Came in to get an oil change, alignment, and tires checked for leaks because my tpms sensor came on. I told the man at the front desk what I needed done and he said there would be about a 2 hour wait for the alignment but the oil change and tires would be done rather quickly. Being that I was in a crunch for time I elected to have my alignment done another day, and just have the oil changed and tires checked out. About 10 minutes into them working on my car he came over and said they’d be able to get me in for an alignment because the wait was now going to be significantly less than two hours. I said sure let’s do it! I waited about an hour and a half and finally my car comes back upfront and they said it’s all done. When I went to pay, a different man was at the front desk and he said no, your cars not done they haven’t done the alignment yet. Apparently no one was told about my tires either so long story short I waited an hour and a half for an oil change. Will not be returning due to poor communication with employees and customers.

I have bought 3 set of tires for my truck my car and my daughters car. Very happy with the tires and the price. Also the place where change my oil and get my alignments. 5 stars from me

This is a great place to have your car serviced. I use Big O for oil changes, tire alignments and the customer service is great. Even though I forgot to tell them I was using aGroupon deal when I arrived they honored it anyway. I was very thankful for that. I will tell them up front next time so there is not any issue. A month ago I took my truck in because of was shifting hard. They advised me that the transmission was shot. It had to be replaced. It would cost me $5250. I advised them I would get back. Took my truck to South Texas Transmission. I was advised it was the harnes in the transmission. $1280 and 2 days later got truck back. Running awesome.Took truck for an oil change. Also had a tire bouncing. Asked them to change oil and see what was causing tire to bounce. Text me 30 minutes later my truck was ready. I asked what was wrong with my tires. Salesman said nothing. Then stayed that the guy who drove it was only allowed to go on the access road. I told him you could feel it at 15 mph. The guy then said there’s nothing wrong. These guys are a rip off.

Extremely friendly staff! I was helped out immediately and they took care of my car and everything I needed with no questions asked! I would definitely recommend! They have a great friendly staff that is super helpful for everything you need!

The service was great but they didnt put the rims on the same areas. So I had to pay an additional payment somewhere else for them to set the rims right. Besides that it was good purchasing tires there..

Big O Tires in Corpus Christi was the absolute best. They are honest, found the best deals for me, and were affordable. The man, who helped me, assessed the condition of my tires. Everything I asked for they did. I would definitely recommend Big O Tires to my family and friends.

I came in my advisor was able to fit me in for an oil change. They were quick and able to let me know of a repair that needs attention would definitely recommend.

Honest people, sister-in-law came from out of town and thought she needed new brakes, within a hour of dropping of the car, they called and told her that her brakes were still good, and there would be no charge! Some other companies could/ would fool you and still charge! Far prices and honest work!

Excellent customer service. I cannot remember the man who took care of me but they were extremely friendly and very professional. Definitely plan on bringing my vehicle here from now on. Not to mention the services were fast.

45 min. 4 new tires and alignment they even checked my spare! Jesse made sure to tell me all the details on the alignment and tire warranty. These guys were communicating among each other and the customers making sure the job was done right. I could tell they are a great team!

The service wasn’t great at all. My low oil light came on the following day after having my oil change. The person behind the counter was condescending and made me feel as he was doing me a favor. The Groupon I bought for the oil change turned out to be a cham. After all was said and done, I paid more than I would have at the dealership. I was in a hurry picking up my truck that I didn’t notice that there were oily hand prints all over my fresh spot free wax. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it were free. A sad excuse of a company to hire such people that treat its customers in that shameful disdained manner.

I went to Big O Tires for an oil change yesterday because Christian Auto Brothers (where I’ve been going for over 5 years) was trying to charge me 112 dollars for an oil change I’ve always paid around 70 dollars for. I found a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation at BOT and left paying under 70 dollars! They even patched up my tire that had a nail in it free of charge! It’s safe to say Big O Tires will have my business over CBA from now on.

Easily best team I have encountered at any Lube shop. Overly welcoming, extremely responsive, personable, respectful, and highly efficient. Don’t think it was just my one time experience, or caught em on a good day…but who knows. Got my car in and done quick…no needless upselling like model for most shops—the guys at front need a raise, I almost wanted to open a service shop just to poach the service advisers. Only downside is the state of the shop…owner has not looked to pour a dime into it—pretty dirty. But if that moneys invested in staff and pay vs ceiling tiles and a broom—it’s a good move. Such a positive exp. I usually have nothing but negative exp at Big O’s, so blew expectations.

I usually never leave reviews for places but they did such an exceptional job that I am going to leave a review today!!! I walked in and was immediately greeted warmly. I filled out my minimal paperwork and they took my car in and it was done extremely fast. It came with an inspection and a tire rotation and the oil change was one of the best prices that I’ve ever seen for full synthetic!!!! They filled my tires up and I could tell that everything was done with care. The atmosphere was so nice and everyone was so welcoming. I won’t be going back to my dealership ever again if I don’t have to, because this has by far been the best service that I have EVER received.

I can honestly say they put the customer ahead of themselves...I took my truck in for an alignment and found it needed a few things done to the front end (which I already had a feeling it would considering its a 98). They ended up staying till they finished my truck which was awesome cause I needed to head out of town the following day. As for the work done to it, I am very pleased with the results. My truck has a tighter feel when going down the road.

I purchased two new tires and got them rotated. My steering wheel started shaking. During the purchase of my two tires they did not mention about road hazard insurance. My one of the new rear tire had nail in the side which they said had to be placed. Since I don’t have the road hazard insurance I got it replaced. I informed them about the steering shake and they said they did a rebalance and the shaking got even worse.

Rolando and the guys were very professional!!! I had issues that concerned me about how my tires felt. They did everything possible to make me happy as far as ordering 2 more tires to insure me that My truck was safe! Very satisfied with there service. No attitude about having me go back 3 times! Most people get frustrated these guys just wanted to make sure I was safe and happy!!

I am here visiting from Missouri. My truck battery died on me. I was able to get a jump start and get to the service bay. They helped me out with a new battery, installed, in about 20 minutes. Very nice crew and professional. I appreciate the great service!

The person who took my car for service was rude. The young man who drove me home was kind considerate and helpful. When it was time to pick up my vehicle nothing was explained. Just here sign this. Thats it.The manager seemed very put out that it was warranty work.Will never use this store again.

Staff was more than helpful. After installing all tires truck was left up on the lift. Several employees showed me and advised me on a couple of things that would later have to be fixed. Throughout the whole time I was there they displayed a very good attitude and were very professional in their job performance. A very friendly group to deal with.

Greatly appreciated the fast and accurate service.The tires are great! I had tires replaced, oil change completed and was in and out in a little over 1 hour.I’ve managed automotive dealerships for 22 years.One area of business improvement however, I would be more diligent about Pre Deliver Inspections, and making sure to offer all needed services, as well as letting people know what you checked that was in great condition. Over all I’d hire and work with anyone that I have met there. In the last 48 hours I have 2 vehicles serviced and another one going Monday. Thank you.

When my daughter’s battery lost its charge on her CRV, we jumped it and took it to Big Tires. Since I didn’t have the tools, they disconnected the old battery and reconnected the new one. They were very courteous and professional. I was out of there within twenty min.

Came in without an appointment for a tire that wouldnt hold pressure. They quickly figured out what was wrong (a nail) fixed it and I was on my way within half an hour.

Ernest was a great help. I set an online appointment for a specific tire for my alfa romeo and Ernest called me back quickly to let me know he needed to order the tires. He got them in a day earlier than expected and I was able to get them on that same day.A week before this I had an appointment somewhere else and when I got to my appointment I was told the tires had to be ordered even though they already knew which tires I needed. I called Big O Tires instead.Good, quick service I trust the next time I need new tires. They are also next to a Whataburger so my husband and son where able to walk and eat there while waiting.

I made an appointment for 1:00 on a saturday, Big o tires seen me exactly at 1:00 as promised. Very courteous very knowledgeable. I will continue to use them as a tire service company..

My journey starts off by calling Big O Tires to get the proper tires ordered for my truck. I was told they would be in Monday, then the manager proceeds to get all of my contact info. I waited until noon on Monday to bring my truck in just to be told that the tires will not be coming in until Tuesday (guess they don’t call customers when tires don’t arrive on time). My next surprise is when I go to pay for the tires, which they are now charging me more for than the quoted price. I raise my discrepancy with the man who is ringing me up and he calls over Roland, who then very rudely tells me the main manager is out on vacation and there is nothing he can do about it. BTW this discrepancy is over $24 on a bill that’s over $900, this should be no big deal to someone who knows what customer service entails. I want to add that I always use Discount Tire for personal and business use and I have never had a problem with them. I have a family member who suggested I bring my vehicles to Big O Tires. BIG O mistake. Very unethical business practices charging someone more than what was quoted. Its not the $ amount, it’s the principal. Very rude employee who simply doesn’t care about his customers. They’ve done good work before but this time they replaced my clutch and the engine vibrates at 50 mph and higher, which didn’t happen before.Follow up: I brought it back and they fixed the problem.

Im really shocked to read all these bad reviews. I have been using Big O since January 2019, and I refuse to go anywhere else friendly and knowledgeable staff .
