Rudy & staff kept me well informed. Knowledgeable staff. My grill, front bumper & headlight needed to be replaced. Job was done in about 6 hours & for the price I was quoted in estimate with warranty on parts. Im satisfied with the outcome.

While out in the middle of no where a deer collided with the side of my boyfriends beloved new truck. (For anyone upset about the 🦌 deer, he didnt even seem to notice. He scampered off into the woods.) Luckily the damage was isolated to a small section of the truck, but it was the first imperfection on the truck so the loss was hard felt. Auto Crafters were able to restore the truck to a point where you cannot even tell there was any damage. Their communication was good. The truck was completed on time and on estimate.

The friendly employees of this establishment replaced the bed of my truck in a timely manner, did an incredible job with the two tone paint, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. At most other places, this process would have cost me an arm and a leg to get done. However, the pricing was extremely affordable. I am glad I shopped around beforehand. While there, I spoke with an extremely professional employee named Rudy who reassured me they had me covered the whole way. My truck looks brand new. For once I am leaving an auto shop happy with the work that was done and not feeling ripped off. If I ever need auto body work again, I know where I will be going. I bought a brand new 2020 BMW X1 the first part of March 2020. The color is Jucaro Beige Metallic. Mother’s Day weekend I was out and about with my girls and low and behold someone decided to kiss my bumper as they were pulling out of the parking lot at a local meet market on the South Side of town. Of course they had no integrity to leave a card. I took my car to Auto Crafters after some recommendations. They were professional and efficient. The repairs which were cosmetic are flawless. The color match is perfect. I am absolutely happy with the repairs. I hope to never see them again...lol...but if I do I will use them again.

Paint job was horribly done, paint peeling and when I went back the employee was rude! The paint peeling is on top and he said because bottom of bumper has been broken that caused paint to peel!

They repaired my vehicle to my satisfaction and very quickly.

Very Very Very bad customer service. Very Very Very bad auto body service.I took my car their w/ an ALLSTATE claim. The Allstate rep was the only thing good about the experience. ( He is not there anymore) After 6 mos of having my car there for repair partly my fault because I had a $2000. deductible. After I got my car the line up on the front end was all crooked and the bumper was needing to be replaced, the hood didnt open properly because of line up. Of course I had words with the then manager. I couldnt believe that my car sat there and waited for me to make payment and when i finally did, it was not even fixed properly. They had to order a new bumper. 2 mos after the accident the bumper came in. I advised them that I did not want to leave the car and asked if they could just change it out quickly. So again I waited, and waited. Finally the bumper came in and got painted. First, I went in and spoke to the owner about drop off and pick up and he advised well it cant be on a Monday we are very busy I went in on two separate occasions only to be told by the owner, that I would have to come back another day because they could not fit me in. Finally on the last attempt I called in and spoke to the owner, again he said well I am not sure if we can get it done, THAT WAS IT! I advised him that I was the customer and that I would not jump through hoops to accommodate him any longer and that he should be accommodating me as the customer, HE HAD THE NERVE TO HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME! Today I have a bumper that is hanging off and a hood that wont open... DO NOT USE THEM! I have called Allstate and made them aware of this owners despicable behavior in hopes that no other car owner is subjected to his horrible, entitled, attitude. I pray that he realize that all people are equal and that he should treat all with love kindness and sense of pride in his work. I also repent LORD for being so judgmental in this situation. In JESUS name. SO BE IT!

3rd time bringing in my 2008 BMW 328i in the last 6 months, its been a tough year. Auto crafters have taken a load off my shoulders by giving me the best price when I didnt use insurance, and handled the insurance company when I did. My car has come back looking like new each time, as well as clean! Rick and Rudy as well as the rest of the team have all done an exceptional job. I will forever take my car back to them, hopefully not any time soon!

Had a dent in my rear bumper I simply wanted taken out. After visiting 3 other places in the area, I came here since everyone else wanted to do more work and charge me $500-750. I am very satisfied with their work and it was done quickly and at a fraction of the cost.

My front driver side headlight and bumber were damaged. I went to Auto Crafters Tuesday I believe. The front desk lady was normal and human, I liked her. The first man I spoke to was a little over the top peppy lol. The man who was responsible for my vehicle was named Rick. He was normal too. Rick said my vehicle would be ready Thursday if there were no hiccups. My vehicle was ready Thursday morning. My headlight and bumper looked brand new... I mean it seriously looked like nothing had ever happened... it actually looked better than before the accident. Everything went as I was told it would go. They did not try to talk me into getting extra unneeded work done like the places I got a quote from before them; this last is the main reason I left my vehicle here and not somewhere else. Thank you.

This body shop is awful!! Guys come across like car salesman. Over promise under deliver in my case. Had small dent in front quarter panel and hole in my bumper (plastic bumper). They used bondo on bumper and painted over it. When I got my car back the paint over the bondo bubbled, the horn didnt work and the bumper was not even clipped back on correctly. Took 2 weeks to get all that repaired again and they tried to have me pay for rental. These are very basic issues and I expect a body shop to be able to fix basics with no issue. Save time and go elsewhere. Not worth the hassle with this place.

Went to 3 other places with my car to get the hood open and when I finally came to Auto Crafters they were able to fix my hood in about an hour and ordered parts that came in the very next day.

Ok, ill start from the top with the WONDERFUL repair. Took my 2008 Mazda 6 in for a redo on a bad repair job for the rear end of my car. which meant, fixing the lock on the trunk lid, moving it back into place, pulling out the back end, and repair mismatched paint... i also might add that the front end was newly painted when i brought it in. a special two-tone paint job. This is what i got..... the interior door panels are basically falling apart at the seems (they must remove them in order to match the paint on the doors), my two tone paint job had some new scratches!, there were new scratches on the panels that were not even supposed to be touched, the inside of the car was FILTHY when i got it back; stains, dirt, etc. everywhere!, the paint on the trunk started flaking off, and the worst part...they did NOT fix my trunk lock...i still have to slam it shut! i would NEVER use this place again..

Have done work for years for us and have always been professional, quick and fair. the quality they deliver is above expectations on every level.

Will not use again. Rick was difficult to deal with and not Honorable. Look at the rest of the reviews and you will see a trend
