Employees are holding items in the back and refusing to sell them to customers. Brian the store manager is involved and refused to let me speak with management. I traveled to another town and purchased my items no problem

The store manager Brian is unprofessional and has no business working with the public. He has no control of his staff and the store operations is a disaster. I will not shop this location anymore

This is the one of the best Walmarts Ive ever been to. Its a very clean store, staff are very polite and helpful, and the layout of the store is unique to all the other Walmart stores. I like it best!

Stopped by to get a few things, and wound up buying more as this store has a lot better selection of stuff than our Chanute store does.

Out of stock on three items.lots of your racks are to tall when people buy the first roll of product you cant reach the next roll. That doesnt sound to bad unless you are only 5 ft 4 inches tall. If I cant found a stock person to help me I just have to forget

This store is waaaay better than ours! Pretty bad when you have to drive to the next town over to get everything you need. I love this store and I look forward to going back.

This is my favorite Wal-Mart. I generally detest WM but if I HAVE TO GO, this location is my go-to. Its never crowded. Associates are friendly. They always have in stock in the deli that Party Time Ham we all love. HA. This store is clean.

They are always out of my regular items and they dont have enough sales or clarence sales discounts or coypons. I wouldblike to see a better selection of adult coloring books. Id like to also see a better show dept especially for women.

The didnt have enough checkers for as busy as they were. They never have but 1 or 2 checkers which makes it horrible.

Dont like they dont have enough cashiers to check you out they want you to selfcheck but I dont see them lowering the prices since they arent paying cashiers to so that job. Try not to shop at Wal-Mart anymore then I have to

I love one of the workers there named Katherine, she is the sweetest lady and has been so helpful anytime I’m there. I think she’s a manager or something of the sort.

Didnt have a lot of the things I needed & the sign over the charmin toilet paper said a much cheaper price than it rang up!

The night manager is rude and cares more about closing the store than checking out customers. At 10pm they make everyone self check out while all the employees stand around and do nothing. They acted like we were inconveniencing them. I spent $400 a week there. Not anymore Ill shop at ma and pa stores and online anywhere but walmart in coffeyville.

Staff was very friendly. I could not find the pool I needed for my grandchildren. Had to settle for a small one. Not very cool in the store.

Waited 20 min to buy a law mower. They said they couldnt find a price gut to tell me the price. Ill go to Lows and buy. At least you get help.

Very clean, well stocked and good selection of merchandise. Needs to teach the staff how to be more customer oriented but in my opinion its something the company as a whole needs to work. Customer care seems to be the way of the past.

The Coffeyville store was quite pleasant to visit. Clinton was helpful the way they used to be. Independence was not one to go to unless you want something right now if they have it !!?

Everything is locked up in glass cases, is what it is, however, trying to locate someone to open the case, for over 20 minutes is absurd!!! Does anyone even work here??

I only shop at Wal-Mart Supercenter because it is my One Stop Only Store were I can get everything I need. The New service were I can place my order online and pickup is Awsome. But I still love just browsing around seeing the Rollbacks and end of season Clearance Markdowns!!

It was nice but hot an started up a conversation with the checker big mistake ever. She said it should b a law for everyone to wear a,mask. I say its,our choice an I wont b shopping there or anywhere store that passes it. They were wearing a,mask with no filter in them but no gloves,so how can it b safe for u. U r picking up the germs touching stuff an then touching your self.

First of all its Walmart, enough said. Even with the pandemic going on they still rearrange their shelves to keep people in the store longer?!?! Also for the most part folks wear masks, but a lot dont, here in the bible belt, a lot of folks dont take this thing seriously and frankly lots of people dont think Covid is real, or are political about mask wearing, so expect to run into folks not wearing masks.
