We found exactly what we needed, which happened to be 80 coffee cups. We got three different colors and there were different prices per color. Not the same as I remember. The new layout is not shopper friendly in my opinion. The whole setup is semi confusing. The workers are nice and friendly at the customer service desk.They still never have the cake boxes I need and the ones they have usually dont have tops to fit them. Its actually frustrating for me to go there anymore. Its a waste of my gas. Ill have to buy my bulk boxes and lids online from Amazon.

Deans has a great selection of products and is reasonably priced. Kris in customer service called me right away when there was a stock issue and gave me comparable suggestions that fit perfect with my needs. He was very knowledgeable in the products and very polite. Im fairly new to Deans but will be back soon!

Products and Service are Great! I ordered several different Gel Spice spices, which I think are fantastic, at very good prices. Delivery was speedy, but one item was damaged in shipping. If you base your decision on whether or not to try a company on reviews, please disregard the negative comments below regarding poor service. I’ve visited Dean Supply countless times and never had a bad experience. The value and service is just fine. Not sure what these folks don’t understand about the term ”supply”. This isn’t a store at the mall with commission sales people waiting to swarm you as soon as you step inside. It’s a busy supply house catering to businesses, along with walk-in traffic. Sometimes the folks are busy helping others at the front desk and don’t have the opportunity to greet everyone who walk through the door. There are many people throughout the store. Most of the time they ask me if I need anything and the few times they haven’t it’s because they were busy with a task. But what is important is that anytime I have asked for help they are all very knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a bunch of cool stuff and often times you’ll discover items you never knew where to find. I have a bar in my man cave that is a professional set-up courtesy of items I’ve purchased at Dean Supply. I’ve even picked up Christmas gifts for the “hard to shop for” people in my world. And no, I don’t work there, I just love the place. Keep up the good work folks!!!!

Everyone is always so friendly and always willing to help. I usually only go when my husband can’t and all of the guys there are always willing to help me take my items to the car. Please don’t listen to the negative reviews. They do not hover over you like a typical retail store but all you have to do is ask them if you need something and they do it right away.

First, this is a very dangerous place for my wallet! The prices are amazing, but there are so many things one could possibly spend on.... Huge selection. Nice people, although they had a bit of a hard time dealing with my single-item online order. They got it sorted pretty quickly, though. Ill be back when I need 1,000 plates. Maybe even before that.

Bean supply is one of if not the best stores Ive ever bean too. So many customers must feel like a kid in a candy shop with all the products to choose from and see hands on. Also a kid with glasses helped me out and should be crowned #1 carryout .

Very poor customer service. Ordered stuff on line and they called to say the price wasn’t right and tried tripling the price on me. Not happy at all. They should be honoring their mistake or at lest give me a discounted price for the inconvenience. I would rate as a 0 if I could.
