Rarely do I visit this location, I only did due to being in the area and thought Id get what I needed... this was a mistake and never again. When at the register I requested that all coupons on my card be applied towards my purchase. The 30% off entire purchase wasnt... didnt realize till after I was home being receipt was emailed to me. I went back to this store and was told to bring everything back so it could be returned and repurchased in order to apply that 30%... if you think Im going to take the shampoo and conditioner out of my shower, scotch tape the boxes the other items were in.. no no no.. maybe others have no issue here but after this I will never visit even if I was in dire need of something.

This place is very disorganized in the Pharmacy Dept. The lines are long and they charge the wrong insurance when you have previously told them that the old insurance has been canceled. Always check. Youll end up waiting even longer but at least you wont end up in an insurance nightmare over drugs.

Best pharmacists ever, staff at pharmacy is so friendly and efficient, remembers me and my children every time we come in. Store is always clean and well stocked.

I have been going to this pharmacy for a few months now - the staff is always very helpful and friendly. I picked up a script earlier this week to find it was only 1/4 filled. I called and they said theyd correct the mistake. They were quick and apologetic for the mishap. I just counted the pills i was given after they corrected the mistake and it is still off by 10. While i have always been happy with the service here, i will no longer be filling my scripts here. I dont want to count every pill in every script, but Id feel like i have to.

Amazing have been going here since 2014.

Excellent service in the pharmacy, the staff is very friendly. Their hours are great too, I cant say enough good things about the pharmacy here. The head pharmacist Donna is so nice and goes out of her way to help me!

Overall staff is attentive, considerete, and helpful. With the exception of the Indian lady (didnt catch her name) always seems bothered and not kind at all. The rest of the staff are rock stars. Would have gotten 5 starts from me if it wasnt for her. Coincidently when I spoke to my wife she mentioned the same concerns with the same lady. Hence the 3 stars. Please work with her or move her from dealing with customers. To be clear this has nothing to do with race or sex, just attitude.

The pharmacy staff in CVS Allwood needs to undergo training on how to deal with customers. I went there to pick up my prescription. When I asked one staff member why am I paying full price and the Rx coupon is not applied, he sounded irate and told me to “call my insurance”, then left me.We go there to pick up our medicine because a loved one is sick. For a CVS staff to treat me like this is unconscionable.

Kim & Ruby in CVS Pharmacy are the absolute best. They are organized, patient and take time to answer any questions I have. I wish I could do more then just write a review- I pray that their supervisor recognizes their hard work and appreciates them as much as I do! I drive 5 miles to use this pharmacy,always have what I need and the staff are very nice. They are busy but being kind and a little patient goes a long way!!

Called last night because I was down to one more day of medicine and was assured it would be ready tomorrow. 12pm still no text to confirm so I call and they say they will get it ready right away so I said I will be there in a little while to pick it up. 5 hours later I get to CVS and SURPRISE it’s NOT READY but they will expedite it which will be another 15-30 minutes. Three cashiers and two pharmacists WORST run CVS I’ve ever encountered!

The wait at the pharmacy is alway atrocious. They need to re- eval how the process customers at the pharmacy desk! The lines are unacceptable and no one there ever apologies or tries to fix the issue. Really poor management.

This cvs location does not even deserve the one star. My mother and I have come to this location only a few times and each time we have the worst customer service experience from the sales associates having attitudes about helping us or the store manager huffing and puffing at my mom for using her rewards. I would not recommend anyone to come to this location unless you want to deal with ignorant and discriminative people.

The pharmacy is no longer open 24 hours, and they seemingly havent done anything to account for the increased customer load during their new hours. Now there are obscenely long wait times to pick up your medications-- not only because there are only two registers, but also because the pharmacists working the registers have to answer phone calls and do whatever else besides moving people through a 20 deep line of customers.They need an additional open register, or at least extend their current hours to spread out the traffic

I live in the area and Ive been to this CVS 3 times and all 3 times its been a terrible experience. Staff is inpatient, hostile, rude and discriminatory. They are bothered when you ask for price check or any additional assistance. They want you in and out. No point in buying anything else but the basics. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Worst experience ever!!!

RACIST CASHIERS WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALTHOUGH THE MANAGER IS NICE.My husband, child and I arrived to take passport photos. UPON arriving I greated another customer in the Islamic greeting in Arabic and proceeded to the photo area. (Note: I was wearing a hijab and traditional west African dress). The white Male cashier was serving another customer in the photo area. After which point he ignored us and walked away to work the cash register. We waited for a few moments and then my husband asked another cashier about doing passport photos. The cashier- aNOTHER white male- looked at us in a nasty way and gave a nasty response. I told my husband lets go. Many may say its not racism but Im a black person, I know a microaggression and racist treatment when I receive it. They first blatantly ignored us and were nasty to us. SHAME ON THESE STAFF PEOPLE. If I could give -20 stars I would.UPDATE spoke to the manager who was very apologetic and offered a discount on the passport photos. At least someone cared!

I find the staff especially the pharmacy to be more then helpful! Yes they are busy but they always take the time to give you personal attention.

I do not know why our doc can’t find cvs in main street to send script so we asked to send to this branch. Not happy with their service, they have more staff but seemed to rush and no attention to details. I called to make sure all the meds are ready to pick up and they told me yes. My fault not check everything since I trusted them to fill everything since it never happened to me that something is missing. I went home only to realized that one drug was not filled. Called them again and was told it was just ready. Had to go back at 7 pm since the drug was very much needed.Second, i dropped off prescription and returned to this pharmacy after two days only to be informed that it was not ready. The staff told me to wait another 15 mins for them to fill. What a waste of time.

So convenient being open 24 Hours. Really friendly staff late at night too.

Zero stars! This place is still a dump! I stopped coming here months ago because the staff especially in the evening are miserable, lazy, discrimate, confrontational, useless and disgusting. I send a huge email to CVS corporate about my experience here and they have done nothing. The actual nightime store manager is the leader of it all. I went back in the evening to have some photos processed through the one hour photo. I figured well atleast I wont have to deal with the misery. I uploaded my pictures to print they were 4x6s. I went to register to pay and I hit the lottery the nighttime manager came in and took over the register and relieved previous cashier. I was pleasant and polite she never responded but she huffed and puffed put your card in and i finished paying. I asked her will the pictures be ready in about an hour? She throws up her hands and says i dont know there could be online orders and a whole bunch of stuff. I left and went back 1.5 hours later and said hi are my pictures ready? The manager said no nothing is working, nothings coming out, i dont know whats going on with it as she sat on a box behind the register eating a bag of chips 1.5 hours after she had started working. I said ok then i am going to need a refund and she huffed and puffed and asked you paid for it? I said yes and i handed her the cvs photo receipt that they used to ring me up, not the register receipt. She said oh i cant take that i need your receipt. Again very lazy, negative, miserable, no empathy and no assurance of help. Any of the daytime cashiers would have found a way to pull the info with my credit card and the receipt i provided. The night time manager is supposed to be able to carry this store over night? Give direction to the employees and address customer questions and concerns. All of their photo machines have these tacky photo copied signs scotch taped on them with notices, out of order, click this or do that. Everythjng is broken there is no help. I dont even know how this place stays in business. This is a clearly a mismanaged store on every level and the corporate giant CVS is to blame. I hope their GREED consumes them!!

This is probably the worst CVS in the nation. What a bunch of good-for-nothing people in that pharmacy. I was made to wait 45 minuted for a prescription just to be told, after my insistance, that they didn’t have it.

Pharmacy needs to be totally revamped. That is a start.

If you want never ending text messages and phone calls about your prescriptions, and a pharmacy staff who likes to take a hostile attitude toward when you get your refills, this is the spot to go.
