Harbor freight is frowned upon in the technician industry because of China made tools... I rock them tools and many others no issues

What can you say about harbor Freight except youre buying a tool you know you wont need forever but you need it now and you need it cheap so they do their job well everybody inside does a great job of what they do.

Great prices on tools to make a small tool box for my nieces new home.

I used to get coupons in the mail all the time, there were alot of restrictions but there was coupons. Now you have to pay to be an inside track club member to get discounts, a little disappointed.

Boyfriends favorite place. Closest one is half hour away. Finds many things, and deals with coupons. Prefers the clinton Iowa location. Smaller town and easier to keep things organized.

Drove up to buy air compressor, all were on display, not in stock, bought one at farm and fleet. Buy local, lol. Last week wanted electric winch, none on shelf, as leaving told they had stock in back, told them to forget it.

This is newer location. Excellent renovation into a clean well displayed store. The quality of their tools and supplies has gotten better in the last couple years. The tool selection is good and as a hobbyist they perform well.

Great expirience the first time I went and very friendly staff. Even went home and told my boyfriend about a lot of the deals i saw for all of our upcoming projects. I went back less than a week later to exchange my product for something a little different. Their machines were down so everything needed to be done manually. Therefor, my receipt did not have enough detail to it because it was an exchange. I asked them to rewrite my receipt because this was a purchase for my business and boy did that piss of the manager. She proceeded to shout everything she wrote down on the receipt while every employee working that day stood there and starred at me throughout my entire transaction. She ignored every word I said after I asked for my receipt to be fixed and I even thanked her probably 5 times with no response back from her. Like it was my fault that their business couldn’t produce the receipt I needed?? Okay, lady. I was so shocked at the was she was acting towards me, all I wanted to do was get out of there and unfortunately I did not catch her name. Won’t spend another penny at Harbor Freight.

Terrific place to find good deals on your winter gloves, and good tools for the price. My first stop when i need more bungee cords, tarps and fasteners. Prepping for colder days ahead.

I got a sale catalog and needed an item in it. The item was available, and a salesman took me directly to it, then explained the used briefly. I was very pleased with product AND there great service!

Store personnel were very friendly and helpful finding all my items. I have used Pittsburgh tools for a long time and have not broken one tool, unlike my Craftsman tools. Great quailty and a great price! Definitely love this Clinton Iowa store!

As a woman i called ahead was told the incorrect information. I could not find a single.person to help me in fact.... The two employees i did see saw me and averted eyes and went to do something else...ill shop atfarm and fleet.plus how do you have soldering toorches and no solderring paste or flux?

It is nice to have a stire where you can find anything for the sit person. And they will go out of theyre way to help.

Well today was the first day I ever went in the harbor freight it was a lot bigger than I thought there was a lot more in there than I thought I was really surprised how much was in there also the workers were very nice and helpful help me get exactly what I needed so overall it was a very nice place and I know Ill be going back

Great staff very helpful and they know were things are in the store and its clean. just wish they had a tool suggestion box. In store or on their webpage. Cuz there are alot of new tools and old that are not that affordable. For example ( cnc plasma cutting table ) they sell a plasma cutter. Just wish they sold a tabIe that will work together. I like shopping here. Hope to see some changes in their tools
