Terrible Place! Andrew who is over the store is incompetent at his own job. Verizon told me two of my applications got approved and to not put too many in. What does this location go and do? PUT IN ANOTHER APPLICATION. INSTEAD OF JUST USING MY OLD ONE. THIS MADE VERIZON DECLINE MY ENTIRE APPLICATION RESULTING IN ME NOT BEING ABLE TO GET SERVICE. Andrew acts as if he doesn’t understand what to do. I even had to help him put in my information correctly for the application to even go through because he couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t… please never go here if you want actual help and answers because they don’t have the ability to fulfill that here.

I just wanted to shoutout Brian, he helped me trade in my iphone 11 and get the new iphone 13 pro max. It was a Saturday evening 2 hours before close and Brian was able to manage and take full care of 5-6 customer from the time I got there to when I left at closing time around 7 being the only employee in the store. Great work

My phone would not call out or calls would not in Andrew and Byron worked with me and tech coach until they got my phone fixed . It took about a hour and half .Iam so grateful.

Quick and easy, convenient to go to when you dont want to got to the corporate store in Parma or Strongsville.

My knowledge as a verizon customer is that when you come into one of their stores they are to try and help you. Bought a new phone somewhere else and stopped to ask them to assist me in transferring my old phone to the new one and they couldnt. How do we know it hasnt been stolen? What a way to treat a customer. Thanks...no thanks. Wont be back there.
