Pancake and I only come to see Jason and his team at Goodyear at Topperwein. They take great care of us, and even keep treats behind the desk for us. They take great care of the truck too.

The Clerk was Helpful and Pleasant! The Exterior was Clean and Neat. The Interior Waiting Area was Spacious and Equipped with a Television and Coffee Bar. My Wait Time was under 30mins which I loved.

Goodyear exemplifies true customer and quality care. Their highly qualified staff brings a level of knowledge and experience that not only gives you a sense of security but a sense of relief knowing that your vehicle will be taken care of. Terrible!! Weve always bought tires from them(entire family), but unless things improve, that will end. My brother had an appt. and arrived early, of course. Didnt matter as he was told by the employee. They took people with no appointment as he had to wait and wait and wait. He was told they dont go by appointments. Really??? We all have multiple cars and have been loyal customers for over 30 + years. This isnt our first, second, or third issue either.

The Goodyear Auto Service on Toepperwein Rd was able to repair my tire from a screw/bolt stick in it causing a slow leak. They were able to fix it quickly and within the timeframe I was initially told. Service was very quick and they were really professional!

Took my truck in to get a tire looked at for a warranty claim. Talked to the manager, Jason, and he was able to get me a new tire for a prorated price. The tire had to be ordered and he was able to get it and replace the same day. Excellent customer service!!! They were quick and professional. I will definitely return when I need new tires for my truck!!

Asked for a simple maintenance at 1352 when I arrived. I was asked if I could leave the car for a couple of hours. There was one lady leaving when I walked in, just talking. There are no vehicles in any of the bays and its been over 10 minutes. So I am leaving

Jason, who is apparently the new store manger, is fantastic! Honesty is something we all fear in mechanic shops. He will educate you. No one else is touching my truck. Business = relationships. Relationships = Trust. Trust = Jason at Goodyear.

Their prices are higher than average and they routinely pass customers to find some other maintenance center because they are full with corporate account vehicles. Unless you are there at the store opening you will have to wait because they only have one mechanic on at open but hey it’s better than driving around looking for another shop.

I ended up having to return an item do to a mistake made by this service station. It was resolved to my satisfaction with the help of customer care. All is forgiven. I hope to do business again here someday, in the past they have been helpful.

Came in to have my tire plugged due to a leak. I was informed by the store manager that the leak was unrepairable. I told them if they have a replacement tire, which they did and told them to processed to change out the tire. A few minutes later he comes to me saying that the tire pressure gague had fallen off and that it was already like that when they were replacing the tire. They then asked if the tire light was on, I said yes when the tire was low on air, not because it was broken. Looking at the device its obvious they broke it and instead of taking responsibility for it they decided to lie about it. Lesson learned, I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.

Very good service and manager very knowledgeable and informative of our situation. I felt we were informed about our problem and presented with a solution. We had front brakes replaced with rotors with complete information. We also had oil changed. We were happy with work that had been done about month ago so we decided to come back for service. We drove 80 miles because of care we were given before. We have told friends about service we received. Thing they may follow our lead. Everybody was nice and place was very clean. I usually hate getting my car serviced, but no longer. I needed new tires and decided to try Goodyear instead of going to the dealership---and that was a genius move. The manager Jason Gonzales gave me great advice--and didnt take advantage of my obvious lack of knowledge when it comes to cars. I have brought my car back three times since then for other issues and all were taken care of quickly and fairly.

Got my tires from them - very good. No problems there.Got my oil changed - there hasnt been a day since that I regret trusting them.They cracked my intake manifold- then denied they did it (honestly- how do you guys sleep at night knowing you didnt man up to something you did?). They even went as far as saying they were no where near it - when my oil cartridge is less than 7 inches away.

Stopped to get car checked for noise. The manager was very polite the staff handled my problem professionally. I had messed up my muffler brackets. The guys handled it quickly. I was on the road again. I’ll be coming back for tires and service. Thanks to all.

I had been a customer of Goodyear Converse for the past year and was so happy with the two Andys there. I went in and they were gone. After speaking with Jason about my truck, he didn’t seem interested in what I was needing. I asked where the other Andy’s went and he refused to tell me. A kind lady working there guided me to the right spot. The Goodyear NW Military store. I am now conducting my business there. Those guys are not only knowledgeable but they have great customer service skills. It’s refreshing to get a straight forward answer!

Excellent service, very nice and honest people. Took my 2008 KIA to them, actually had to have it towed after Sears left me with a brake pedal that went completely to the floor then told me I needed to take my car to the dealership because KIA had to order a new ABS module for it. My brake pedal was fine before taking it to them😣 They were able to fix the pedal back to where it was AND order the KIA ABS. Thank you Goodyear!

I have been building my truck for several years and do not trust many people to work on it. I recently lowered the truck which meant it needed a front end alignment. The gentleman at this shop were able to do what three other shops including the dealer was not able to do. I recommend this shop to anyone I meet looking for reliable, honest people.

OVERPRICED AND VERY DEMEANING. I went in for a quote for an alignment and 2 tires and they were trying to charge $400+ ?? And not to mention the guy who spoke to me was very abrupt and rude. No thanks, I’ll go to Big 0’ Tires in forum for where it was MUCH cheaper for the same process.

Both managers were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. I came in complaining of a wobble in the front end and the Service Manager, Doug, took me for a test drive to isolate the problem. Turns out it was not a problem with the drive train -- I just needed an alignment. I also bought 3 new tires since they could do it quickly. They had me in and out in an hour and a 1/2. Neither my mother nor I will take our cars anyplace else.

Good customer service. They are a little slow to perform the task, but the work is still quality. They also have a military discount.

Spoke with a sales rep at this location and worked out a deal on tires. The gentleman stated that he was off next week but the store would call me when the tires came in. Called yesterday to check on the tires and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. The gentlemen stated he would talk to the manager and call me back in the morning. Never did so I took my 1400 dollar business else where. Even if they had no record I would have still thought they would have called to gain my business. I recommend taking the drive to another Goodyear store that A. remembers you or B. if not still would like to sell you tires.

I went in today after calling first & discussing my needs. The tires I needed weren’t there so Andy ran to their warehouse & got them for me. Both Andy’s were awesome, very helpful, & really kind to all of the customers there. They’ve earned a customer who will be bringing in her whole family for their business!

The staff at this location were professionals and made quick work of mounting and balancing the new trailer tires I purchased. I would use this Goodyear Service Center again.

I am impressed by the high quality service and their detailed level of inspection! They also order parts right away (such as a wheel for a smart car) and get your car taken care of efficiently.

Great service, initially. However, now we have a flat on a tire we paid $100+ each for and they can’t help us because we didn’t get something called “Roadside Hazard” which was NOT offered to us. It’s been less than 3 months and these so called “Max Life” tires have already given us the boot. They offered some 6 month plan “in case ANYTHING happened to the tires” when we had them installed. So we went with it thinking it would actually cover anything. Now we know it was just for treads. Very misleading!

Around July 4th I made an appointment for a low tire light. I was told by Andy, a late 20s manager, that it would be over an hour before they got to it. Not a big deal but defeats the purpose of making an appointment imo. I ask Andy if it is possible to give me a ride back to my house about 2 miles away and they could get to it whenever they had a chance. He says hell get back to me on it. A wait patiently for about 15 minutes and then decide to ask him about the ride. He says we are too busy and cant do it. Wasnt mad by being bsd but it wasnt that busy from what I saw (I worked at a dealership so I know busy when I see it). At least tell me so Im not sitting there when I could already be walking home! After not hearing from them 3 hours later I call up there. Andy tells me that there is a nail in my tire that cant be patched. I already saw where it was and I remember patching several tires at the dealership that were in the same spot (more than a thumbs width from the outside of the tread). Again I wasnt mad at this point but figured they just wanted to sell me tires. I asked Andy to have the tire off the rim so when I went up there I could see if I could repair it. Was going to take it up to st Phillips and do it myself and see if I could teach any students there how to patch. When I go up there my SUV is on a lift with the tire still on. The mechanic sprays soapy water to show it is leaking air. I ask to have it taken off the rim so I can see if repairing it is possible. Andy and the mechanic look at me like Im not going to do any extra work. Then Andy goes on to say it is against company policy to take a tire off a rim and not put it back on the rim. At this point I was done with their bs and said just put the spare on. The older mechanic puts the spare tire on the back and I ask Andy for it to be put on the front because it is safer that way. Andy goes on to tell me that he would have to charge me for a rotation if they did that. I bought the road hazard from them and rotations were supposed to be included. Imo they just wanted me to buy another tire because they get paid more than just doing a patch and it would be easier. After getting my keys back I was left to put the tire in a plastic bag I had to ask for from their shop; I didnt receive any help. After seeing me having trouble, a younger tech noticed that Andy had given me the wrong bag that didnt fit my tire. The tech helped me with it while the older mechanic and Andy just looked at us as to say your business isnt needed. I appreciate that younger tech taking the initiative to help me but by then I had already made up my mind that I will never go back there and waste my hard earned money on lame excuses and poor customer service. After I left there I went to discount tire at the forum and they patched it for me for FREE because i bought the road hazard for my other car previously. The sales person at discount laughed when I told him that Goodyear couldnt patch the tire. I ended up going to a couple different tire places around the forum to see who had the best deal on new tires and all were very comparable. I ended up buying 4 new tires that day for about $110 a tire and all the work was complete in about 2 hours from the time I walked in to the time I left. I honestly would have considered buying the new tires at Goodyear, like I did before, if they would have treated me right.

In short they refused to honor their own companies warranty because the tires were purchased at a different store that has since closed. Last time I will buy anything from Goodyear. Told them to lower my vehicle from wrack and am at competitors getting 4 new tires now.

Brought my car in for balancing issues. Went in and talked to Andy. Andy was exceptional, he insured me that he would do everything he can to see if he can resolve my issue. I bought rims and tires from a company that only does tires. And all they did was give me headaches, took it back to this company 4 times for multiple issues with balancing., and everytime they rebalanced the tire they would leave the tape residue, on a black rim, and my steering wheel would go back and fourth. So I took my car to Goodyear and perfection. My car hasnt rode this smooth since I put the new tires on. And talk about customer service, Andy called me the next day just to see if I was satisfied. Do ypurself a favor, go here for perfection on what a company is supposed to do. Its care for the customer, Goodyear has got my business. Thanks Andy.

Weve been going here for years and through all the changes in management, this one and the crew surrounding him are the worst! Liars! We took our Pathfinder for a routine oil change. As always, they called and said additional work was necessary. We agreed. When we went to pick it up, we found that not only did they screw up the additional services they said needed to be done, but also broke a piece on the console shifter. Told us the tech was gone and to bring it back to fix. When we brought it back they changed their story several times but said they could tell the plastic piece was an old break. I know that this piece can only be broken by someone forcing the shifter into gear. They said they could just take it out and it would shift fine but still refused to actual fix what they broke. Now I have a broken shifter console that will negatively affect my trade in value. But oh, according to the Manager Able, he had a buddy who was worked at a Toyota dealership who could hook us up. Able, Adam and the rest of that crew are nothing but shady, lying thugs. We will never take any of our vehicles back. Dont trust these guys for anything!

Charles the Manager I put manager in quotes because he is a horrible manager, and should go back to turning wrenches because he has ZERO customer service skills, and ZERO people skills. I went to Goodyear yesterday, and I refuse to ever go back, his smart attitude, and just general demeanor were enough for me to never go to another Goodyear ever again. I honestly do not know how he got this job, but after talking to my neighbors that live within 1 mile from this Goodyear all of them tell me the same story. I wont go back there because that manager is a jerk. Then I look online and find only 1 good review. Which makes me think the 1 good review had to be Charles himself. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Good deal on tires and great cutomer service

The few times I’ve used Goog Year my experience has been negative. I needed 3 tires they had two in stock. They said they could order the third tire and have it in the next day. I called two days later and the tire still had not been ordered. They said we can have it here by lunch. I said ok that will work. I get there and the tire had not been delivered. Employee called to check on the delivery hung up and told me they did not have any tires and it would be two to three days to get the tire. I canceled the order whet to another tire shop “Beasley Tire Servive” and was good to go. Done with Good Year!

Let me start by saying that I usually am pretty lenient with service, because heck, service industry is hard. With that being said... Wish I could give lower than one star. I had to have an O2 sensor replaced which was 200 bucks and decided to have the oil changed and tires rotated at the same time. It took all day long, then after we got the car back not only did the engine light come back on but the whole car was vibrating. Drove it down the free way to get home and the tire was shaking worse and worse. Finally had to pull in to a Firestone and have it looked at. The people at Goodyear didnt tighten the lug nuts on to hold the tire! So the tire was hanging by one loose lug nut when we finally pulled over. Abel took it back and fixed it that day but when I went to pick it up the assistant manager told me it was my fault because I should have checked. What...? Idiot. Firestone told us that the O2 sensor i spent 200 bucks on was faulty and Abel told us he would call and schedule when he could replace it. He NEVER called. I called the shop 5 times and they told me he wasnt available. This was the worst service I have ever had in my life.

This is the worse service that I have ever had. Dropped my truck off on a Saturday 11/8 to change 1 tire that was ripped and you could see the steel belt. Come Tuesday when I go to pick it up, nothing had been done to it, because the crew from Saturday didn’t tell anyone on Sunday or Monday. Took them 3 hrs to change 1 tire. NEVER GOING BACK. This store neeeds a makeover and fast!!

Went for an alignment and after having my truck there all day truck still pull to the right. Ended up taking it back the next day and pointed out that the camber bolts I had just installed brand new were damaged. Guy there told me that they were cheap and that it wouldnt affect anything. Got the truck back that evening and the manager blamed the new tires for the pull. Took the truck to the place I had just bought the tires and explained my situation. They showed me that the truck was not alignment properly and that I had to replace the new camber bolts because they were damaged. Now Im trying to get a refund from these people. PLEASE DONT TAKE ANY VEHICLES HERE. This is exactly why I rather do any work on vehicles myself... It just sucks that I dont have the right tools to do my own alignment!!!

My experience is that they use substandard parts and inexperienced mechanics. I had 38 hundred dollars’ worth of work done on my vehicle, bearings replaced which I told them after they replaced them I was getting some noise from one of them they said they replaced it again but the problem continued so they said it was not the bearing well it was and cost me another 4 hundred to get it fixed their response was I got usage out of it. Break assist was replaced it is now going bad again after 2 years their response out of warranty and I had got some usage out of it. So do not count on anything they do lasting past the warranty even though it should last the rest of the vehicles life, they use cheap parts and cheap labor it will be a cheap job and cost more in the long run, go someplace else.

Terrible service started with the first associate couldnt find my vehicle in their files I always have to keep receipts because they doont keep track of the work they do. Then I was told my truck would be done by noon after I brought it in at 830am for an alignment and camber adjustment they installed that didnt last 60 days then they dont even finish my truck for over 9 hours!!! Because they wanted to sell me another camber kit after they had no clue they already installed one themselves and I had to prove it with my own paperwork. Crappy technicians crappy service if it wasnt for coupons to the company they would have no buisness!

Had to go here because my tire went flat and had no spare. This was the only place nearby. The place I had my truck had no air, but it would not made any difference seeing the tire was not fixable. The attendants were friendly and even gave me a ride back to where my truck was at, and they even gave me a discount on the overall amount I paid.

Ive had a plesant experience with my first visit to the toepperwein location. After riding on a flat for a few miles this was the only tire shop i found. Upon walking in Charles greeted me and helped me find a replacement tire. I needed low profile 20s and he knew instantly that he wouldnt have any in stock. He then mentioned that he can order some online for me, i needed the tire now since my tire was already flat. So he went ahead and called his warehouse and was able to find one lucky for me. It was expensive and for me being in the middle of paychecks it was hard for me to afford it., Lucky for me he was able to look up prices on their competitors site and he went ahead and gave me the lowest price!! How lucky of me. It was still expensive but it was not only tire i was paying for it was the assurance that i wouldnt need a new tire for a long time and i am more than happy to pay for that. Charles went above and beyond and i will return for my next tire purchase!

Great customer service!

I had a flat tire on my way to work this morning, so of course I called Good Year because they are who I purchased my tires from in July 2011. Spoke with Chris the manager who assured me to come in so they could take a look and see if they could fix the tire or see if we needed to replace all four tires. My husband took in my vehicle at 10:15am and left two hours later with nothing done! There were 6 employees working, 1 being a manager and 1 an assistant manager who couldn’t approve anything while the manager was out buying wasp spray. The only reason my husband was even giving an update 2 hours later was because he walked into the bay to check the status of the vehicle. The assistant manager informed him that the flat tire needed to be replaced and hadn’t checked the 3 additional tires yet. There were only two vehicles in the bay during the time my husband was there and one vehicle was mine and the other was an oil change that was said to take an hour and half. My husband had them put the spare back on at this point because they couldn’t give him an estimate time to replace the tire only that it would be done today when it should have been done within the two hours that he was waiting. Waste of time, will never go back to Good Year!!!

Theyve been good for minor repairs and standard maintenance. i.e. Tire repairs, oil & filter changes, etc.

Can in expecting to spend a certain amount and these guys addressed my concerns and had me way under that.
