It is always a pleasure to go to Public Storage in Coram because of the exceptional customer service that Brandon provides. He is always pleasant, courteous, and efficient. Brandon is also very patient and accomodating to the customers. Thank you, we appreciate your kindness, hard work, and dedication.

It is neat and reasonably clean. I cant speak for the climate controlled units as I did not use one. The $1 first month fee is not actually real you are required to pay administrative fee of approximately $25 and insurance fee every month have at least $15, you are required to have a lock on your unit. Either bring a good one or you will be forced to buy one of their disc locks, for 20 dollars.The disc lock might be a good investment as most locks can be cut rather easily and the disc lock fits into the door in such a way as to make it very difficult to circumvent.The manager at this location is kind and takes all the time you need to explain everything to you, thats sad he is bound by the policy of the greater entity Public Storage Inc.If you can make sure that you get on auto pay.If youve ever seen Storage Wars that stuff is real and if you go for very long without paying your things will be auctioned off

Storage unit is fine but be careful with their pricing! I had a unit for 149 a month. 6 months later went to $189 and now 5 months later it’s $225. I believe they increase every 5-6 months!!! You’re better off going to the storage place on rate 112 in coram. Their pricing is fair.

Went to inquire about a storage unit due to the fact i am limited in space. The service was AMAZING. Miranda (one of the associates there) had accommodated me, very well mannered and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and she was very patient and thorough. I HIGHLY recommend this location. You feel safe and nothing but great vibes from the staff and property itself.

My experience was great Ive dealt with this company in the past. But I was surprised this time around in this pandemic I was told I would be charged double . when I was moving out Ive spent over 5,000 dollars with this company. Heartless I will never deal with this company again.

I was lucky enough to get the help of Jessica and she assisted in easing all my worries and giving me the best experience I could have asked for. I just left this Public Storage and I am very pleased with the service. I was greeted by Carissa. She was extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and even brought up a few things I hadnt even thought to ask. When moving there is plenty of stress involved. I was happy that this process did not add to it.

The Public Storage in Coram is the best place to store personal items. I have had a Unit there for 3 years and have been very pleased and satisfied. The Unit is clean, secure, well lit, well insulated, and easily accessible. All of my items have stayed well preserved with no mold or damage. The Property Manager, Shannon is very pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. She is very helpful to the customers and provides exceptional customer service. Shannon is a true asset to Public Storage and I wish her all the best.

Just left this storage facility and what a pleasant visit I had. The girl Danielle at the front desk was overwhelmed with customers and some how she made everyone happy with her professionalism. Shes very professional and knows exactly how to treat customers that walks in the door. The facility was nice and clean and the office was not cluttered . I recommend this storage place to anyone if you want great customer service and great prices.

I recently moved out of my storage space that I had here for about a year and the service was wonderful! My things stayed cleaned and Jessica was always a help when I needed it, she is very friendly and always made me feel comfortable whenever I was at the property ! I have rented else where in the past and the service and atmosphere was just not the same, if I ever need storage again I will be coming back to this location!

What this place does it wrong, one month of a missed bill and they threaten to have your storage auctioned off. There are people out there who have some things going on in life and cant always pay things on time and how they treat the people is horrible. They dont care at all. My bank account got hacked and informed them that i was going to be a little late with paying and they told me they did not care if it was not paid within 2 days all my stuff would be gone. NEVER AGAIN will i go here.
