Out of all the stores in the area DMC has been the best by far. Good selection of Magic, Pokémon and amazing board games. The rewards program is very helpful and one employee stands out, Arthur. He always has great advice for any one of the games!Also, happy to see Games Workshop product finally coming to the store! :)

I know a lot of people go for the games and cards or whatever, but Im not that brand of nerd. Im there for the comic books, and they got em. If they dont, they can usually get them for me by request. They have a convenient pull system I dont use much, and they give you an account where you earn store credit. I kind of forgot about that for a while and then asked and found out I had like thirty-something dollars to spend. Its like free money.

I have to say, Ive been coming to this store for years and Ive always loved it but I have to give a special shoutout to the an employee in particular: Arthur Aznive. Excellent knowledge of mtg, immaculate charisma, superbly helpful. Yet just another reason to continue coming back! 👍

It was nice to browse in person. Great shop, friendly, but our current societal crisis has definitely taken a toll on local shopping. So check these folks out, buy some dice, and chat them up.

Easy to find store very close to the highway. Didnt have much in the way of comics. A few monthly books and 2 small bookcases of paperbacks. I asked the staff member if they had any hardcovers. Without looking up from what he was typing he replied whatever out here is what we have. I rolled past that as I was here to buy some new 52 paperbacks anyway. After a few minutes I tried to engage the staff member in a bit of conversation with its awesome that you guys actually have complete series. Usually only see 1 or 2 books without looking up again he replied yeah it makes sense to carry the whole series. I put my money away and left. 🤣🤣

Arthur in the Concord store is always so informative and helpful.Glad the in-store gaming is back and that more Warhammer is being sold there.

They charge scalped prices on sealed product. Dont bother going here besides for maybe single cards. Just keep trying at Walmart or target until you luck out, youll be spending considerable less.

Arthur took the time to help my young son with a sale. He discussed comics and pokemon with him, treating him as the customer (as he was spending his own money). We will be back!

Second time in a row Ive gone here to find out that they are closed. Sign on store window clearly states they open at 10 Thursdays. Its after 11.

This was my first time into Double Midnight Concord and I dont know if its somehow because of the pandemic but the place seemed devoid of product, the was some stuff on the walls and a couple racks, a small table with boxes of comics but overall the place felt dead. I used to love Double Midnight Manchester and I hope it hasnt turned into what Concord it because the Manchester location was always so full of life and color and everywhere I looked I saw heroes and fantasy.

Double Midnight in Concord is awesome. Trevor (Manager) always greets you by your first name when you walk in, and the community at the store is very welcoming. Great place to game and they always have events going on. Happy to spend my $ here!

My step son is a fairly new comic book collector. Every weekend we make a trip down here to the store. He loves Batman. This store is fast at getting items in. The store is always clean.the employees are also very helpful when we need help. Boys love their games and comic books!

Had some time to kill so I stopped in. Really well stocked shop! I picked up a couple of books and saw that they offered subscriptions so you dont miss an issue. They have a huge game room in the back. Ill definitely go back whenever I am in Concord.

Good selection on MTG. Unfortunately, I am unsure if I just simply get unlucky every time I happen to go in, but one or two of the male workers is fairly unfriendly and always seems to sound and speak as if we are inconveniencing them and are unhelpful except for basic questions.The place is wonderful when they aren’t working, but considering they are frequent workers, it really downgrades my view on the location. Definitely prefer Manchester’s location instead for this reason.For Concord, I’ve just defaulted to going to Collectibles instead for their much friendlier staff.

Double Midnights second location in our lovely capital city still holds all the charm of its mother location in Manchester. While seemingly slightly less stocked, the staff is more than happy to track down any and all items youre looking for.Last, their membership is totally worth it, if you find yourself there once every month or two. If I recall correctly, its $1 = 1 point, and $10 off at $100 points. After a year or so of picking up the odd trade, I was able to get the new D&D book basically free.

Excellent selection for adults and children alike... Not just comics, but board and card games and collectibles too. Only lost a star because of parking.

Worked right around the corner for 2+ years and would swing by every Wednesday to get my weekly books. The guys working there are just the best. They always had the books I was looking for that week. They also have a ton of trades and collectibles. Im too far away from their shop now, but Im close to the Manchester store and I can tell you that if theyre half as good as the guys in the Concord store, Ill be very happy.

Helpful staff member tonight, polite and knowledgeable and patient with my 7yo who was looking at pokemon cards, and me with MTG. Have had not so good experiences before, but things seem to be better!

Great place to get your comics

Great little comics shop! May not be so obvious on first glance, but once youre inside this place has it where it counts! Clean, well organized; it has a big kids section right up front, then a nicely varied group of graphic novels and current single issues. A lot of fun board game stuff, and what looks like a big room for gaming in back. The guy at the counter was very courteous and informative.

Double Midnight is a fantastic shop. Lots of board games and tabletop miniatures/card games, as well as lots of shelves of graphic novels and single issues of comics. There is a large space in the back room for playing games, and a good sized area of all-ages comics and games as well.But the thing that puts Double Midnight over the top is the service. The employees are always knowledgeable and helpful, and the store holds a lot of events and community participation.Of all the comic book stores Ive been to in my life, Double Midnight is definitely the most welcoming.

Staff at this location is very friendly and very insightful about anything comic related. Store is laid out nicely and they got a ton of stuff for sale. Looking for a great Comic store in a great location then check this place out. Plenty of cool lunch places close by too! 5 stars in my book!

Fantastic store so the both new and old comic books with friendly knowledgeable salespeople

I feel as though perhaps an edit needs to be made to the operating hours. I have always had a positive experience at this store, but the main issue I am running into is literally being left out in the rain for half-an-hour because the store is not open at the posted time. I understand things come up, but as a business, customer relations and punctuality are exceptionally important. This is the first time it has happened, so this rating may never be given again.

I worked in a gaming/comic store in my 20s. First time I went in to Double Midnight to purchase something the choade at the counter could not have been less helpful. He was (at best) disinterested in my presence and the two questions I asked (one of which was answered with actual pointing instead of words) put him into the slightly annoyed at me zone. It brought me right back to my days of being a terrible gaming/comic store annoyed, rude, feckless worker. Its EXACTLY how a gaming store should be run. I asked one final question about a game, they had it...he didnt know anything about it...and he was thoroughly sick of me....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Its been a while since Ive been to double midnight since I live near laconia i dont have chance to get to Concord. I made a trip to today for my sons (7&10) who are intrested in getting sonic comics which made me extremely happy as Ive been a long time comic book fan.I was very disappointed when I walked in to see more wall then books for sale. They no longer carry a large selection of comics. As we walked around for 10 minutes trying to find a sonic book the only employ spent his time talking to his buddy and never asked us for help or even greeted us when we walked through the door.When I asked him if there was any sonic books he replyed only by subscription and they carry no extra books anymore. Why would anyone do subscription when you can go online and have them sent to your door? Seems this store wont be around much longer if you ask me and its my last time going there.

They do not have every magic card hat exists but they have many and lots of booster packs too. Comic books, playing/trading cards, this store has everything you need to get started in a game or a comic series.

Amazing service and selection.

I go there for MTG. I have nothing to complain about as far as staff friendlyness goes. Everyone seems to be fairly pleasant for the most part. I would love to see a better organized way of finding singles, especially seeing as you have to hunt for them yourself, and more than anything, something here on a regular basis that is focused on bringing in new customers and teaching them any of the games that DMC promotes.

Went with my young son, who loved it. Staff was very welcoming and a family from the back room where they play card games and such offered to take my son under their collective wing and teach him to play Magic.
