I love their quick and easy process in fixing my car. The mechanic immediately diagnosed my cars problem and found the brakes were worn down so they needed to be replaced. Once he was done with the replacement, he then gave me the pricing and it was actually quite reasonable and competitive. A big thanks to this place and to their mechanic for a job well done!

I bought my new car here because I needed one badly. I was really surprised to see some really nice cars that are in good condition. I picked a BMW and the staff there guided me through the process. Really nice guys and professional. Definitely going to recommend them to my friends.

Fred was very honest straightforward. I called him & 20 mins he called back said I was approved. Since I ain’t have a car he offer to come get me from where I was at & bring me back if I needed it. I would recommend check this place out 1st if u trying get a car fast

I brought my car a week ago to fix the cooling system. They were quick to comply the moment I told them about the problem. The mechanic did his work and it took some time for him to finish. I went out for a while and returned later to find my car finally fixed. So thankful for their amazing service. Will make this auto shop my go to whenever my car is in trouble.

I DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT RECCOMEND ANY ONE TO COME HERE. This is a horrible business. I was appreciative that they sold me a car with out license and insurance (which they aren’t legally suppose to do) but they and when I say they I mean Fred was very rude and unapologetic once my car stopped working after 2 weeks of having it. Once I got the car the second day I realized there was a problem and I called Fred to inform him. He told me he knew what it was and it was nothing. I informed him about 3 or more times. The day I came to make my first payment on the way back home I was on the freeway and the car stopped on me and started smoking badly. I called Fred and told him. I asked him could he get it towed he said no and sounded like he did not care. He started raising his voice at me over the phone. Before I hung up the phone he told me to take the car to them and they will work on the car as soon as possible because that was part of my warranty. Mind you I had to come out of my pocket to pay for the tow which the should of reimbursed me and they didn’t. Fred told me he would have the car ready the next day. They never called me to tell me what was going on with the car until a week went by and someone called me telling me tht the car was too expensive to fix and I had to come out my pocket to fix. Which I shouldn’t have to when I only had the car for 2 weeks and a half and I constantly told them what was going on with the car from the beginning when I felt like there was a problem with the car. And ways I have been going down there faithfully for a week straight and they will NOT release my car to me!

My experience with mr. Auto is horrible I do not recommend anybody to go to them theyre only about their money they say they fix the cars but they do not fix it I bought a car from them I spent $4,000 and some change on my car and I still cannot drive my car on the freeway I live in the city of Compton I cant even go to Long Beach and my car because it breaks down it turns off on me and they said twice three times already that they fix my car and they have not fixed it....i had to take my car to another place to get fix...
