Went in today to look at the Halloween decorations at the Hunt Valley location. The associate named Kim helped my mother and I with our purchase. She was very helpful, kind, and had a very good attitude. Made it an extremely pleasant experience for the both of us! Thank you, Kim!

Really helpful staff. I love the framing department in this place. I have entrusted them to autographed posters, commissioned pieces and memorabilia. Also very knowledgeable floor staff in multiple departments Ive been able to rely on them for beading, fabric flowers, painting and other supplies.

Came to this location after another didn’t have what I needed in stock. The store is so clean, very organized, well-stocked, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They had what I was looking for and it was easy to find.

I asked some lady where the picture frames were and she rudely told me she was on break and sho’d me away for someone else to do her job for her. So mean for no reason dude like you could’ve at least lazily told me where the frames were.

The store was clean and the staff was available throughout the store. We were happy with the sale price of the frames we went to get. Most frames were buy one get one or even buy one get two. Also, the app is full of great savings.

I went to the new Michaels in Hunt Valley today. Morgan is an unbelievable representative for Michaels Framing Services. She is a very important asset the company. I was very impressed by her professionalism and excitement for framing. I came in looking to frame a few items and walked out with a sense of fulfillment and a smile on my face. I was originally going to go to Joann Fabrics, but the new Michaels noted they accept coupons from competition. I also signed up for the membership because of Morgan. I will definitely return to this location for Morgan for her impeccable positive attitude and personality!

The isles were very crowded, just a little disappointing.

Michaels Hunt Valley is practicing social distancing especially at checkout, but stock in the store is currently hit or miss with an overstock of sospring flowers. I realize they were closed during the spring season due to Covid, but it clutters the store.

I found furries in there, pretty scary, also karen hot spot, not a good combo

So many items on their website that cannot be purchased in the store. I was very disappointed but I have to say the associates were very helpful.

As usual Michaels is awesome for your craft needs.Unfortunately, guess one of the cashiers didnt know how to do a return, he exact words when I asked maybe to just do an exchange as she gave me back my item I wouldnt even know how to do that. I think the ink was not clear on the receipt - and she didnt want to bother asking a higher up. I believe she could have typed in the receipt number, but since it was 20 numbers long, she didnt bother, nor ask help. I didnt really want to hold up the line be held up so I said I would do the return another day.Ill go to another Michaels branch where they are more helpful and no one makes me feel like a nuisance. :-/

This is probably one of the bigger locations in Maryland. The selection of art supplies (markers, pens, pencils) was amazing. They also have a room for classes.
