My daughter can always find what she wants

This is a nice clean neat chain store that offers exclusively toys for the children. The attendants are welcoming. The parking is large and offers all types of parking. The area has a good security and it is quiet in here. The store can be seen from a distance and can be easily located. Nice store.

Hurry up and get there. This location is doing UP to 40% off. Most items are still just 10% off. So be prepared to do some hunting to find the best deals. I will keep checking back to see if the discounts continue to drop. I would guess as they get closer to closing this store the deals will get better. Lets all hope.

Me and my family are really going to miss the world biggest toy store Toys R Us! Unfortunately they are closing all of their stores. I wish they could have just went down their prices they could have survived! We treated Toys R Us like it was MacDonalds! Were truly going to miss Toys R Us!

This store is very clean, well organized, and meticulously stocked. I was blown away. Its location isnt ideal for getting to, but it is definitely worth the trip. Probably the nicest Toys R Us Ive ever been to. Very nice and helpful staff too.

I had a great experience at the store. The employee Donna greeted and the register. She was very nice and friendly. She let me know about the deals and ways of getting discounts. I almost didnt go because of the ratings but you cant always believe what you hear

A lot of the shelves were empty in the baby section, and they dont give raincheck for sale out of stock items. But the customer service was outstanding! 5 stars for customer service

The place has a clean appearance and the employees are well mannered. Any questions I had were answered. I live close so being able to jump over here real quick for something last minute makes life so much easier.

Store closing. I never was really a die hard Toys R Us shopper because we have Wal-Mart and the great Amazon. But for those of us that are a little seasoned, we remember when Toys R Us was the only place our parents could get the latest and greatest toys(The world before Wal-Mart & Amazon). Another household brand gone...

There were an adequate number of registers open and the online order pick up process was seemless. Thats pretty good for it to be about a week before Christmas.

Its not that far from home and if you catch them at the right time the clearance sales are to die for, the end of summer sale when everything was marked down to .03 cents was the best ( got a kids kayak with the paddles originally $120 marked down to $50 and final clearance was just. 03 cents.....cant beat that)

Wonderful supply of toys and educational software. I found a toy that sai $2 because it was supposed to go to a charity, but it was accidentally left behind. My son still has the toy

Im sad to see the Toys-R-Us stores closing. I was a toys-r-us kid and my children. I hope to see see the Big Toy Book this Christmas.

Around this time of the season I found it best to go early in the morning around 6am. They are open 24 hours but they dont restock the shelves until 4 am so if you are a late shopper this is the ideal time to find gifts that was out of stock during the day.

Management needs to be improved. The staff is good, just poorly managed and unorganized. Product selection is one of the few things that seems to be well managed.

Stopped through to see if I could jackpot on any of the store closing opportunities for my pending Granddaughter.Prices were not reasonable enough with the small 10% / 20%/ 30% offers off of certain items. This store is loaded with items.No salesperson interaction available for a stroller I was interested in. The downside of store closing events many pricings were missing . Making it hard to purchase some high end items.

Prices tend to be higher here than some stores but dedicated to specialize on kids stuff

Brought baby clothes for baby shower. Was pleased with the discounts I received. Sad that toysRUs in my neighborhood is going out of business.

There was only one cashier available on a Saturday which caused a really long line. Otherwise everything else was good.

Love love love Toys R Us but sometimes its better to get things online due to the price

Very disrespectful manager. I came to her to get a price check On yugioh cards packs That was being over priced at 4.99$ per pack Which is over MSRP at 3.99 per pack on yugioh official website. Mostly everything in the trading card section is overprice. When I went to the manager to justify the price for the cards she did a price check But unfortunately target and Walmart did not have the cards on their website To compare. She then Threaten to take off her belt and beat me if I did not stop talking about Yugioh foolishness. Which is ridiculous That she did not take me seriously when came in the store To buy yugioh cards. I suggest other customers to check MSRP For any of what you buying At Toys R Us Because they probly over pricing what you are trying to purchase.

Had a very negative experience with a cashier that did not know how to ring up a promotion. The manager was called over to figure it out and I was told that I could not purchase all the items I was attempting to purchase. Huh? You are a retailer, you are a sales manager, and you are telling me I cant buy something in your store? I would drive to a T-r-U in California before I ever re-enter this store. These guys are soon to follow suit behind Sears/K-mart. Out of touch retailers. If you are only concerned about there not being a line at checkout, there will never be a line at this location. Visited approximately 7 times over the last 10 years while stationed at Andrews AFB -- there is never a line.

Went to this location on May 27th 2013, purchased a fews items and got the protection plan on each item. I paid $50 in gift cards, $70 in cash and $54 in debit from my account. I had my husband return 1 of the item, yes it was open but thats how we figured we didnt want to keep it. They would not take it back, the cashier told my husband that they dont take back anything thats opened and that theyre not a thrift store and they straight up told him that your not getting t back the protection plan either which was $14.99. I was shocked, they only gave him $50 in gift card to their store and $30 in cash. I called up there and spoke with the manager name Fred Smith and he confirmed that they dont take back anything opened and that we could bring back the gift card to receive cash instead. At this point, I rather talk to a general manager. I dont have time for foolishness. I will never shop in store or any other ToysRus stores again, I rather go to Walmart.

This store is big, has a lot of options, but the bathroom were disgusting when I used it a year ago.
