When I walked through the door the counter person was wearing his mask below his chin while talking with a customer. He pulled it up and greeted me. The oil change appointment took an hour. I waited outside the building. I went back inside when the service person brought my vehicle to the front of the building. The counter person’s mask was hanging loose under his nose and askew over his mouth. He joked about me going home to start cooking him a steak dinner and invited a customer to come with. Disquieted, I completed the transaction and left. My husband had an oil change later that day at a shop in Maple Grove. He received a detailed report of what they checked along with photos of issues he might want to address. I got fresh oil.

This happened a while ago but it’s been in my mind. This place was my go to auto shop and then management changed and things went south. I had recently purchased a Ford and it had started to make a odd vibration that only happened after driving for more then 30 minutes or when it was peak summer days. I brought it in when it was doing this and was informed that my transmission was going; this vehicle had less then 50,000 miles as well. The advice I was given was to drop it off at the dealer and surrender the keys. I had taken it to a transmission specialist and they confirmed the issue and I just wound up trading the car in, but I wasn’t a fan of them saying to just surrender the keys and walk away.

These guys are fun! They know their stuff. They are a great asset to the community. Theyll give it to you straight. Changed my tires today. Went above and beyond. Thanks!!

Rod and his staff are excellent. The shop is full of honest, trustworthy, and hardworking people. Im new to town and was welcomed warmly and the owner took some time to get to know me. Incredible pricing and very timely service (I dropped off at about 830 on a day with multiple appointments and it was finished at about 1130). After one visit to this location, Rod and his staff knew my name and vehicle without having to spend time looking it up. I will continue to bring my vehicles and my families vehicles here for the foreseeable future.

These guys are fast and efficient. I waited in shop and watched as they removed and installed the tires. As soon as one of the technicians finished working on another customers tires, he helped on my vehicle with the other tech. I am very pleased with their thoroughness. I highly recommend this shop. A honest name in auto repair

Be ready to be frustrated. The owner is rude. I bought a tire and I noticed it was teared up and then when I came to exchange he kept telling me the exchange size wasn’t available (I had to come back 4 times) and later when I expressed my frustration he told me he didn’t care and that I can take my business somewhere else. Buying his tires and repair services will cost you time and money and it may also cost you safety (imagine what a poor fix would do to your life). I am happy that I’m done with him now and for good. Also, dont trust the 5-star ratings, they are all FAKE!!

Terrible service. Rude owner. Went in to fix a noise, came out with more expenses, unnecessary fixes, and a shot battery. They took me for a fool, make sure they dont take you for one. Also, most of the reviews here are left by the business.

Rid and crew are good with tires and most repairs. Definitely gives it to you strait and you can trust them.

Cheaters. I came for appointment, but they did not ordered tires.They proposed me different ones ( Ron, he works there, said - better quality and better discounts). Good! But ... again - no tires. Ron proposed me to come different day and they will get tires. What brand? - I asked Ron 3 or4 times to get answer. Finally, he said - the same one which I primarily ordered. They even did not apologize that broke my day. But I appreciate them because after them I visited Discount Tire and they did excellent job for less money. Good Year, please, do not send me your cards - you died for me forever!

Had a squeaky sound coming from our back tire area. They took a look at it but said nothing was wrong. But just with them fiddling with it it got rid of the squeak. Definitely going back!

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. This place is terrible. They make/sell terrible quality rims and when the rim cracks they expect you to pay extra money.I havent even had the rims I bought for more than TWO months and its already broken. The service is terrible, everything is just terrible.Also, when I was talking to the owner about the problem he yelled at me and said get out of here WHAT!!? Unbelievable! The worst store-experience in my life

I have been taking my company vehicles here for servicing a number of years. A few years ago I need windshield wipers on my Toyota van, The technician replaced the wipers but did a very poor job and as I drove home in the middle of a snowstorm one of the wiper came off. I returned to the shop to adress the issue and the owner apologized and took care of the problem. I continued servicing my vehicles there until today. I went to pick up my Dodge Caravan and drove to the shop and my toyota, Rod was standing outside talking to another customer/friend. As I get out of my vehicle, his immediate words to me were we have no gas we only have diesel.... perhaps if I had driven a pick up truck of some sort I would not have been greeted in this manner. I tried to brush it off and asked to see if the van was ready. He gave me a smirk and said he did not know... as we walked into the shop, he started to talk to his friend about the fishing charity and continued to ignore my presence. After a couple minutes, he gave me my paperwork and told me that he drove my van over the weekend and they could be a couple of beer cans in the front. He also told me to run the hell out of my tires and if the tires get slippery in the rain I should call to complain with the fleet services. I could also smell a hint of alcohol on him and needless to say his behavior was not acceptable.
