I got my ears pierced at the Conyers location. Less than a week later, the earrings began to strangle my ears and cause immense pain as they sunk backwards into the piercings. I ended up having to go to the dermatologist and had to have them dug out of my bleeding ears. The doctor said that the person that pierced my ears clearly didnt know what they were doing. After reaching out to the owner, she did not offer to refund my money. Instead she tried to place the blame on me. I will never go back to this store and will tell others of the pain I endured.
