My dryer broke unexpectedly and J&L came highly recommended! I went in and was helped right away! I was able to purchase a dryer for delivery which was the next day. I have a really hectic schedule but they were really flexible with when they could deliver. Within an hour and a half of delivery, my new dryer was installed and the old one was hauled away. The two men that delivered were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Incredibly pleased with my dryer and will come to J&L for all of my appliance needs!

I wish I could say I enjoyed my experience at this local business, but I did not. While initially everything appeared okay, after nearly six months the tv I dropped off to be repaired has neither been fixed nor returned to me in its broken condition. Lots of talking, promises, return dates, etc. Even returned a remote that didnt belong to me or the tv, yet failed again to drop off tv when promised.Do I believe that the item cant be repaired? The jury is out on this one, but based on the overall experience and lack of follow through, rating this business 1 Star is being generous.I try to support local and small businesses whenever possible, but an experience like this makes me want to go to big box retailers instead.Even though my tv has yet to be returned to me, Im done with J&L. They can keep it and do whatever they wish with it at this point. Not sure how they stayed in business this long, but it wont be another 50 years under the present ownership/business ethics.

Bought a washer and dyer from here about two years ago and it still works great paid a good price and great customer service even sends Christmas cards around the holidays great delivery and they hooked it up for us would go back anytime.

Worst place to go. The appliances are not.The man is not a nice guy.
