I purchased a 12x20 replacement tarp and upon attempting to install it, I noticed it was defective. I reported this defect and the company (Cassandra R) quickly replied that it was being replaced. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service; I will continue to purchase tarps from them

My heavy duty canopy got a big tear in it. I called the company and said it was less than a year old. They said they have no warranty. They were an unable to help me or suggest ways to fix it.

Ordered tarps over 2 weeks ago, all items I ordered are listed as in stock on the website. Called to ask about order advised that order will arrive up to 1 month from order date as the tarps are not actually in stock.If you need your items quickly do not use this company.

The pregnant woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. She berated her co-worker while the co-worker was on the phone and then turned around and waved for us to leave now. The floor workers were nice but not worth going back and having to deal with her again.

Ordered the tarp that I was told would fit our outdoor gazebo . I was charged more for shipping this tarp than I was charged for shipping a stand up desk which is much heavier and larger! Once the tarp arrived, it didnt fit. I was told that I needed a valance canopy for our structure. I asked if I could return it and if they would ship the correct one. They said they do not take open packages back. I ordered this based on the customer service rep that helped me. They would be smart if they accepted opened packages in good condition and then had an Open package section. The customer service rep said I should be fine with the canopy even though its 6 inches short on one side. I was told I can just even it out and water will just run down the canopy inside the structure instead of off the tarp. We have ordered from them before, but we will not be ordering from them again. Save yourself time and headaches. Order from Amazon. They may be a bit more, but they stand behind their sales

My experience with canopy connector parts from A1 Tarps was superb. My first order came in a reasonable amount of time, but I needed a few more parts for my RV canopy prior to a trip. My email request for ASAP shipping was answered quickly, and the order arrived within a few days - well ahead of my departure. I couldnt be happier. There are some negative reviews here, but my experience was excellent - and I was referred by a friend who has purchased many canopy parts from A1.

We live just a few miles from A1 Tarps so we were able to avoid the shipping cost. On arrival to pick up our order, we were impressed by the courtesy of the warehouse office staff, who greeted us warmly and offered us a beverage while waiting. The 14 mil UV-treated clear poly tarp is exactly what we need to construct a small greenhouse structure (using sprinkler pipe as a frame) to protect tropical plants when weather is very hot or very cold. The weave makes it easy to cut to a pattern. We bought the grommet kit to make attaching edges easy. The resulting cover slips over the frame nicely and plants are happy. The clips that attach the tarp to the tubing are a time-saving accessory. It means we can easily remove and store the cover in mild weather. Ordering was easy online. Actual dimensions were clearly shown, so there were no surprises. We highly recommend this place to garden club members who need greenhouse quality plastic materials and supplies. More economical shipping costs should be provided.

I’m a medical marijuana patient in Canada and I’m using these fittings to make a sturdier grow tent. The prices were decent. For the 8 x 1” corner pieces I needed it was $54 American plus $55 shipping...which wasn’t bad to get from Compton California to Barrie Ontario area. $124 Canadian all together. Shipping was fast, and product was much sturdier than I was expecting. Beautiful welds.

I ordered 3 tarps from A1 Tarps. I received email confirmation with tracking info. After a week I brought up the tracking info to find out that order had been canceled. I called them to find out why and was told that the items were out of stock and that they sent me multiple emails to see if I wanted to wait. I said I received no emails and inquired when items would be in stock. 2-3 weeks was the answer but no offer to reorder via phone conversation.After the call I got online to check availability and both items were listed as In Stock. I called again to inquire what happened and again was told they were out of stock. I told the lady that I was looking right at the items online. She told me that the online site is not representative of live inventory. I then asked how was I to tell what was in stock or not. She said that I would have to order online then they would email me back to tell me items were out of stock. I then asked her what In Stock means to them.Then, a male got on the line (that must have been listening without my consent) to tell me that it was my fault for not responding to emails. I told him that I never received emails and was told that wasnt their problem. Was again told that online site doesnt match live inventory. I then again asked what in stock meant. He then got very combative and said he wasnt going to argue with me. I asked for his name and he refused and hung up on me.I couldnt believe it. Ive never been treated this way. Please do yourself a favor and never order from this company. Also, be aware the they have multiple web sites with different names so if the prices and options look similar to this site stay away.

If you want a tent *eventually*, then this is the company for you!I ordered a canopy tent from PTM Tarps / A1 Tarps and the website advertised Same Day Shipping. The order ship five days later, late on a Friday night, when I placed the order early in the morning at the start of the week. Customer Service had also told me over the phone to expect a 5-6 day delivery, which translated to over 2 weeks. Based on my tracking info, the tent didnt even leave California until late the following week.Additionally, A1 Tarps charged my credit card THREE times for the order as they processed and re-processed it throughout the week. Ive never dealt with a vendor that re-processed an order like this and put three charges on a customers credit card as a result. Thats extraordinarily unprofessional. The tent shipped with no Install Guide, and the Install Guide they sent over email was pretty sparse. Luckily, Ive put these together before and these tents arent too complicated, but the general support for customers leaves much to be desired.The tent itself is fine. The canopy is cut with absolutely no extra fabric, so its actually slightly too small to fit the top of the tent structure. The tie-downs for the canopy are made of cheap plastic clips and I anticipate them breaking and needing to be replaced. Every other tent Ive used has had metal clips, probably because these tents are supposed to weather high winds and rain. FYI, A1 lists products on their website that are out-of-stock, which they dont tell you unless you call. I looked up their Google page to leave a review, and I wish I had done that first before placing my order, because clearly based on the other reviews, my bad experience with them is far from unique.

We did our part and notified you multiple times through email without a response before canceling and refunding the order. I do not expect my staff to tolerate disrespect, especially when it is directed to a female. FYI, I do not need your consent to listen to a conversation. Perhaps, a different tone would have reciprocated a different response. I wouldn’t suppose you would tolerate a male speaking disrespectful to one of your female staff at your pizza joint would you? Just received the 20x20 tarp I ordered it first off because it said made in USA it is not paid for 12 mill it looks and feels like 7 mill sent them an email asap same day and no reply 3 days so far I will contact Visa this is false advertising they are deliberately cheating people

Made an online purchase. Took a few days to get a shipping confirmation email. They tracking numbers they provided are worthless, and nobody answers the phone. Great stuff. There are a few canopy suppliers I like to get my stuff from and A1 tarps is one of them. The product is quality and the staff is helpful. They even give out soda to their customers.

Were willing to pick up order but because our custom tarp is to be made at their Chicago warehouse, they must ship for a hefty sum. Forget about trying to return a call to customer service - they will only accept contact via email. Made in America -such a deal!

I say, so you were waiting, passively, for me to realize that no package was coming? And that was your solution? You didnt consider just emailing me and asking me to fix the zipcode? I have vendors ship me product via my UPS account and my freight companies all the time. A a couple boxes dont cost $200. after calling in a 2nd time, I was told they would offer me $10 coupon (woopy ding!). And that I should try to get my order above $300 to get a better shipping rate. Tried it and SHIPPING WAS $512!! this is small lightweight stuff. Refused to send the size tarp we asked for insisting a different size would fit and it does not. BUYER BEWARE, Highly Recommend staying away from A1 Tarps, Canopies And Tarps and BSS (Bullseye Specialty Shops) same company. Mistakes and No customer service. They will not answer the phone or return calls. They will ignore emails. Apparently they look at reviews and respond rudely without trying to understand the customer or rectify any bad perception. I made a purchase which my business depended on and it has taken 1.5 months so far. I am unable to reach anyone in customer support via phone (various phones) or email. WORST experience with a vendor in my life. I actually drove to their Carson location where i sat for over 30min with 4 people in the office that had no idea about my purchase invoice status and were unsurprisingly uncaring and rude.

I ordered canopy fittings on tuesday afternoon, they arrived the next tuesday. Emailed with a question and they got back to me. They dont answer the phone, not sure why they have a phone number.

I am incredibly disappointing with the service of A1 tarps. I ordered a tarp and did not receive it until 6 weeks later. I had to call the company numerous times and each time they told me they would return my call but never did.They also cut their canvas tarps to size. On their website they state their custom tarps are non refundable however their canvas tarps are listed with specifications giving me the notion that they are pre-cut tarps.A1 refused any type of refund when I spoke to them on the phone. In the future I would not recommend A1 tarps to anyone.

I recently built a canopy and used a tarp from a1 and it only lasted me maybe 6 months. Terrible quality tarps. Customer service didnt help me with getting a new one at all and never got back to me. Well never use this company again for tarps

Bought a 300 dollar tarp, and it ripped apart in about 8 months...thought that spending 300 bux on a tarp would mean that it would last longer than a 20 dollar tarp....save your money. not to mention, if i remember correctly, it took like a month to get here...i live like an hour and 20 minutes away from them lol

We agree with Mike, dont buy any merchandise from this company. We bought a top for our already put together garage tent, the wrong size was sent. They refuse to exchange this one for the correct size or except this one back and refund our money because the package was opened. Soooo! The package was opened, the top never removed or used. What kind of place is this, they are the ones that made the mistake and to be so rude and unfair about it. What company wouldnt fix an issue like this. I would think they would want to please their customers so the customer would buy from the company again. NOT THIS CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!

Buyer Beware! This company is a rip-off. I ordered a canopy cover on line and no where did I see anything stating that they cannot be returned. Well it did not fit. I spoke with Fernando the supposed customer service manager and he has no customer service skills what so ever. He was rude and told me that no matter who I spoke to, I would be told the same thing. What kind of retailer does not do returns for something that doesnt fit! If this policy were revealed on the same page that you order from...no one would order anything! Shame on you A1 Tarps, you dont deserve to be in business!

I purchased a tarp online and a week later after several attemps to reach them by phone and email they sent me an email saying they would just cancel my order cause the shipping was too expensive... they waited a whole week to contact me an cancel my order and now I have to purchase from another company and rush ship it for my event. I strongly suggest avoiding this company for any kind of purchase

Paid $250 for replacement carport tarp. The grommet holes on the siding and roof match about 1/4 the way then you can tell whoever punched them got measurement wrong and they off the rest of the way. Called customer support and they tried to say its supposed to be this way. Overpriced garbage tarps and customer support that lies.

I emailed this company 3 times and left a message via their contact us form on the website, and called 3 or 4 times during business hrs but nobody answered. So out of 8 or 9 attempts at making contact I received no response whatsoever. I would give zero stars to match the number of replies I received if I could. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered two parts, due to natural disaster the box was returned to them by UPS, almost 10 days later they have not contacted me or respod my emails or the phone so we can see what to do about the parts being shipped back...

I purchased 3 canopy 10 x 10 replacement covers. I am unable to use the covers because they are way too small (around 9 feet). I complained, and theyre still making me pay for return shipping. I asked for a return and refund, but theyre not willing to pay for my return shipping when it was their fault. All theyre saying in a (mean) tone is Our tarp covers only work for our frames which measure up to 9.6 feet. I dont understand WHY they posted on the description that it measures up to 10 feet when it doesnt even measure up to 9 feet. HORRIBLE AND MEAN customer service. Ive never seen a store like this in my life.
