This place is amazing. I would definitely recommend going here. Very friendly staff and they do amazing work. From management to the front desk help we had such a smooth and awesome experience. New Tires (best price i got in town) 2.5 level, and side rails, I absolutely love it. So if you have a commercial or personal vehicle that needs works or add ons I totally recommend taking it to Southern Tire Mart.

I went to southern tire originally GCR on Baldwin st. I had one of my tires replaced, I had very good service very professional people and staff they got me in and out in no time. I priced around town for the best deal and Southern tire was the best, a gentleman that worked there by the name Bobby Deleon made sure my experience was pleasant. I’m definitely going to recommend Southern tire to all my friends.

People are friendly. That said, they spent more time socializing than working. It took 25 minutes before they took the vehicle to the bay,which is fine. Im sure there were people ahead of me, but it took over another 2&1/2 hours before they finished changing my tires. I used to run a tire, and oil change shop,so I know how long it should take. Again, I know people could still be ahead of me,but I watched from the lobby as 4 guys stood around another that was sitting on my newly mounted tire. They were laughing and talking. They didnt stop until they noticed me watching.

Just had a great experience at STM Corpus Cristi, the manager Kurt and his staff were helpful n professional. They got us straight in and after taking off 2rear tires and repairing one got us back on the road in an hour. Great job guys 👍

This location has always been great at taking care of myself and the company I work for. They may be busy but they always fit me in when my truck needs service. Although everyone here is nice and very helpful, Gabby goes above and beyond to always make sure everything is done correctly and efficiently. She understands the business fully and makes everything flow smoothly making every visit a breeze.The manager Kirt is also helpful and really cares about his customers.

This shop saved my vacation and probably my life! My jack failed trying to raise my RV after a blowout. These guys came out, raised the axle, switched the spare, took the old tire and replaced it while we were on the beach. We picked up the tire on the way out and 10 minutes later we had another blowout! Although they were backed up with heavy Monday business, they sent a truck out right away and rescued us again! Great service is an understatement. Friendly people, clean shop, great advice while offering a fair price. You guys rock!!

If you go any other tire place, they will tell you that they are fast cheap and reliable, but you can only choose two of those. At Southern tire mart they were all three FAST CHEAP and RELIABLE! I needed tires on my wifes Hyundai Veracruz and Jeff made it happen. Smoothest riding tires. Jeff gave me an out-the-door price in less than 10mins and I was out the door in about an hour. They didnt try to up sell me anything I didnt need but if they did I probably would have said yes with the extra cash in my pocket. Thanks Jeff!

A couple of evenings ago my wife and I had a tire going flat. At 4 minutes before closing time we drove in. The staff was awesome, met us with a smile and made us feel at home. Even though they were getting ready to go home they helped us out. Thanks to the guys that stayed late!The staff made us feel right at home, and helped us out. Super service!

As I was traveling north on IH 37 my low tire pressure light came on. Luckily when I took the next exit I saw Southern Tire Mart. I crossed over at Southern Minerals Rd & pulled in. I explained I was traveling to San Antonio and did not want to take a chance of becoming stranded with a flat. They were kind enough to work me in and even allowed me to bring my dog into the waiting area. The service tech pulled my tire, checked it, even so far as putting it into the water tank. No nails, etc or leaks were found. He mounted the tire, aired it up plus checked the pressure in the other 3 tires. Since there was no repair there was no charge! I insisted there should be some kind of charge for all the work that was done but I lost that discussion. I told them I would recommend them to all. The employees were courteous and the facility was immaculate so please dont hesitate to patronize Southern Tire Mart! I had no hesitation in continuing my trip and no worries about flat tires.

The service is excellent. They do more than tires- they do alignments check your bearings and such. Great service friendly staff. I highly recommend them to everyone.

My boyfriend got a tire from here and after a month it was showing uneven wear and had a busted belt. Went in an it was out of warranty, he didnt have the cash to replace it right then and payday was a week away. The guy replaced it, and told him to just come in on payday! Amazing people and made loyal customers out of us! Just went in today and paid for the tire and he was suprised.

Just a little rant, if I may. Stopped by Southern Tire Mart on I-37 on the way home. We had to change the oil and get an inspection. The... female...tells me that I need to use synthetic oil. I tell her my manual states that I can use regular oil. She says that she is looking at her computer and it clearly shows that I have to go with synthetic oil. I know exactly what my manual says so I tell her just do the inspection. I dont think she was too happy. My car. My choice. So, they take my car to do the inspection. They come back really soon. Just to inform me that my car has not passed. Apparently, the tint is too dark and is covering the third tail light. The one on the hatch. I tell them it is factory tinted. He tells me to cut my tint off around the light. Then he goes on to say that I need to remove my Army Veteran decal. That this is a new rule that just took effect. Yeah right. Gets even better. Lol. He tells me the inspector will not pass the car because he has passed some vehicles that really couldnt pass and cant do it anymore. Really? And he still has a job? Needless to say, we got our insurance card and left. So, I drive to Mike Shaw Toyota. Asked about the new law and they inspect my car. It passes. Changed the oil. Good to go. No more STM for me. Vent over. Thank you.

Great service, had an alignment done and they discovered a hub assembly was bad and was making the truck pull to one side, they said replace the part and bring it back, so I did and they realigned it and didnt charge me for it. Great work guys and I appreciate Paul Gibsons help, I will definitely go back and refer my friends.

My son just left there from taking my pickup to get aligned...the mechanic flunged my door open into the truck next to it and scratched the paint off of my door and put a huge dent into the truck next to me....they tried telling him it wasnt that bad but when you have a 90 thousand dollar truck that was just repainted 6 months ago Id say its pretty bad...but really doesnt matter if its a junk truck the point is they need to respect it!!!!
