I bought a leather chair from the Drogheda store on special offer.When it arrived it had a couple of very noticeable faults on it.I contacted the manager, Alan,who was was really helpful, andhad a replacement out on the very next delivery day.Outstanding customer service. Thankyou.

Awful customer service. (Drogheda manager as Dromiskin staff were lovely)repair, replace, refund.Sold me a ripped recliner, they brought it back to repair and tried to charge me for their repairs of an item they sold me damaged, madness. (Drogheda manager did all this and was trying to take my chair back when I refused to pay for the repair, he rang the delivery driver to take the chair off me even though I had paid in full for my recliner, the most unprofessional person I have ever come into contact with so be wary he roars over the phone and it is like dealing with a child, instead of apologising for their furniture being in a bad condition he started fighting straight away)Here is a little refresher in this picture attached for the procedure you are supposed to follow when you sell goods.
A lovely furniture shop in the M1 shopping centre. Very good variety of furniture at reasonable prices . They delivered the furniture on time and were very helpful. Wheelchair accessible and toilets in the shopping centre. Would recommend.
The worst customer service I have dealt with. My leather furniture that I paid thousands for, fell to pieces after just one year of very light use. Just awful quality. Management refused to find a resolution to replace or fix the furniture. Emails and communication were ignored. I had to go buy another suite of furniture from another company after just one year of having this one. Do not waste your money.

Wouldnt take our €850 finance sale. Wanted us to spend €1000 When we didnt need anything else so it was a wasted trip for a bed
