This is the only tire shop/ mechanic I trust touching my car when I cant fix it myself

The tire factory is awesome! Ive been going there for 15 years and they are always friendly, courteous and accommodating to ones needs. Sometimes theyre a little busy and you just have to be patient but its worth it! Lauren, Jeremy and Nancy are the best!

My family has been going here for 8 years, and we trust them implicitly. They have kept my 2008 Honda Element in excellent condition, and they have fair prices and have never gouged us. I wont go anywhere else.

I really love this place. This time I am dealing with a couple issues with some recent work that they did. Replaced Head Gaskets w/ tons of new parts. But it ended up having an exhaust leak & started overheating again from a bad Fan Clutch. Even tho the Fan Clutch was brand new. Called Loren & he didnt hesitate to tell me Just bring it back in & we will make it right He is a great guy & has always gone out of his way to take care of me.

Always friendly and professional. Service is great and they get you out quickly. I wouldnt take our vehicle anywhere else.

We had a slow leak in our rear tire, stopped in hoping they could fit us in their busy schedule . We didnt have to wait to long for our tire repaired and was only charged $15.Definitely recommend them. Good honest service.

I went to have a glass pack muffler installed on my car, they did a great job at a reasonable price. You will need an appointment, they are always busy.

I recently had an employee in the area with a bad tire. I called the service department and the man knew he had the tire in stock and said to send him in, that he would be watching for him. Within an hour, my employee was back on the road. All around great experience.

Loren is very very good owner and honest. Rates are reasonable. Techs are dedicated. He is busy but gets you in and is great with RVs. Worth driving to Coolidge

This place really is great. Called in the morning, took my car in the afternoon and an hour later I drove off with new tires. And honestly for a good price too.

I have a road trip coming up, so I called,to ask if they have tires for my truck in stock, they didnt, but placed an order to have them brought in that afternoon. Once the tires arrived, they took my truck right in and hooked me up almost immediately. Jeremy, Loren and Nick all greeted and welcomed me with their cheerful disposition and they really make you feel at home . I now can enjoy my trip knowing they have taken care of my tires and even took extra time to inspect the overall condition of my vehicle to ensure a safe trip. This is a great place to have your automotive needs met.

Great service, decades of service to us...always fixes it right and I never leave feeling cheated-thats a biggy. The guys found this broken metal rod in my tire....

Went in for an alignment after changing out my control arms, sway bar links and inner as well as outer tie rod ends to be told I needed motor mounts. I opted to not have them do any repairs and do them myself at home as Im a mechanic. Once I got home and jacked up my car I discovered that my lower control are ball joint that connects to my steering knuckle on both driver and passenger side had been loosened a good amount. Very disappointed with the way they did business with me and how they put my safety as well as my familys safety at risk by doing so. I will never return to this business for anything and dont recommend anyone else going to them either instead look up Four Sons Mobile Auto Repair and call them.

Went to get an alignment done and they did the exact opposite of that called the next day left a message didnt get a call back at all meanwhile my vehicle had a ton of play in the wheel and my tires were eaten up in 2 days! I drive rough, go out 4 wheeling all the time and ive never had even near the amount of damage that this place caused me in days.

The owner Lauren and his family have been running this place since I can remember. Definitely over 30yrs. They are extremely knowledgeable and do great work on any vehicle you can think of. Most importantly they are trustworthy. Thats the hardest thing to find when it comes to mechanics. With them you know your getting the best quality work for the absolute best price.

These guys are pretty good. Im mostly satisfied with their services. They did most of my fathers auto repairs since I was a kid. While Ive taken over most repairs of my own vehicles as well as my fathers, Id still recommend these guys for tire services and advanced repairs.

It took a long time to get my vehicle back. They told me 3 hours but I took them 8 hours and I had to call them to see if my vehicle was ready.

You cannot find any other place then the tire Factory for all your work. I will never go anywhere else. Loren is fair honest and will not mislead you. They do quality work, and I bring them my Mercedes SUV to work on, it will never go to a dealer.

We decided to try local shop for replacing tires. After calling all of the tire shops in town, decided to give this place a shot. Unfortunately they did not have tires so I was told need to be ordered. Waited over the weekend, no call on said date but no big deal, next day got a call. We took the car and tires were changed within an hour despite seeing lots of cars and every work bay full. We will definitely keep this place in mind. Thank you.

Very pleased! First time I take my car somewhere besides Garrett Motors. I made it in 45 min before closing for an oil change and I was out in 30 mins, no appointment! Very busy but very professional. They even checked tire pressure amongst other things and told me to bring it back at 5,000 miles to make sure everything is ok, at no charge. $63 for full synthetic 10,000 miles.

I had a nail in one of my tires. I was in at 8 without an appointment, and on the way home by 9.

I stopped to have my tires checked because the Low tire indicator was on. They checked and filled them, low due to change in weather. The tech who checked them out showrd me how the tires were cracking and tread was very thin, left ordering 4 new tires at a great price! Lots of thank yous to my son for suggesting I go there because he frquents their services and to Tire Factory for such a great deal and tires!

This place is great! My tire light was on and there was a chunk out of the side of my tire. They checked it out and aired the tires for free. The chunk was cosmetic. They could have told me I needed a new tire and I wouldnt know any better. I will only go to this mechanic from now on. They can be trusted!!

Well let me begin by saying that a while back I had a little 89 Buick. I had transmission problem and I was in Casa Grande so I took it to a transmission shop on Pinal ave. told the owner what the problem was. He didnt even asked to check into the problem he rite away said my transmission was bad and it would be about $1200 to fix it. I didnt have that kind of money so I decided to drive it back to Coolidge on 2nd grear because if I would get to 3rd gear the trany would get stuck and I would not be able to stop. So I took it to the Tire Factory and they took no time to put it on the lift and looked at it, about 30 minutes later they told me it was a faulty brake switch a $5 part. Thank you Tire Factory and please people be careful with shady mechanic shops. Take your auto to the Tire Factory they will never do you wrong.

Showed up 2 min before they opened on a sat morning and they already had 8 people waiting... would be nice if they offered appointments. The oil change i got was good (took about 2.5 hours) and the second time i was in to check on a possible oil leak which also took about 3 hours. They missed a blatantly obvious oil leak and sent me on my way, which meant another trip to a repair shop so that was kind of annoying. They are all friendly and always super busy, and seem to know a lot of customers very well from the couple times Ive been so obviously they care about good customer service

Took my trailer to this place to get tires replaced. Ended up losing to stud bolts on the drive home and almost lost a tire. I called to talk to somebody left a voicemail on Sunday got a call back on Wednesday from the owner. The owner apologized and asked about what happened. I explained the situation and the owner stated that he wanted to make it right he offered to replace the stud bolts tire and wheel. Offered to ship them to me because I live out of the area. I appreciate that they heard me out. They went above and beyond to address my concerns.

Ive never been there for tires and theyve never treated me any differently. Its like a hole in the wall place for your car needs.

Came here with a tire leak....they took the time to diagnose that it wasnt the tire and it was a cracked rim...they sent the rim out and had it welded for a really reasonable price....other places would have told me I needed a new rim and tire...not the fastest service but very precise once they get u in...will continue to take my business here again....

I was referred to come here to get my tire fixed. It had 3 nails in it. They fixed it, & mounted it back on my truck. They even put the spare back up under the truck too. It was busy, but they only took 30-40 mins & charged me $10. I was very happy. I will return for business again.

Loren and Jeremy are excellent and it comes to customer service the mechanical team theyre knowledgeable and efficient as well as usually fast at least when it comes to me I always choose Tire Factory when it comes to me getting my tires replaced is brake to go to a place where they know your name when you walk in the door without even having to look at your file.

They do good work and stand behind it, wont cheat you or try and get you to do stuff you dont need. I dont take my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommended.
