Jose, Travis, Noah and the whole crew took care of us. We needed to get a switch console screen repaired, however the fix was a bigger undertaking than we anticipated. Travis advised on the best and most cost effective way to go about the ordeal and by the end of the day we had everything back and running just in time for a party we were going to and in time for the Animal Crossing Halloween event. I went in needing help in either getting a new battery for my cell phone,or switching out batteries with another identical phone I had. I spoke with James who quickly assessed the situation and suggested I simply swap SIM cards which would get me back up and running. He thought about it for a minute and asked to see my dead phone again,checked to see if it was charging..it was and then rebooted it and amazingly,the dead phone lit right up. Not only did James save me at least $100 on a new battery,but he refused to take anything for getting me going again. These guys are AWESOME! and I cant thank James enough. I highly HIGHLY recommend this establishment and look forward to going back soon.

The staff is wonderful and can always answer my questions, they are super helpful and show me apps to help with cards of all kinds as well. Ever since I’ve been wanting to replay my favorite childhood games or try out a retro console that I missed out on. I discovered Tronix online while I was on Google looking to find a game store—there it was! The atmosphere the first time I visited there when I first bought a PS3 was phenomenal! It reminded me how the old retro video game store Play Again felt to me when I was a lot younger back in 2013. Tronix took that into a whole new level with their share for video games and so on! The employees there were so welcoming, friendly and helpful for any questions I have on my mind when it comes to a certain video game/console. Especially today after purchasing my very own PS2 Slim I was filled with joy looking how newly refurbished it looked wrapped in see-through plastic waiting to be purchase. Went in here looking for a really hard to find original XBOX game and the employee was able to track it down for me. His name is Patrick. He was very polite, he told me it was probably a long shot but he totally made my day when he called and said hed found it. Thanks man. Been here several times to have the ClearPlex screen protector put on all my phones. These screen protectors are the best ever and will not carry my phone without it! Dropped my phone many times and never even get a scratch.Staff are awesome and very knowledgeable!

My boyfriend and I took our ps2s here since one of them would freeze on the menu and the other one was inconsistent with playing discs. Lee was nice enough to take a look at them and clean them for us. Turns out one of them just needed a little cleaning and it works better than before! Weve been having a lot of fun playing our old games again! The staff is really helpful and I look forward to going there again for more games. :)

Best store ever that can find old nostalgic games or other games that I need and most of the time its lower price then other games that are online or in other stores but sometimes they dont have games that I am looking for, so dont expect them to have everything you need. But they will get it in stock probably in the future or soon it really depends. Also when they get trade in stuff controllers, systems, phones, etc. And if they are good they sale it and if they have problems then they fix it. They also fix scratches on disks which I never knew and that is amazing that they can do that, now If I need some of my games scratche free I will come here. And the workers also help as much as they can which is vary nice and the workers travis and Lee helped me a lot getting a new phone that I need and I got it done so I am vary satisfied with their help and they did amazing at it. Love this place with my all heart and soul.

I took my sons PS4 yesterday evening and they were able to get it repaired in less than 24 hours. Not only that they placed a new safety glass protector on two of my phones while they took my information down. I dropped off a xbox one and was told it would be 48 to 72 hours for repair. They called me back the same day that my hdmi port had been replaced already. They had my xbox one repaired the same day.

Thought it was a good place to go to, liked coming here because it was in the bluff where I live rather than going to this shop off of Saratoga (EC iPhone repairs) ended up not getting my work done with tronix and came to the Saratoga shop because they always take care of me. Reason why I left tronix is because they sold me a screen protector that peeled off 2 days after I had bought it inside my pocket which left shards of glass in my pocket and gotten a tiny piece in my thumb so I threw it away. Came back to get it replaced which they said they could do and get my phone fixed but then the manager denied replacing it because I didn’t bring in the broken piece of screen protector. Lost business over not keeping their word. Was about to drop $400 at that store after I’ve already spent thousands there. Just super disappointed they were willing to lose business over a screen protector. Now I’ll be making the drive back to Saratoga every time I need something because I’ve never had an issue like that with EC iphone repairs.EditEC iPhone repairs is also way way cheaper than tronix. Tronix is a good place if you want games but ec iPhone repairs is a good place to go to get anything repaired. Quality work and best prices in town.

Super cool place. I had lived down the street from it for years and never quite noticed, til I needed a new Wii remote. Went in and my expectations were exceeded. I didnt expect much from a small store, I went in hoping that *maybe* there was a chance they had a Wii remote, but they had everything we needed and more. We got the remote, a few games, and the employees informed us we can play game cube games on a Wii, didnt know that! So we bought a game cube controller too, and a game for it. The staff was very informed on what they were talking about and definitely knew how to make a sale, they had us hooked lol. Its also nice to go to a game store and see employees who actually seem to enjoy their job, unlike going to most chain stores like game stop.Its a small place but its got everything you need. From old consoles to new ones, its not just a retro game store. They also sell trading cards, host events, sell and repair devices, and will buy cards/games/devices.Its a small business so its kinda personal going in there, but they arent breathing down your neck or anything. They even have a point system for every time you check in at their store, you dont even need to buy anything. Accumulate enough points and you can get some coupons.Also if youre worried about prices, dont be, they offer very fair prices for just about anything on their shelves. Some very surprisingly good deals, too.They offer a large variety of services, and seem to be good at all of them. Theyll be my first pick, very charmed by the place.

I went in for a battery repair on my iPhone XS Max which took barely half an hour even at peak hours. While I waited, James and Travis kept me company and were very kind and knowledgeable. The store is full of classic and popular titles for every platform imaginable as well as consoles, collectibles, accessories, peripherals and a massive assortment of trading cards like Pokémon and Yu Gi Oh with graded and raw cards as well as booster packs. It’s truly an amazing gem of a store for any kind of nerd and is another good reason to shop local!

This shop was recommended to me by a co worker friend when I was trying to find a shop who sells pokemon cards as singles,this shop went over my expectations,their ranges of singles ranging to a dollar V/EX card to whopping $275 hidden fates shiny charizard! They also had lots of supplies of sleeves and top loaders along with other goods and retro gaming stuff,the staff there are great and always willing to help you with your needs.the membership point system is a nice touch to save some cash too for 10 points per dollar spent. I highly enjoyed my experience with this shop and will be coming back to full my collection.
