This place is great! Constantly having new products and always a great selection. In my opinion this is the best Starship location in all of metro Atlanta. The staff are always polite and helpful especially Haley!!!!!! Shes the best Chelsea says hello

Stupidity. I was told to wear a mask or I could hold my shirt over my face to shop. I had no mask and they offered none so I walked out. I wont spend any more money with there corporation.

I been meanin to leave a review on this one for a minute. Months ago, woman with colored hair was workin n every time I had to ask a question she just stand there n not say anything. N last night drew the line for me. I come in to get a few things n a nice young girl is helpin me n bein very attentive. I overhear the other guy workin tellin someone about his wife n they sex life n buyin her lingerie. It just seem unprofessional n clearly makin others uncomfortable.

Not sure why they only have 3/5 stars but my experience was good. I’d never been in a sex store & the employees were very helpful. They never made me feel awkward or anything. Prices were good. They have a lot in stock too I got everything i needed. Everything is organized.

Need to have some (Adult time) .. Its Sweet for couples . Or even Alone. Lol. 😉

The lady in the store that has the beard with colorful hair and wears glasses either needs to be rigorously retrained or just fired all together. She flirts with you as she informs you about the product then when I walked away her she comes then on top of that her hygiene is atrocious. How are you in an air conditioned environment and your MUSTY, she was so musty my eyes and nose were burning

It’s this one employee in there that wouldn’t even allow me and my girlfriend to shop, like literally kept following us around the whole entire time we was there, it was so irritating because I felt uncomfortable the whole time, I even told her that we would let her know when we needed help and she walked away for like 5 minutes then came back to bother us some more. I do not recommend going there if that girl is working!

I came in here, tonight, for a new vape.The woman approached me from behind the counter with a great product suggestion at a great price point. The associate had a fun personality with gorgeous eyes. She was down to earth, very patient, and offered lots of knowledge on the products in the store.I hope to see her on my next visit!

I dont understand stores like this that dont answer your phone you not doing anything this late at night to where you couldnt answer your STORE PHONE 😡 not only that but I bought a product and that product does NOT work at all and I have a feeling I wont be helped with either issues

Absolutely love this staff, they are very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products from Kangaroo to Black 4K. Great suggestions in flavored lubes (go sugar free girls unless you want the yeasty beasties) and toys. Love this store!

It was only 12am I said I only needed 5mins but on the site it said open til.2am false advertisement very disappointed!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEUnsanitary and not accommodating.First time coming into the store for gifts for my friends 21st today and grabbed the Lollicock dildo as well as another item. Made my way to the counter and while standing there I ask the associate, Ashley, if they accept card (first time in a store like this) and without eye contact and barely volume she gives me a Yeah... I then stand there against the counter for 2 minutes waiting for her to actually acknowledge me so I can checkout. I make my purchase, leave, hand the gift over and friend opens it. As shes opening it we notice the 2 small pieces of tape keeping it from being pulled opened are dirty. We find it strange until we fully pry the packaging open to find FINGERPRINTS, dust and three little white HAIRS on it. It was my purchase so I call IMMEDIATELY. I get Ashley on the phone and explain some of the situation. The first thing that comes out of her mouth is We dont do returns or exchanges, so... . I continue to explain the fingerprints and she tells me that they just tape it so that no one will steal it but dont open them. With how the box is set up (indented with cardboard behind) theres absolutely no way there could be dust in there other than it being opened. I say this and Ashley tells me Either way they need to be cleaned before and after use and that its the manufacturer thats the issue.First of all, gross . Just ...gross. Second, thats not how you handle a situation with a customer especially with this type of situation. I wasnt offered anything for this, not speak to the manager, credit, or anything . Point? Dont go here...Overpriced anyways.

HORRBILE ESTABLISMENT! My wife and I were returning home from breakfast I decided to stop in and pick up a surprise gift for my wife. Being new to this I have never been inside an adult store. I was very much excited as I walked in I approached an older blonde maybe late 40s with heavy make up at first she did not even acknowledge my presence so I proceeded to ask for her help, she was extremely rude and acted as though her helping me find a gift was a big problem for her! she had a very bad attitude I was appalled. I will never return to this store HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT GO HERE!

If I could give zero stars I would, but fortunately for them I have to give one to be able to post this review. They are very unprofessional in this establishment, so much so they are very provocative with there male employees and from my knowledge on business theyre shouldnt be relations in the work place, so if that isnt a major red flag I dont know what is. Not only are they rude to customers they are also highly rude to their employees. I dont even understand how this place is still in business, theyve needed to shut this particular one down for years! The general manager is a real piece of work, she needs to take a course on how to approach people as well as see a counselor for anger management and bipolar issues. Im assuming these issues come from her being an older lady and not being able to handle things properly like most senior citizens which I guess is understandable being she is older. However it is highly inappropriate so whoever is over this establishment needs to make some changes or I dont see this place being open much longer. Hope to see changes soon, have a blessed day!

Went in Sunday to go buy hubby a gift. As soon as I walked in, the store smelled of weed. As I got around to what appeared to be the employee bathroom, 3 girls walked out smelling of weed and an overpowering smell of bleach! Nothing wrong with smoking, but not at work girls! For this reason, I will not go back...

I have visited frequently and ive been at different times of the day & night. I love the store and location, it kinda sits to itself. Some of their items is priced ok, & some are high priced. I like the selection of movies(dvds). Now, the employees... Some are nice, and a few were not so nice. My husband asked one employee a question and he said he couldnt answer because my hubby didnt use the proper or right word, I was like, really?, were in a sex store for craps sake. Anyway, the only other thing i had a issue with was the kind of music they were playing & it was entirely too loud. Other that it was a good store.
