I was out getting some birthday party favors yesterday with two toddlers who were a little rambunctious. One of the workers asked if they had been offered balloons yet and proceeded to get them both balloons. She went out of her way to blow up an extra because my daughter was in love with the unicorn balloon. When we were on our way to the car, my daughter’s balloon blew away. The kind lady that helped us inside, happened to see and brought my crying daughter a replacement before I even had them buckled in the car. Such a kind soul y’all have working there!

Just went in to check it out, if I was actually looking for a Halloween costume I probably would have found it there. A good good go to place other than Spirit Halloween.

Lots of great Halloween costumes during that season. Otherwise they have a massive selection of all manner and styles of party plates and decorations and plastic ware and plates. Anything youd need to host a birthday party or any get together at your house. And of course there is a massive toy selection. Tons of brick and brack to keep the tots entertained. Did I mention candy? Lots of that too.

They made a mistake with my balloons. Then management was rude when I wanted to try anf get it fixed.

Staff is always very friendly, and the availability of costumes is always great too. Definitely my go to for Halloween decor as well.

For $97 dollars worth of balloons, I would expect a little nicer customer service even if the order is a pain. Especially when one of the balloons I brought popped (not my fault) and they only replaced the one that popped and I had to buy another balloon because they were no longer matching. For paying a premium for helium when you bring you’re own balloons in, plus spending $97 dollars before the extra balloon, I would expect that the matching balloon could have been replaced as well. It also always moves slow at this location, so don’t expect a speedy check out.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I just brought in some balloons to be filled up for my birthday, and she popped half of them and I didn’t even get the money back because it was my “faulty balloons.” Then I was continuously treated with attitude as she rung up my price and told me that I should’ve just bought from them instead of ordering my own balloons next time. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. All I wanted was my balloons to be filled.

Worst experience I have ever had in a store. If I could give less then one star I would. Staff was extremely rude and refused to blow up my 10 balloons after it was promised at time of checkout. Absolutely ruined my event.

I really like this place. Never had any serious issues until today. I was cutting it close, but I just needed balloons that I purchased yesterday to be filled with helium. Not only was the door locked 5 minutes early, I called and was informed they stop blowing up balloons 15 prior to close. Really? Not sure where that logic came from, but it stinks. If you say youre open until 6, you should offer all services until 6pm.

I love shopping at Party City and even happier it is open on Sunday morning!! I always find everything I need for my girls birthday parties and other Holiday supplies. The products are good and their employees are helpful and friendly! Thanks for good service!!

Ordered a costume for Halloween for my son, thank goodness I didnt depend solely on Party City. I never recieved an email stating there was an issue with my order let alone a cancellation, luckily checking the status led me to this discovery. Amazon was able to come through, as usual. Guess from now on Ill stick with them. Sad and disappointing.

Very upset cashier throwing around our picture frame in the holey bag he gave us. Not much selection for our baby shower either. The Thomas the train birthday stuff we got was 60$ for what I could have got for 30$ on Amazon if I wasnt crunched for time.

They are always well stocked, great in a pinch, but prices are usually high. They have a great system in place for Halloween. Wide selection of balloons.

Great place, little pricey but great selection for what we needed which was party decorations for 2 toddlers 2 pre teens and 2 adults and a Columbus day costume and all together found everything we needed and was checked on and asked if we needed help a couple of times. Pretty clean store and nice employees. I definitely recommend Party City for all your party/event needs.

They have what you need for a party

I went in there thinking a party was going on, they actually only sell stuff for parties😟. Still good though, they had a lot of stuff.

My real only problem was the wait in line... At the time we were leaving they had one person at the counter who was not only checking everyone out, but was also answering phones. Seems like that is not really an effective or safe way for a store to operate.

They have a good selection, but were way understaffed. We waited in line for about 20 minutes to pay for a balloon order. They said it would take 30 more minutes to make the order so we decided to pick up later. We came back a couple of hours later and the shift had changed and no one could find our order. They said it would take another 30 minutes to make a new order. We finally gave up and got a refund.

Terrible service. First, I called beforehand to order my balloons so I wouldn’t have to wait as long when I came to get them. It took over 20 minutes on the phone with the girl to get 40 latex balloons ordered and paid for. After that she had to call me back twice to get information she forgot.Once I arrived, I went to grab a few things before getting my balloons. The girls in the back room were complaining so loudly about their mothers telling them how to raise their children and spend their money, that I couldn’t even think straight.Finally, I made my way to the front to pick up my balloons. There were 4 customers waiting and 3 people working. One of the workers was stocking little picture frames up front and acted like she didn’t see all of the people waiting. After 15 minutes of waiting, I just grabbed my balloons that were made and left.Next time I will find somewhere else to get balloons, even if the price is higher.

I was expecting party supplies that were low quality but I was really wrong. This place has everything you need to throw a high class party or event. Great quality and price. Lots of variety. I was glad I checked it out.

Kind of feel like they should have all of their stuff in by October 1 however, the store is really big and the people working there seem nice but, there’s no changing rooms and I really don’t want to change in the bathroom.😐

A lot of unique items, but also noticed items are broken, filthy from being repeatedly handled, or non-working a lot of the time. The staff is generally very helpful if you can find someone who isnt already super busy.

The two employees working were far more concerned with their personal discussion than helping me or the other customers wondering around aimlessly. Wont return for the many items I still need.

Costumes are cheaply made but I pretty much expected that. I tried on the pirate wench costume and it ripped immediately but I bought it anyway and sewed it at home. I also bought a pirate hat for $24 that has exposed metal wire around the brim, but with some wire cutters, superglue, and a sharpie I repaired it at home.

Found what I needed easily enough. Had to wait in line because out of 5 workers,3 were needed to work 1 register, 2 to make balloons & kept trading off or going by-by

Used to have a much better selection of cheap greeting cards, but have revamped them to all be $1 (instead of $0.49) with much less selection. Also got rid of blank greeting cards. Rest of store seems to have expansive selection of party supplies and helium balloons.

First on line. I request two balloons and paid for them. The clerk instead of finishing up my transaction in filling up the balloons she continue processing the next customer hoping for her to fill the balloons she continued processing the next customer when i told her that i need my balloons she told me that she was busy. She continued with the next customer i mention to her to call for assistance since there was more guest getting online. This third guest needed some assistance that is when she called for help to do an override on the register. When the assistance came she went to finish filling my two balloons. We needed some items for a party so stopped by this place. They have a huge selection for all kinds of themes. I would highly recommend going there for all your party supply needs.

Love this store! Extremely helpful and if the store you go to dosent have enough of what you need they will call other Party City stores to see where you can get all that you need.

I never once came across a friendly worker in this store. They have the typical products a party city should have. It seems fairly well run, but the workers are unhelpful and not friendly towards customers.

Visited on October 27 2018. Costume try on staff were the rudest employees Ive ever encountered anywhere. My son was using the store restroom and the Male manager on staff tried to use his keys to enter the restroom knowing my son was in there saying my son was taking too long and his employees needed the restroom. Then instead of apologizing like a grownup he cowarded back to the stock room after we put him in check.

Always come here for birthday parties and just recently my wedding. Sometimes it seems the prices are a little steep, but you can find just about anything you need!
