I wasnt aware there was a brick and mortar store in Colorado Springs. Very clean and simply laid out. Food is very pricey without combos and coupons. That being said they offer many 50-70% off individual meals/items. Chris guided me to maximize my savings! Thank you Chris. Also, a daily happy hour special from 3-6pm for a simple meal each night. I was very impressed with the level of hands on service not often offered in todays world. Id recommend a trip to shops at Briargate.

Wow … was just told by a super arrogant 20 yr old girl that I HAD to put on a mask for my own safety in order to shop in their store. It’s been fun ✌️

Awful company. We order a bunch of food to be sent to a family friend who lost her husband. After two weeks and no delivery, no updates, nothing, I had to call the company who couldn’t tell me where my food was. So they told me I had to call fedex and try to track it down. After FINALLY talking to someone at fedex who was competent enough to find my order they informed me the food had gone bad and they threw it away. So I had to call Omaha steaks back and got no apology, no offer to fix things, just here is your money back. If I had not have went through all the work to track all this down and make all these calls they would have kept my money and never said anything about it. DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THIS COMPANY!

Got a great deal on a mail catalog item in store. Graham was super helpful and tried to find as many deals as possible, which was very appreciated. Dont be surprised if the shelf items give you sticker shock, but the catalog items have some great deals.

It appears that this store is run by Karen:) Guess pandemic didnt effected their business...wondering why they took tax payers bailout?! She dont care for revenues by inventing her rules and turning customers away for not wearing useless masks. She must missed the memo from health department- all demands were removed. Is corporate knows? Lost my business.

Debra is very friendly, helpful, and organized with our phone orders. We call as we pull up to the store and she brings our bags out to us. Thank you.

Got a delivery for Christmas that we were not thrilled with.And according to their customer satisfaction guarantee we should have been thrilled. I called their customer service and spoke to Nicole. She was patient with me, took the details down, and sent out a replacement immediately. I am SO HAPPY with this customer service and the quality of the product. Thank you for having such a great policy. I feel loved and full.

Good steaks but definitely not worth the money. The steaks were not as advertised. I know... shocker....But with the price I figured they might. I will not be buying from them again as its a waste of money.

I can’t believe I just spent over $100 on 8 FROZEN sirloins! You can get fresher steaks for half the price from a grocery store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This is not a butcher shop if I can’t get fresh cut thawed meat.

Nice representative who steered me to all the specials! Paid $116 for about 10 meals for myself. Portions are smaller which is great for this guy who needs to follow a heart healthy diet. Everything is delicious!

Chris is the best guy there is, he has so much knowledge on steaks and is incredibly helpful. The food is amazing too!! Would recommend to anyone

Great selection of meat! As I walked in I was greated by Graham who offered me plenty of sale items. Found a great bundle pack he opened everything to show me and gave some good cooking advice! Will be returning, my cat loves the steak treats.

They dont grade there meat because it is either select or no roll (ungraded due to being raised past the required slaughter date) they inject these cuts of meat with fat to appear to look better than they really are. When you cook the meat the fat cooks right out. Pretty much a scam that people that dont know much about meat cough up there paychecks to eat this stuff.

Found out there was a brick and mortar store here in the Springs when I saw a groupon special. The customer service was impeccable the store is clean and neat and very well organized. The young man who assisted me the day I stopped in was knowledgeable about the various specials and their products. Everything is frozen, but being in blister packs the thawing of two steaks in cold water was accomplished in 30 minutes. I purchased steaks, chicken, sausage, potatoes au gratin and green beans. So far everything is very good. They also offer at 15% military discount.

Waited for close to an hour. Only one person working. Other customers came and left because of the wait. Need better customer service.

Their meat is the very best and if you check in regularly, sign up for their email, or come at the right time the deals are great.
