Picked up my new mini, had to ask for a walk through, but received a poor job. Dustin was who did the walk through, he obviously drove my car over 100 miles, had programmed his cellular phone info & radio stations into Driver 1as Dustin. Erased it while adding my cellular to Driver 2. Asked if this was a Demo since it had 105 miles & was told no, however the last time I picked up my mini, brand new, it only had 3 or 5 miles on odometer. It was to be detailed & obviously not done the day I picked it up. Very disappointing.... Coming from funeral, where I had to say my final goodbyes to my father-in-law & this is what I encountered, heartbreaking. This was to be my highlight & what a let down. Mini of Austin by far has given me the best service for the last 6 years!

They had my car for almost 2 weeks, as and I had to call them to see what the issue was. 👎I picked it up the first time and had to immediately turn around and take it back. Then almost 2 weeks later no word from them. No I have discovered there is something else wrong, so I called, they were supposed to call me back and nothing! So if this is the lever if customer service you are looking for by all means go to Mini of the Woodlands.
