The team at McDaniels Acura is outstanding. We drove from over 100 miles away to buy our car from them. Everyone was super friendly from the greeter, to the sales person and the sales manager. I even had another sales person come over and congratulate me on our purchase when we left, which I thought was very thoughtful. Kevin our sales person, made sure that we had everything that we needed and was in constant contact before picking the car up and after. He spent a long time with us in the car going over every feature patiently taking his time to make sure that we understood all of the features. He set the ones we chose, from a check list they had us complete. Tyler the sales manager made us feel welcome too and like we had known him for years. They do not rush and have a very relaxed atmosphere, which helps with making a car purchase a lot easier. You can tell that they really do care and you are not just another sale. We would definitely recommend the dealership and purchase again from them in the future.

I love it when a business rights their wrong!!! I came in for service for my vehicle and an issue Id mention did not receive the necessary attention. Days later that issue caused me to stranded. After notifying the service manager, he deeply apologized for the matter and did not hesitate to reimburse for all additional expenses I incurred. One thing about business, everything will not always go perfectly, but when presented with the opportunity to make it better, please do so. And thats exactly what McDaniels did for me.

I have a 2008 Acura RL. I moved to South Carolina in 2020, and I have not had a need for service until this week when the harmonic balancer on my car failed catastrophically. I contacted McDaniels Acura and requested a service appointment. The lady who does all of the scheduling told me that McDaniels Acura doesn’t work on cars over 10 years old, and she said that because we didn’t buy the car from McDaniels or have it serviced there, they would not make an appointment for me.I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I am appalled that Acura would treat their customers this way, and I will be contacting corporate to ensure they know McDaniels’ policies on serving customers.I was considering purchasing a new Acura, and my son was, as well. Needless to say, Acura - and specifically McDaniels - has lost our business.Furthermore, I will ensure all of my associates know McDaniels’ policies on how they treat customers and cars over 10 years old.If I could leave zero stars on this review, I most assuredly would.

What a great service center and dealership. I own an Acura and stopped in on my way to the beach because my tire pressure was low and I could not find a gas station with air. When car was ready the associate explained what was done and with complimentary inspection told me what to keep on my watch list, ie tires, engine air filter, and cabin air filter. As I left I felt my MDX was in tip top shape and ready for safe travel until next maintenance. Thanks to MxDaniels for such a great experience.
