Stopped in to get a price for some minor work. Not only was I treated like a favored customer, they did the work right away and when I left I had the feeling they really cared about their business and customers.More businesses need to act this way. Kudos for a great encounter.

Showcase was absolutely awesome. Steve went above and beyond to get my new steel running boards to match my 20 year old custom yellow paint. It wasn’t easy to match but he made it seem easy. These people were great! I had a piece dragging on my car, stopped at two places before getting here. Nobody wanted to help me at either place, but when I got here they seemed more than happy to help! They fixed it for no charge at all! They were so nice and helpful. I would definetely recommend!

There was a delay due to insurance problems. They took responsibility and did their best to fix the situation. Their job on the car was excellent. I cannot tell whether the delay was truly the insurances fault or not, but in either case they handled it very professionally, very responsibly. Excellent customer service, spotless job on the car, honest people.

This shop is a gem and the owner is one of the most genuine and kindest human beings Ive ever encountered in my life.As a matter of fact, the entire staff Id dealt with are all top-notch. This place is absolutely hands down the best paint and body shop around. I took my car in for some minor damage and they had it back out to me so fast I wasnt sure it was even possible. The work was so good you cant even tell anything was ever done to it! They are extremely professional and strait to the point. Im a customer for life now. If you need any paint and body work this is your place!

I went from shop to shop in Conroe shopping for the best price and to make sure I wasnt taken advantage of (as often happens in these types of scenarios) on a tiny bit of work that needed to be done and was quoted all the up to $425 for the repairs that I wanted. I stepped into Showcase and was greeted immediately and in a friendly manner, the man looked at my vehicle and said he would do it for FREE and didnt say the piece needed to be replaced as the last shop had said, he brought the car back around from the paint shop in less than 10 minutes and the spot where the damage was looked brand new. Needless to say I will recommend this shop to friends and family and will be using it in the future. Thanks again Showcase!

Repaired my vehicle perfectly, they handled everything with my insurance estimate, claim, and rental car, they also cleaned my car inside and out. Plus, my car was finished in 5 days! This is the only time any vehicle of mine has ever been in the body shop and was actual finished when they “estimated” it would be! Good as new, best body shop in Conroe!

Ran into a concrete pole bent my bumper. Called 3 body shops to see if they could fix it right then. Showcase said come on in. Fixed it in 15 minutes and looks brand new. Owner charged me next to nothing. They now have all my families vehicle work. Best auto shop experience Ive ever had. NO BS.

Their wrecker driveris definitely honest,he towed my sons car with money, snap on tools and a $6500 diamond wedding set in it and everything was there when I picked it up. I would recomend him to everyone. They also painted a 72 mustang for me about 20 yrs ago and it still looks like it was painted 6 mons ago

Took my vehicle to get repaired after I was involved in a hit/run. They called my insurance agency, arranged for me to get a rental car and repaired my car in two days after they received the pairs which they had to order because of the make. This place was exceptional and I would recommend it to anyone needing their vehicles repaired.

My wife had a disagreement with an auto-closing gate while driving our 2012 Toyota Highlander. Needless to say the gate won. Scuffs and scratches all along the passenger side of the vehicle. I took it to Showcase for an estimate. Friendly staff greeted me right away and came out to look at the damage. Painting the whole side of the vehicle to match would have cost well over $2000 but they offered to try and buff out the scuffed areas and use touch up paint. They did a fantastic job and refused to take a penny, even after I insisted. Amazing in this day and age. The will have all of my familys business in the future. I took them 3 dozen donuts the next day as a thank-you.

Not enough stars to rate, excellent! I bought a new grill for my truck and they put it on immediately while I waited and refused to charge me anything. My sister had work done there on her car and they did an excellent job as well. I didnt know companies like this existed any more! They really care about their customers!

Great shop! Brought my car in to have a massive scuff mark from a piece of tire buffed out and they took real good care of me.

I had an accident with my truck and they repaired the damage and made it look new again, I also took a truck that had paint fading in several areas which they did a remarkable job on. Anyone needing body work or paint dont this is where you need to in the Conroe area. Very friendly and responsive to any questions you have.
