Poor customer service. Placed an order for an air filtration unit listed on their website. After not receiving the unit or hearing from them in 3 weeks, we inquired as to the status and were told our order had been cancelled because they no longer sell that particular unit. No offer to substitute, no nothing. We purchased one of their units 12 years ago through McMaster-Carr that operated well during that time, so they must have been better business people in the past. Perhaps the driving force behind that company passed or moved on.

I ordered an Accu-Miter and the accompanying MC-1 Clamp. The clamp was not immediately available and temporarily out of stock. The staff within the company personally followed up with me to keep me informed of the progress of the clamps restocking and subsequent shipment to me. Further, there was some additional shipping difficulty because of the way the Post Office functions where I live and my clamp was returned to JDS. The JDS staff once again followed through meticulously with me, quickly returned my phone messages and stayed on top of the matter until it was resolved. When my primary contact was away for a week someone else in JDS stepped in and continued with me without my asking for that to happen. If my experience with JDS is typical, their customer service is extraordinary. Theyre a true pleasure to deal with.
