Patriot Outfitters

Review №1

Its a patriot outfitters. Its small.and the selection is quaint. The prices are marked up, so if you want anything from here, Id suggest ordering it online and simply waiting. If you must absolutely must have your piece of geardo fancy cool guy gear on your kit then get it here. The staff is semi knowledgeable, and they had added guns to the repertoire, but dont hold your breath.

Place is absolutely terrible. Worst customer service experience Ive had in a shop. Purchased $180 sunglasses from them, and within a couple months, they snapped in half. I brought them back to the store, and they refused to replace or return them. They told me to contact the manufacturer directly, and the manufacturer told me to go through the store. Went back to them, and they refused to help. Its not just one sales rep either, both in the store refused to help, and the manager refused to help me work with the manufacturer. Ripoff warning!

I would do 0 stars if I could I ordered a pair of boots online on their website and after waiting 3 weeks from when I ordered the boots I finally got informed that the boots were put on back order due to them selling out the day after I get told the boots got put on back order I get a email saying they are canceling my order for my boots that I now had been waiting 3 weeks for. Overall very poorly run company and would not recommend to anyone better to just buy your boots off of amazon.

Second place my husband and I have driven too because maps app states they are open.

Amazing place, funny and helpful staffs, they have a lot of magpul parts for AR among others easy to find stuffs that every patriot stores would have, prices are afforable. However, what impressed me the most was the fact that the store is run by females and they are really knowledgeable. 10/10 would come back again 🙏🙏

Ive shopped here for over a year. Im always treated right. Ive got some great deals here at the Colo Spgs stores. Do your homework before you buy and I dont think youll be disappointed.

Misleading promotions. I went in for their plate carrier deal that says if you spend $140 in store you get a plate carrier free. However once I got there they said the plates, oakleys, boots, ammo, and pretty much any other useful item they carry does NOT count toward getting the free plate carrier.Dont waste your time going here, go to Glenns Army Surplus instead.

Most tactical/gun stores take a look at most 19 year olds like myself and dont say a word to them. So it was nice to actually have the manager strike up a conversation rather than just ignore a customer because they look young

By far was the best place to shop. The past manager there surpassed the knowledge I thought I knew already. Felt most welcomed the moment I stepped foot in the door.(

I went in last week to buy new boots, the second pair Ive gotten there, the guy had been vacuuming but stopped as soon as he say us and gave us his complete attention. He knew the products and pros and cons of the different boots. I will keep coming here to buy my stuff

Purchased an MOE Plus grip and inside the box was a brand new mil spec stock grip. What in the actual hell?! Parts bag was open and had nothing in it. Maybe check your stuff before you sell it.

Review №12

Unhelpful sales chick. Wouldnt return brand new unopened product. I was 3 days out of return window. Wouldnt make a concession, said I could only come back when the manager is working. Anyone who is working in the store should be empowered to take care of customers.

My experience with this store was awful. At first it started ok I called them asked if they do FFL transfers they said yes so I went ahead and ordered a rifle online and had it sent to the shop. A week later when it arrived they told me that there wasn’t an FFL from the shipper so they couldn’t give me the rifle and I had 48hrs to come up with one or they would return it. I went home and went to the ATF’s website and looked at their frequently asked questions where it says “A nonlicensee may mail a shotgun or rifle to a resident of his or her own State or to a licensee in any State” I called the store back to explain this and I was berated. It took me calling the ATF to get the store to realize that they were in the wrong. After all this they still charged me 30$s for the transfer… I would not do business with a store that doesn’t even know the laws of the firearms they are selling.

Tried to use this store for an FFL transfer and they have no responded to the gun-shop who had been trying to get in touch with them for weeks. Very, very lazy!
