thursday. The girl at the the desk said they need to charge me $185 for a diagnostic and said my warranty doesn’t cover a courtesy car and would be $30 a day. I’m 45 and have purchased many new cars for the sole reason of not having to deal with these issues for a few years while the car is under warranty. I had a 2015 Chevy before this and the AC never went out.Longer story short- I just walked out of there upset and canceled doing business there.Called these guys here at Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa and they were upbeat and cool 😎 got me right in. No diagnostic charge, gave me a courtesy car to get to work and had it fixed by the end of they day ALL covered under the warranty FREE of charge to me. Now that’s what I call service!!

Let the buyer beware!I was allowed to drive off the lot in my newly purchased car with an empty gas tank. I found a gas station and filled the tank and made it home. The next day, the battery was dead! I sent a copy of the gas receipt to my salesman, who assured me I would be reimbursed. Never happened. Fortunately, the battery was under warranty and replaced for free. I will not be returning to this dealership. They showed no regard for my time or safety.

After viewing several near-identical pre-owned Honda Fit options at a number of different dealers, I ultimately went with the one from Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram because I got the best feeling from the staff and the dealership as a whole. I worked with Jeff (fantastic experience) and the although I paid slightly more than I would have for a couple of the other options I was considering, I sincerely felt that I was getting a car from a company with better customer support and more attention to detail. While I did get a similar feeling from one other dealership, they didn’t have the exact model I wanted and the end of the day, it was Orange Coast that had the vehicle I wanted with the best overall experience. Friendly staff, highly professional, and easy to work with when the time comes to talk numbers... I’ve only owned my car for about a week but based on the dealership experience alone, I would be more than happy to work with them again in the future!

Insufficient knowledge of the service cause to much time and money waste for me. My car has t-body problem. At first service I paid 200 usd for inspection and they found nothing. Due to going on problem, I visited the service second time. They cleaned t-body and I paid 370 usd for just laboring. They said that if the problem would have continue, I never pay labor price again. But the problem still continued and the third time, they changed t-body and I have to pay 550 usd for labor again. They did not accept their guarantee because they did not write a note on the service summary. So never trust representatives, be sure all guarantees and commitments must be written on a paper.

Sales team was good. They definitely play the game of negotiating but I feel the price we settled on was fair for the vehicle I purchased. They followed up and assisted with questions post sale. They did not however fully resolve the issue. I will be taking it upon my self to rectify the issue with their dealer installed alarm/low jack system. Something I do not recommend to others as it is complex (fortunately I am mechanically and electronically savvy). Make sure to have that disabled from the vehicle totally when you buy. I was in a rush and didn’t.Otherwise, good dealer good selection. Will consider them for servicing the vehicle.

When I purchased my Jeep in 2020 one of the selling points was how great their service department was. With the Jeep app it will be a snap to schedule any maintenance services. I easily scheduled my first oil change on 5/31 at 8:20am. Sacrificing be able to sleep in late on a day off I got up early and took my jeep in for servicing. Guess what??? The service department was closed for the holiday. How difficult would it have been to block that day from the ability of being scheduled? Shows me this place has no process and procedures. Thanks for wasting my timeUpdated 6/1/2021 - Now I get an email telling me I missed my appointment. In the email you all are schooling me on the importance of proper care and maintenance of my vehicle. Maybe you all can fix your internal scheduling issues with on line scheduling.

I’d give them 5 stars but they have had my brand NEW Jeep for ALMOST 2 MONTHS! When the sales guy sold it to us it was great his name was Richard he was a great help.. but fast forward to a few weeks later my engine kept making a clicking sound, took it in & the service department has had it for almost 2 months, they dont answer there phones. My husband cant get a hold of them. They said the new engine would come in by the 6th of this month. Now they changed it to the 22nd of this month! It’s very frusterating that they have had it for that long & on top of that, is that we can never get a hold of anyone who is working on our car for an update on whats going on!

I have gone 2 this dealership since I bought my ram 2500 there. I bought the maintenance plan as well as the extended warranty. Evertime I have taken my truck 4 regular service the service has been excellent, until this last time when I took it in for some major work. They finally change the tpms sensor that had been malfunctioning. They also changed out the blower on my air conditioning unit. They had my truck for a week and finally got the work done. I was advised my truck was done on Friday so I went on Saturday mid morning to pick it up. I was told it would a few minutes. I waited an hour and a half for them to close out my paperwork. Then they tell me I owe for the work and didnt check on the extended warranty making me wait more time. So after a two hour wait that should have taken maybe 15 minutes They brought out my truck. It was all dirty. They didnt even wash it. I was very disappointed with the service I received that day. I hope they work on their customer service so no one else has to endure this frustration.

Took our fiat in to this service department for a couple of recall issues that we’d received a mailer notice for. This was our first time at this particular dealership. The service appointment was super simple to schedule online and reminders were sent via text, which was nice. Lonna Love was our service writer. She was very nice, thorough explaining everything, made sure we were taken care of and we understood the process. Overall it was a painless process with slim to no wait time for drop off or pick up. We dropped the car off the night before our appointment and it was washed & ready the next afternoon. They definitely earned our repeat business ...we’ll never take our fiat elsewhere for service. Furthermore, once we’re ready to get rid of the fiat and buy my wife’s “dream jeep” (wrangler jk) we’ll definitely be coming here first!

Customer service was amazing the day I purchased my vehicle . The next day I realized my front light was cracked, I called the same day & told me they will order me the light . I then realized the front bumper had extra holes where the license plate goes & messed up the bumper . I called the same day to mention it & no reply . Had got a text that he will call tmmrw & never did . I kept texting and calling but never got an answer . It’s been over a month now, I decided to call the parts department and I just get hunged up on . Tried calling the service department and they told me they will call me back & nothing . I traveled to Disneyland and 19 miles from the Disneyland hotel my transmission went out on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. It was Friday 8/13 and my daughter and I were frantic. We made it to the hotel and I called around to the local dealerships with no help in sight. When I reached Orange Coast on Sat they were extremely understanding and they rushed me in on Monday. Jose has been really helpful and informative. He worked diligently to get my powertrain warranty covered. He keeps me informed everyday. I received a rental car from them. I had to travel back home to Sacramento with the rental car. This whole experience could have gone so badly and costly but Jose has made it a stress less experience. Jose got the parts needed covered under my powertrain and I only had 100.00 deductible and no charge on the rental car because it was covered. This dealership is extremely customer service orientated and on top of their game. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

Josh is an excellent sales manager! He was quick to respond, eager to help me, and understood my wants. My entire purchase process was almost completely finished before I even went to the dealership. Once I got to the dealership I saw my truck, signed documents, and was on my way in a timely manner. Strongly recommend this dealership and Josh! No disappointment or games, just an overall excellent buying experience from start to finish. Lori in finance was excellent as well. I came in last minute right before closing and they still made the time for me to fix my tail lights and head lights. It was a procedure that usually takes more than 45 minutes but they did it in half the time. They were also nice and helpful immediately after I approached in my car. I will definitely be returning in the future!!

We had an excellent experience with the person we custom ordered and bought our Jeep from. Helpful, knowledgeable... positive experience. Unfortunately, shortly after receiving our 2021 Rubicon, a 4 wheel drive trip revealed a problem in 4 low. We took it into service dept and its been a nightmare. They had my Jeep for just under a month and during that time, I heard NOTHING from them. When I called to check on the status, my service rep was rude, dismissive, demeaning and had an attitude problem. He said, We cant just get parts overnight and Im doing you a favor reaching out to nearby dealers for your parts. I responded, Youve had my brand new Jeep for almost a month! Even after the repairs, my Jeep was not fixed. Jeep is now telling us they cant physically test the 4x4 issues... so thats an issue when you purchase a brand new 4x4 and expect it to be in new working order. Very frustrating! We love the Jeep otherwise and look forward 4x4 add ons and to many adventuring trips. If you didnt 4x4, youd never know there was a problem. Weve been passed on to the next level of service above this dealer.Its now 5 months later... and although I have a friendly contact at Jeep who assures me at some point something will be done when I contact her, the burden of my malfunctioning Jeep seems to have fallen on us. No solution is being offered and nothing has been done since their initial failed attempt. We have continued to take video and send it over per their request. Not feeling positive about how this is going. Disappointing. I look forward to improving my review if Jeep will resolve the issue.

I had to fix a recalled part so I called them first to see how long the wait was they were able to order the part for next day and got they got it my car done in a couple of hours they were super nice there waiting room was really clean with plenty and places to sit and everyone was very nice

I flew in from Colorado to buy an early 7th generation Charger from a private party, and the PCM went bad on me. Dean has been fantastic, and straight forward and honest with me on what it will need to get the car running again. He has been patient, has had an open ear, and hasnt gotten frustrated with me trying to understand what went wrong. I do not live out here, but I wish I could bring this service department back to Denver with me. They have been more open about everything in a single day than Brandon Dodge, Larry H Miller, or any of the other Denver dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I will happily take any of my cars down here on my visits to Orange County without worry.

Diego and Amy were great! I had a negative experience at another dealership so I was nervous when I arrived at Orange Coast. I knew what I wanted to buy and was already pre-approved, I just wanted to test drive it. The other dealership judged me and would only show me lower end models. So I walked out. This team put me at ease. Diego greeted me right away and made the whole experience fun. Amy was sweet, friendly and genuinely excited for me. There was no judgement, no pushiness, no nonsense. Took 3 hours to attempt to schedule an appointment. Just to be told they cant do it. Google shows the service department closing at 6. They really close at 4. The one star is for poor communication. Before writing my review I asked to speak to the owner of the dealership. The receptionist said no problem and transferred me. She didnt tell me she was dumping me into the voicemail of someone other than who I asked for, and the voicemail didnt say his job description. He wasnt the owner. Clearly they try to shield the owner from problems. What else do they hide?

Orange Coast has always been good to me and my family. Fast Friendly and Professional. I bought my RAM 2500 there back in 2017 and although I have had it serviced elsewhere; none of those dealerships have come close to the service provided by Orange Coast.
