I took 2 of my laptops to be worked on. The gentleman there was very knowledgeable and does work pretty fast..plus he wont knock you over the head with a high price or unnecessary work. Took a computer in and they told me that the mother board was dead. I took it home and pulled one of the sticks of memory and the computer started right up! At least they didnt charge me anything!

Needed 6 computer monitors 2 hdmi 2 dvi and 2 with dp inputs, respectively; preferably same size and all vesa compatible as well as decent laptop for my mom. He was able to have it all ready in under ten minutes with exactly what I needed. As for the decent laptop I wanted for a good price, well it was much more than just decent!!! Needed a power supply for a docking station. Stopped by and in 5 minutes I had the properly sized one and I was on my way home. This guy knows his stuff and he has lots of equipment for sale thats in great shape. He also repairs just about everything.

Our computer was hit by lightning in a thunderstorm. Q Computer had me diagnosed with a solution within a day. I didnt lose any data, and I believe the pricing was reasonable. Id recommend this place. Seems like an honest guy trying to do a good job and give you a fair deal.

Use caution when you here for the first time. I brought my laptop to see if they can fix a minor issue with the bottom left screen. And man deliberately opened the whole screen for no reason necessary and made for problem even worse. From a lil fix for the bottom left of the screen to now that I can’t even open and close the screen how I did before I walked through those doors. Tried to upcharge the price for the fix that HE caused, I left. And went to another computer store that I know better of and the man there told me, “Yeah, he made it worse.” I was so mad and the man there gave me a better and reasonable deal to fix. I went here because of the reviews but no, and flat out no. I knew something was wrong when I told the man here about the problem and he quickly took my laptop and started taking things apart and snapping things together. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR COMPUTER PROBLEMS WORSE!!!

I had a old laptop to be fixed I went to one place and they wanted more than a new laptop would have cost me . I took my laptop here and got it fixed for less than half the price he added antivirus software and another program for me. The owner was very friendly and fair I even bought another laptop from him used and inexpensive. I had a issue with it he acknowledged my problem right away and even offered me a refund. I loved my laptop so he gave me a partial refund and fixed my laptop for free. If you want a honest company that quickly resolves your issues this is the place to go.

Person who answers the phone is very unprofessional. I had some cabling jobs for them in Columbia, SC and before I could explain what I was trying to say, I got hung up on. I figured it was a mistake so I called back, but now every time I call, it goes straight to voicemail. very unprofessional service, especially for a potential new customer.

Q Computer Solutions is fantastic! My computer tower was having some problems and running slow, I took my tower to Q Computer advised him of the problem and he assured me he could fix it. He told me to come back in a few hours. When I returned he gave me good news and bad news.... the bad news my tower couldnt be fixed... the good news he had a new tower with all my information transferred ready to go for me! I was amazed at his great work ethic.To have my computer, a new computer back the same day was also a plus for me.I called several other computer stores and they had a more then 5 day wait for repairs. After having to deal with the Big Box store and the other Computer centers around town, I walked in to Q Computer and found the answer to my computer problems.Ali its a very knowledgeable and honest technician. He was very assertive with my questions giving me the peace of mind to trust my equipment. While other places wanted to charge me almost $300.00 and over a day to fix my PC, and were trying to convice me to buy another PC, Ali fixed my mine in 4 hrs and at a reasonable price!!!! Just picked up laptop today. Took some time for it to be fixed but thats because he had to order the part from out of state - the day the part arrived he fixed it. Trustworthy local business, seems like an honest man working for an honest living. Definitely visit here over GeekSquad (Geeksquad wont tell you the cost until after the work is done, whereas here they tell you the price upfront for what theyre doing).

Brought a Macbook Pro from here a year ago. The computer held up great. Once the charger went bad I went there to buy another one. After connecting the charger the laptop charged for about 20 minutes before I seen a spark and smelled something burning. After disconnecting the charger from the laptop, I let the laptop sit while i ran some errands. Once i got back home i tried my brothers charger which is an original Apple product and my laptop wouldnt charge anymore. The charger i brought from here burned out my laptop charging port and he wanted to charge me $100 to replace it after his product messed up my laptop.

He will create more problems and act as though he didnt. Take your computer to Ben at Office Depot up the street. They do free diagnostics, charge much less, and guarantee their work. Go to a reputable company for your computer repair needs and for great customer service. You will NOT get it here!!!! Do not allow this guy to destroy your computer and have you lose all of your personal information (family photos, documents, etc).

I have been to Q Computers several times to purchase products and the prices were reasonable. On my last visit, Ali was honest about fixing a broken USB flash drive and referred me to an expert. He had another product in his store that I have been needing for quite some time. He explained the inner workings and price comparison to other similar products. It was a no brainer to purchase the one he explained to me. I will continue to go to him and recommend others to do so as well. Just stop in and ask if he can provide the service you need.

A friend suggested that I go here I do not recommend at all. After waiting 30 minutes past the opening time the guy finally shows up opens the store and closed it all in time to shut the door in my face. Not a way to get referrals.
