I am so thankful for Silicon Solutions! After being out of town several days, I came home to a dead computer. Thankfully I reached out to a friend who recommended Silicon Solutions. I was afraid I had lost all my data, but they rescued it! Not only that, but I took them another drive I had been holding on to for four years that I thought was also dead and they managed to retrieve that data as well! I am amazed. I would have paid them twice as much (or more) than what they charged. They are professional, talented, awesome people! Jason and William worked on my projects and I am eternally grateful for rescuing important client documents and family photos!

Went in to get a Motherboard replaced and capture card installed. Everything was done in a VERY timely manner. Couldnt ask for faster, speedier service. I wouldnt recommend sending your hardware anywhere else but this place.On the plus side: Everyone is very knowledgeable as well, which is a plus. Ill be back tomorrow for a new build, and I couldnt be more confident about how things will turn out.

I just spent almost 1400 to not receive everything to make may purchase work. I bought a desktop with two monitors, they told me that they both would work using the home. I get home and only one will plug into unit. Im not happy about this purchase at all. I was very specific on making sure I had everything and the sales person told me I did. While opening everything I found out I did not.

This is the best computer repair place Ive been to in this area. Great guys. Very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and professional. They fixed our problem and had us up and running by the next day. Very trustworthy and their pricing is affordable. They also sell a bunch of stuff so if youre looking for something give them a call. They can order things too. The parking lot is very tiny so be careful getting in and out. I highly recommend them.

Jacob was extremely helpful fixing my MacBook after it seemed to have died on me at the worst time. My MacBook Air has been running really slow over the past month with opening a few applications. My first instinct was to go to Best Buy but I wouldn’t dare pay the $150 they advertised. So I did my research and was super glad I did! Jacob, the MacBook specialist, gave me an estimate when I first walked in and when I picked it up it was even cheaper than I expected. It didn’t take him long to clean it up and return it. You can’t go wrong with this place or the people who work here. The smooth and seamless process of getting your technology fixed is incomparable.

One night it shut down on its own and would not restart. As you can imagine, I panicked that my files might be lost. My entire life is on that computer! Silicon Solution reassured me that everything was safe and they took care of all of my computer problems. They got my old computer up and running and they refurbished a second computer for me with more memory and transferred all of my data. I would have given no stars if allowed. I purchased a motherboard, brought it home opened the box and saw that the packaging in fact was not that of a brand new motherboard, we plugged it up and it doesnt work.When I took back it get a replacement or a refund the guy in charge was aggressive,Making excuses that we had to have done something to the part. Well, after a bit of talking he calledanother man over and told him to hook it up to see if we were telling the truth. Low and behold, it didnt work. So he reluctantly replaced with a cheaper motherboard and gave us 13$ back. Not even two months later this motherboard stopped working as well.In my experience I will not do business with this place again.

Ive had two experiences with Silicon Solutions now, and both were extremely satisfactory. Bill, the owner, is very helpful and worked with me both times to fit my needs. The second time there was an issue with the pricing of the work done, and Bill actually gave me a discount for the inconvenience; its rare to find customer service like this anymore. Long story short, if you need repair work done you will get a very reasonable quote and the repair will get done on time and correctly.

Jason really helped me out this morning! My laptop wouldnt stay on and I took it them for help. I left my laptop with them, went back to my car... I hadnt been in my car 5 minutes when he comes to get me and says hes got it on. He logged into the wifi, let me transfer a few important documents as backup, put my computer back together and sent me on my way! Im super thankful for his help and quick response!

Awesome service. My computer wasnt booting up so I brought it over to Silicon Solutions and they started troubleshooting it the second I walked in the door. Turned out to be some silly minor problem which was fixed by just unplugging and plugging back in some wires on the motherboard. Instead of price gouging me $30 like some other places would, they didnt even charge me. They know how to make a happy customer and I will definitely be coming back for any future PC problems. They even sell used PCs and other PC parts so I will be checking here first next time I need anything. Highly recommend these guys.

Great service. Great price. The solid state drive went out on my Dell XPS 13. I did not know what happened, I was getting the blue screen of death. SS diagnosed the problem and installed a new SSD. I wouldnt take my computer in at the first sight of a problem because I can usually fix it myself. Nevertheless, When all hope is lost I know I can go here; where not only are the prices really good but theyre extremely honest and knowledgable. I have gotten NOTHING but top-notch service from Bill in my 3 years of repairing PCs, but after reading that last review(1 star is insane!), I had to be the voice of reason.In approximately 30 visits as a customer, I have never been lied to, or overcharged.The always-up-to-date knowledge here has helped me get more performance for my pc dollar...a big deal, for me, in this everchanging industry.

Computer came back in worse shape. Could not even access Fox News w/o being bombarded w/pop-up ads. Cursor on e-mail and typing moving all over the place. Took it back and was charged $40 to fix. Still not fixed. Never will use this business again.
