I was hesitatIng ordering a trailer from them after I saw a few bad reviews. But man I can’t thank Adam enough at Sky trailers !!Was one delay for delivering the trailer to me but it works great and all new. He always answers his phone and answering all my questions since this was my first trailer purchase. This trailer is awesome for low profile just get race ramps and that’s it’s !

Please be aware of this SCAMMERS!!! I paid them a deposit and they took my order to build 3 axle trailer for my Ford and were making it for 3 month after i started called them since i never received a call from them! But this is not the worst thing they did! They just gave me 2 axle trailer saying that i was ordering it! I provided the receipt where its clear picture of 3 axle made by hand from their sales person who took this order but still they refused to accept it! Never make order with them since they are not honest and responsible people! Run away from them!!!

Do not place any orders with this company. They made the trailer for a very long time, and it does not correspond to my order, RUN VERY BAD SERVICE

Just bought a custom trailer from SKY and it exceeded my expectations. Trailer was well built with heavy duty diamond plate and price was good compared to other manufacturers. They have great customer service. Really recommend this place for any trailer needs. Will definitely purchase from them again

Trailers are poorly made.. before you buy inspect the trailer and carefully look at the welds to make sure they are good.. They also do a poorly paint job and I noticed that on one side of the trailer two metal pieces were welded together to make one full piece. This should not be done since the metal is sold in 20 feet in length. This is evidence that trailers are being put together with leftover metal. After I noted the above I decided to buy elsewhere.

Put A Deposit on a Trailer On Jan. 2021 And was told that it would take 2months to build, after 2months of no called from them, I had to call them and find out whats going on and they told me that they havent received material to build my trailer. But gave me the option to have 1 built within a week and it would cost more money Because its new light material (METAL)PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE FOR LIES AND PROMISES TO MAKE U BUY.THE OWNERS WIFE COVERS FOR HIM WITH LIESI believe its simple to call a customer back and give them the customer service by relating information about there build and let them know that they cannot continue with that price because of Material prices going up, rather then LIES AND NO CALL BACK.REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEREALLY CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

I contacted Adam with ski trailer to order a trailer, he said no problem they can get it to me within a week. I never heard from him or anyone. I called again and they said sorry it would be the next week. Two months go by with them saying they are waiting for a part for the lift and it is not ready. I called again today and they said they could possibly get it to me in three weeks but it will be almost $3000 more than we originally agreed on. I was basically told tuff you dont like it go somewhere else. Dont waist your time with sky trailer, they will go back on everything they tell you and flat out lie to you.

Like others have said they lie they lie they lie. Ordered a trailer back in February, I told it was going to be done in May. May came no trailer. I was told trailer will be ready by June 1 June 1 came still no trailer. Then I was told I needed to pay more because it cost the materials went up and that the owner would be losing $2,500. Buyer beware. I needed the trailer to move out of state. Now Im stuck using a moving company. THANK BILL......

These guys strung me along for over 6 months that my enclosed trailer was in production, then they stopped retuning my calls and never got a trailer from them. What a scam

Sky trailers does an excellent job in general. They care about their customers and make an effort to give you everything that u wantThe quality of their trailers is excellent. They use beautiful white aluminum side panels that reflect heat very well. If you order a trailer from them be sure to upgrade the roof so they use the same panels on the roof. The cheaper roof is not desirable.They will custom build a trailer to your specs. Also they adhere the seams of the panels with 2 sided adhesive tape. It may be a good idea to have them add screws to the seams. The screwless seams look great, but might separate over time

I recently brought my enclosed trailer in for a few small repairs and the team busted it out quickly while I waited. I have been super happy with my trailer since I bought it new 3 years ago. I bought it at a great price and super happy with it and the service I have received from Sky Trailers.

Do not trust this company, ADAM is nice at first like everyone says. But he is not a man of his word and just wants your money, after that they could care less about you. I spent $8k with sky trailers direct and received the product late. The trailer is poor quality and has poor craftsmanship. Don’t believe in the warranty cause I guarantee they won’t stick to it. I received the trailer with a saw cut in the floor and the door didn’t fit the frame, it had nearly an inch gap where water could leak in. I drove the trailer back to him, 3 hours round trip. Adam said he was gonna fix the door and tried sending it back the way it was saying the door was “ just fine”, after he told me he would change it in person. He has poor standards and doesn’t inspect the trailers before they leave the lot. He ended up changing the door after I had to fight for it, and acted like he was doing me a favor (really dude, I spent 8 thousand dollars with your company, you’re welcome). I bought an extra interior LED light from them for $100 dollars and it broke within a month. The “good ride” tires they put on were cheap and fell apart within 4K miles (Had to spend another $600 on new ones). The trim around the wheel well fell off and he was supposed to send me a new one and never did. The frame on the trailer isn’t put together right and not welded properly, looks they grabbed a bunch of scraps and put them together. The sheet metal started to warp after I started to put weight in the trailer, which was the first trip with it. Very unhappy with the product I received and recommend spending a little more with a company that puts pride in there work.

Adam is nice guy very helpful quick respond at the beginning. Trailer was little pricey and repair service is too expensive!!! I have purchased 32” long enclosed trailer for my business. After 3 months purchased extra spare tire it was $100 and I came back again they sold me for $120 last time they sold me for $150. So basically they change rate almost everyday. Adam didn’t respond me why rate changes all the time. And I have decided to buy the spare tires from online.They have charged me $1000 to change 2 aluminum panel which is I hit something and it was minor damage. Recently they charged me $800 to change an equalizer and some welding work which is under 2 year warranty. Recently some guy hit from back of my trailer and their insurance wanted to fix the trailer. I ask Adam to get estimate of repair but it’s been almost 2 month and not resolved yet

I purchased a trailer from these guys. I believed I got a good deal. Salesman was very nice and informative. I had the trailer only a week or two and I began to have issues with the blinkers and stop lights. I called, emailed and texted this company. I once spoke to someone who said someone would call back. It’s now over a month. I am now forced to pay someone to repair this issue. I have received no response since the purchase.

WARNING!!! Dont be fooled by Adam and their upfront prompt service, they only want to make the sale. Defective workmanship they wont take responsibility for. Everything seemed great, almost too great at first. 20 box trailer, excellent price, free delivery. The first outing was 250-mile trip with light load. Wear on rear axle tires was uneven and nearly bald, scary to take on freeway, worried tires would blow. Turned out the rear axle was bent! Took it to trailer repair shop thats been in business for 40-years, told there was a defective axle as well as improper installation. Adam, company representative, argued and refused to warranty it, telling me I had somehow damaged the brand new trailer! Seriously? They finally agreed (in writing) to pay. I had it repaired to the tune of over $1,200 and was assured multiple times reimbursement was on the way. They lie. No check after 6-weeks. Now they have stopped responding to text and phone. Legal action is next step. This company is bad news.

Wanted to purchase a trailer from them, they said it will take 1 1/2 weeks to make I said fine can we start the financing to get everything in place according to them their bank did not want to approve me on $6000 trailer with $2000 down that’s practically 1/3 of the trailer he said he would try another bank and will call me back it’s been almost 1 week and still no call from them they must not need the sales..... I went to another trailer supplier and within 1 hr I got approved with $0 down and was driving the trailer out of their lot

TERRIBLE TRAILERS! Do not buy these trailers. We bought a trailer only a year and a half go. The trailer is literally falling apart. We have had to replace a lot of things on the trailer already. A trailer this old should NOT need replacement parts!!!

I bought a 24’ box trailer in Feb 2020. The trailer and transaction went well. The trailer was just what I had ordered. The tires that come on their trailers are made in China junk, Goodride 8ply tires. I had one split in the tread after 4000 miles. Don’t drive in the rain. The metal on the underside is not painted so now it’s all rusty. The wood on the underside is not treated so it’s starting to warp. I’ll just fix it myself.

I had my first experience buying a 8x16 enclosed trailer from sky trailers and the team there Yzette,Anthony and Brandon were friendly and very professional, the trailer was everything I wanted with great quality and a great price,definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a trailer or parts,Thank for the great service.

They will tell you what you want to hear. They dont honor their word and business. Had to cancel after two days of my schedule delivery date

So we purchased our new trailer and took delivery January 20, 2020. To this date of July 14,2020 we have not received our registration or plates. The sales and finance person or manager or whatever he is supposed to be was no help whatsoever after several calls and i finally got ahold of there dmv person. I found out in mid June (finally) that the dmv clerk filied away my sales file without processing dmv at all! So end on June 25, 2020 i receive a text that my registration and plates were now i the hands of their dmv person and would be mailed to me. I receive a text picture and now they have the wrong zip code on the pic of new registration! They have zip code 95195 which when i look up does not exist in the US, postal zip is for Germany!?!? So now i am back to having to deal with again, again, again, again, again, again, again, again, and i and so sick and tired of this dealer i would never til the day i die recommend anyone to endure the torture of purchasing a trailer from Sky trailers! So wish we would have never purchased a trailer here, huge mistake!!!!!

This is a rating for sky trailers Adam I said I wasnt going to do a review until after I picked up trailer but the service was so good and Adam gave me a tour of the place, AWSOME thanks Adam I even got to see my trailer being built. He never tried to up sell me I said what I would like and he did the rest. I know this is long but I will refer everyone I know who needs a trailer.Great job Sky trailers.
