Online ordering system needs work. I ordered pots/pans on 1 Jan 2021. Over 100 days later I have yet to receive them., After numerous e-mail shipping updates that kept getting delayed further and further, I received one that said back ordered with no delivery date. These are not custom made or anything. I just have a hard time understanding how online orders for generally produced items can take over 100 days plus for delivery in 2021, when competitors ship within a few days. After not receiving the items after 102 days, I simply cancelled the order. Of note, a toaster I ordered online from WS at the same time took six weeks for delivery .... Recommendation: Go to the store in person, or order from Amazon, etc.

Such an amazing store! They have every Gadget you would ever want in your kitchen! The price point is high. But this is a place where you get what you pay for. An Incredibly high-end item thats going to last you your lifetime whether its a spatula, your dream frying pan, or the coffee maker youve always wanted. Employees always greet you right away and can answer absolutely any question you have. They also have a small selection of high end coffees, teas, and specialty mixes. Any of these make perfect gifts! They usually have a sale going on, and a clearance section. So dont let the price scare you away.

My husband and I went to the William Sonoma store to return two items we had ordered online. The person helping us was new and the return process was a bit challenging for her. It was appalling how no one from the experienced cashiers helped her regardless of her asking twice. One of the other cashiers told her to call a number so that the person on the phone could complete the return. Whoever is the manager of this store, please note that the way other cashiers/managers treated the new cashier was appalling. I understand the focus is on selling merchandise but this situation was not acceptable. The manager should have asked one of the more experienced cashiers to complete the return and the new cashier could have handled another customer who was purchasing. To the cashiers at store 700 in colorado springs. Be nice and helpful to your less experienced coworkers. Merry Christmas!!!

Williams Sonoma always has the highest quality products, from cookware to coffee makers, they are absolutely the place to go for the finer things for your kitchen and home. Their seasonal products, such as their turkey brines and hot chocolate mixes, have become traditional products for our holiday festivities. We wouldnt be without them. Their products can be pricey, but in most cases you will never need purchase another, as they are very high quality and last for years.

This is pertaining to the online store - which currently does not have place to leave merchant reviews (My apologies to this locations manager). Williams-Sonoma - your online order fulfillment stinks. I bought an item that was shown in stock, but was actually backordered for a month. When the item arrived, you sent me the wrong color ($870 order!). I sent it back and never heard anything from you. The package sat for a week and I finally called and they said Oh yeah we have that and then issued a replacement order over the phone, which was also backordered for a month. One month later, its almost time and Im looking forward to it, and then the item date is changed to backordered for another month. Tried to call to cancel and get a refund, but will have to be approved by the gift card team which Im told will take days. Im only eligible to get gift cards back anyway (I specifically bough the cards through my credit card program for this item so hopeless to use the points/money for anything else. Just call back if you dont hear anything! - cant wait to talk to you guys again because that seems like the only way to get anything done. Ya stink WS.

Terrible inventory, hardly anything in stock. On top of that, there is only one person working on the floor and they act like its an inconvenience for them to check to see if they have something and then after the fourth thing being out of stock without me even saying anything, she says well, you are shopping the day before Christmas all snotty. There are way too many options to ever go back to this place, the employees dont want to be there, their inventory is trash, hard pass.

In the past I have enjoyed working with friendly, helpful and welcoming staff at this location. This afternoon the staff was quite unfriendly and almost too busy to help with checkout, which was unfortunate. The store itself is great. One employee sounded helpful with another couple in purchasing a set of knives. Maybe they were having an off day or I bothered them to checkout at the wrong time?

Being a first time customer and my last time ever going into that store. The manager was rude I was looking at something near the check out cashier she was yelling across the room “line is over here!” Don’t put products near a check out area and secondly my husband and I spent close to $200 there and one of these items was very heavy. And of course parking was a pain, we had to park in the back of the store which the store is part of a shopping center. My husband over heard the manager offered a couple customers to go through the back door and he watched her walk these people to the door that would lead to the back door. So my husband asked would there be any way we could also go through the back door as well. We where denied that. I called to make a complaint and spoke to the manager and she was very quick at saying well you can always get a refund. “ um if I had to walk all that way to get to the back of the building, why would I try to take it back” she showed no empathy whatsoever, very rude and I would NOT recommend anyone to buy from this place. Before all this happened my husband and I really looked forward on buying more products after the holidays but never again. If you have to treat every customer different, you shouldn’t be a manager. I am in the process of over seeing her and emailing her boss and let him know she should get reprimanded for her behavior.

Went in earlier this week to buy gluten free stuffing for thanksgiving. Was very excited until I opened the box and the package was opened on the inside. Due to the store being closed on thanksgiving I could not exchange it for another one. Went in today to try to return in and the manager would not allow it. She was extremely rude and refused to apologize even though the store was at fault. I ended up receiving a store credit instead of a refund. Very unlikely to return to this store.

Called today to inquire about something. The gal who answered the phone talked so quickly and felt free to interrupt me with phrases that she already made. She also wanted to give me waaaaaaaaaay more info than I asked for and there was no stopping her. PLEASE learn to listen and take your cues from the potential customer.

Had no help whatsoever. Some items were not clearly marked or I could not find. One of the employees saw me standing nearby but was busy with a credit account. She never did ask if I needed any help when she was done. I bought my All Clad set and Global steak knives elsewhere.

I think they hire from the special line of people waiting for excess government cheese. I asked for a food molding kit (as in SHAPING!)Ya know...ahi tuna tower, layered deserts etc etc etc. A food molding kit is something that puts food into a certain shape. I even described it...3 1/2 inches in diameter, stainless steel, with a top press and a slide transfer plate.No dummy I dont want duck shapes for cookies nor do I want to make my food mold as in decompose.Unbelievable lack of comprehension.If you want a spatula here, make sure you ask stoop for a turner.

Just after Christmas, we went into this store to purchase new pans. We had $$ to spend. We decided on what we wanted and found an associate to help us. After checking their inventory, the associate and other associates, went on a search for the product we were looking to purchase. After 15 min of looking, the associate came back to tell us that they were still looking for the product. After another 6-7 min, the product was located by ANOTHER associate and we paid the $600 for the cookware and thought we were done. Another associate brought up the fact that the set we were purchasing included a BONUS BUY and we would not have known without the 3rd associate speaking up. Fast forward to today, and us looking for the Hot Wok Pro model that is exclusive to WS. We were in the store and helped by an associate that verified that they had 2 in stock. Again the hunt was on for the elusive piece of cookware. After waiting while it was searched for, the associate returned to tell us that again they were unable to find the product in the store, other than the floor model, but she would be happy to order it for us and have it delivered for free. Well, according to the website, shipping is free, so nothing gained for us. We left after another 15-20 min of people searching for an item that we were not able to purchase. We were not asked if we wanted the floor model for a reduced price (not unless it was really worth it) and the associate who might have known where to look was busy helping another customer. What?!? If your inventory shows you have it, why can it not be found? This was something that we came specifically to the store for, which for us is a 35 min trip down the Mountain in Colorado, not something that we do on just a whim in January. I am truly disappointed in this store, but WS in general that the only two times that I have even been in their store, I have been disappointed. I will wait and get the item from a store in Metro Detroit area where I will hopefully be able to get it shipped to my home, if not, I will not do business with WS.
