Ive been shopping at this location for a while now. It was nice when it first opened but it is so messy and disorganized now. Its true; there is a great selection. But because it is so messy in the hair section, it takes more time to find what youre looking for. They did some construction and ever since then, the aisles are littered with product to the point that you cant even walk down the aisles. One aisle even had a construction saw in it, which is very unsafe. At the register, the card machine was not working for my aunts card. Tap wasnt working and the chip wasnt working, either. The cashier (maybe the owner?) snatched my aunts card out of her hand and tried to swipe it without asking. Of course it didnt work, since everything uses the chip now. It was bad here before, but it is worse now. I cant subject myself to such mediocrity AND pay for the displeasure.

I used to ALWAYS get my hair supplies and hair from here when I lived here.

Good selection of products but the store needs to be organized. Expect to spend at least 30 minutes searching. Service is always good.

Rude Chinese lady in the front with a HURRY UP & BUY attitude! They allowed the wig staff in the back to post a sign that says OUR SERVICE DEPENDS ON YOUR ATTITUDE . VERY tacky & unprofessional to post.

Its a new location, the staff was pleasant, they are still setting up, but its really going to be nice, yhere are a large selections of wigs.

The ladies in the back selling the wigs are great. They have the BEST customer service Ive gotten in a beauty supply store; I believe they were a mother/daughter team. They got me exactly what I needed!

Sales people are very courteous and polite. Too much merchandise laying in the isles. Otherwise, a pleasant place to shop.

I like this place. Tons of choices and no ones following you around as if you were stealing. I didnt like the fact that most things are locked. But I will shop there again for beauty products

It was a very bad experience my granddaughter just wanted to do a exchange on a wig because the wig that was in the bag wasnt the one thats was on the head in the store told what happened but still say cant help you just bad customer service no stars

They are a good store. They need more help but they are always friendly regardless! The prices are comparable to others. The things I shop for are always available.

They always have a wide selection of wigs, the store itself is huge!! The young lady who assists with the wigs is amazing! Shes extremely helpful and nice!

I arrived to this store to purchase items. The current time of arrival was 7:45pm. The lady locked the door and was letting people out. I asked if they were closed and she said yes. I ask what time do they close and she responds 8pm. I said, its only 7:45pm. She said I know. I will not return to this location.

I am a Master licensed cosmetology and if you are reading this run! Dont go into this establishment it the worst beauty store. One they are not kind or friendly. Two they will rip you off. Three they charge way too must for a conditioner treatment 39.00 that suppose to be 17. Just running dont say I never told you so.

I came to the store at 5:47 the door was locked! I asked nicely if I could just get some crochet hair and come in since the sign and online hours say they close at 6pm.. the lady stated they lock the doors at 5:45 p.m. and was rude. I have spent alot of money in this place and this is really ashame. I will start driving back across town to the black owned beauty supply store from now on.

Great location, ok prices, and an abundance of merchandise. I cant think of anything they dont sell.Only issue is if you have a question, need help, or need an item out of the locked displays, you have to literally call the Marine who found Bin Laden to find an employee lol. Its like Wheres Waldo in there. They dont wear uniforms so I have no idea who works there.

I would go on a shopping spree here

They have everything you want and need for female hair and skin. A very well stocked store. Was there this week and ask the cashier about a placenta product, she looked at me and said i dont know what youre talking about. Choose better workers please. She was not nice at all.

I drove best 15 miles to get to this beauty supply and got her at 5:46 by the time I parked, and got a mask they were closed and they would not let us in. Im very displeased that this beauty supply gets all these raves and they close early they should really change on their app that they close ten minutes early.

One of the worst beauty supply stores I ever went to, tried to get a wig and every wig I picked was discontinued, I can understand if something is discontinued but dont have it displayed like U have it in stock.

I tried to shop with them and the guy had locked the doors 15 minutes before closing. I asked what time you close and he said the time, then I asked what time is it and he grabbed his phone outta his back pocket and couldnt say nothing. He saw me looking at his phone so I made the statement oh so yal are closing at 7:42 today, okay thanks and he couldnt say nothing. I walked away unbothered because one thing Im not going to do is beg you to take my money. I know some people come in your stores and take their time when youre about to close, you want to get outta there at the time you suppose to but I was going to pick up 1 hair product that I always use and this is the only place I know that carries it, anyway I dont like the fact that I drove there trying to get there before closing time AND DID but they werent letting anyone else in and had locked the doors. I feel like if youre in my neighborhood and Im supporting your business, you shouldnt be like that. Anyways, as I walked away they were letting someone out and another young woman walked up trying to get in and she got upset because she said she drove 30 minutes for nothing wasting gas and it was 10 minutes till closing. My opinion is to stop supporting people who has this kinda attitude in business. And yes, I understand Emergencies and things of that nature but lets be realistic, either dont say anything or take your money elsewhere because when it starts to be a bad trand...... I CANTASE

For them to be the MEGA sunny beauty they don’t have nothing . No variety and they are unhelpful and rude . I won’t be back at this location and rather go the Super Sunny beauty supply who has much of a better variety. Some of the workers are actually quite friendlier them as well.
