I did a lot of online research on where the best place would be to take my car for a state inspection. The unanimous response I received from people was to take it to Next Level Automotive. I show up with my cleanly polished and perfect Corvette and the Technician proceeds to drive it through the mud around to the backside of the building. Super irritating...I thought they would have shown a little more respect when they knew that I was a first time customer and that I had been referred there. Likely not going to return.

Unprofessional place, the way they handle things were very unclear and unprofessional. Seeing my truck rock back-and-forth when it was lifted 5ft in the air is a very unsettling thing. The owner jokingly comes into the waiting room and tell me oh don’t worry your trucks not gonna fall off, I’m sorry but that isn’t something I want to hear. Idk if it’s because I’m a girl but they treated me like I knew nothing and didn’t want to explain to me anything. They left my truck a mess! You could see marks of someone rubbing up on my truck on the driver side (like they pulled in too close) There was oil on my door handle inside, as I got an oil change apparently they checked the psi and tighten lug nuts but my tire pressure never got looked at cause there all high and off. They were nice when I called to make the appointment (new money coming in) but when I was there I soon found out that it was just a front and they became rude.

This place is awesome! The owner is very respectful and knowledgeable. Helped me out when I was in need and gave me a good deal. Highly recommend to anyone in area or state! Thanks again guys

They pitched me $5000 worth of body work and $4000 worth of mechanic work. Highly exaggerated quotes and estimates. I took my vehicle to Carlsons in Concord and it was a completely different story.

I have had my car serviced here a few times now and each time I am more impressed by the service that they provide. They are fast, friendly, thorough, and honest. I plan to continue bringing my vehicles to them for years to come!

We brought our older car in to get an exhaust leak looked at. Eric found the leak but due to rust wed have future exhaust issues if we only dealt with the current leak, so Eric suggest we replace the whole system. He clearly explained our options and we didnt feel pressured one way or the other, and chose to replace the whole exhaust system. He charged a reasonable price and even finished the job before we expected. What was great was that he explained everything so clearly and even showed us our old exhaust system laid out on the garage floor so we could see the poor condition it was in. We feel really good about having a whole new exhaust and would absolutely recommend Eric for automotive work. Its nice to find someone who has integrity and takes pride in providing a great service.

I had a valve adjustment service by next level auto repair today 11/14/2018. Eric was polite on the phone and quoted a better price than anyone in the area for the same service. Next level auto repair took the time to go through my vehicle and point out numerous things that were wrong with the vehicle that I was unaware of. They did this not in a pushy or judgmental way but letting me know the overall condition of the vehicle I am driving. I am a do it yourself kind of guy and will try to tackle most repairs by myself. That being said with the reasonable prices this shop charges, the honest atmosphere, and the attention to detail really makes you second guess the aggravation an amateur driveway mechanic faces for every repair. Sometimes its just better left to the pros! I would not hesitate to call Eric again for any of my future automotive repairs.
