Excellent customer service. The owner was friendly and very helpful. I love the variety of products sold at a very affordable price. I am definitely going back soon. Strongly recommend this place.

I moved up here from Texas a few years ago and was introduced to this place, I was and still amazed at verity of items this shop has. I enjoy the ladies that run the shop, they are knowledge in the merchandise they carry. But above their compassion towards the need of their customers, you know how the saying goes, first impression is a lasting impression well kindness does go a long way, and so does their and sometimes even a hug, many blessings to all!!!!!!

Im personally from Denver, I knew I had to be in Colorado Springs today but I was missing some supplies. This Botanica was great, the owner was so helpful. She had everything I needed and some more... I wasnt planning on buying Peruvian Florida water..... You cant find this just anywhere. Im definitely coming back

Ive been in Colorado Springs since 2011. And I had always searched for homeopathic herbal supplies. And I was referred to this shop. I was amazed at their herbal inventory. Everything was well organized. And the women that work there were most helpful. And knew everything about every herb and products. I will definitely come back again. The best shop Ive ever been too. Thank you to the 2 women that work there.

I love this store!!! It has all the products (I used to buy in Miami, Fl.) right here in town. The ladies working there are so gracious and helpful!

Hands down my all time favorite Botanica in town! They’re kind and knowledgeable and help with so much more than you’d expect! It’s not for the weak, so if you don’t feel it there, you’ll feel that!

The hours for this store are Monday thru Saturday 12-6pm and I have tried to stop by here MANY times during all times during their business hrs and they are never open. Waste of gas driving up there bc I have never seen this shop open. And they never answer the phone and there’s no voicemail. Would love to utilize this store but kind of hard when no one is ever there to open the store front for customers. Not sure how they stay in business or what the point is in having posted business hrs if they don’t use them?!?!

Noel is a very kind and helpful shop proprietor. My go to store for my herbal and candle needs.

I just feel like the owners of this shop have become complacent. Yall should check out Botanica Laboni on north union if you are looking for an alternative to this shop. They are newly refurbished and the owners are trying really hard to give the shop a facelift. They are even taking suggestions for their stock if you have favorite tools you get on a regular. Best place in town for the “rare” find

Just checking out the Facebook page shows that this is a weird store and not one devoted to the Catholic faith, but here it is, listed under Catholic Stores on the Google search results. Bad call, Google.
