When I first visited this store it was great customer service. I did a review gave them five stars. But now I have to come back and just say I think they have forgotten how to use their customer service skills! I like the items I have gotten but to be honest I am trying to find the same item from another company. Only l one person in there that still has EXCEPTIONAL, customer service I believe he the manager. Thank you

Wow! What a blessing it has been dealing with them . From the quality of the furniture to the staff, I was blown away! I have dealt with a few furniture companies in the past but I have never been so pleased. Nicole was such a gem. She was patient with me as I was looking for something, she even held my furniture for over 2 weeks while I was getting ready to move. She went over everything down to the signatures. She was very sweet and professional. Up until the day I was ready to get my stuff delivered she was always in contact. Mikey and Alina were so awesome! I was having a rough day and they were very understandable. They were efficient and very quick! They were funny and energetic. They were gentle with getting the furniture into the house and putting it exactly where I wanted it. Thank you Great rooms for going above and beyond and providing exceptional service !!

Mr.Kareem Jackson was so helpful to myself and wife. We only came in for a mattress and some how some way we bought a 3.5 cubic freezer.. It was Mr.Jackson who sold us with the Excellent Customer service. That s what sold us.. And thats why we Love Greatrooms!!!!

Ive never rented to own anything in my life not really knowing what steps would I need to take. I called up and Jose answered the phone and made the whole experience so pain free. He was helpful he was informative and gave really good energy. The whole vibe in the store was so relaxed and felt so homey. Couldnt have done it without Jose. My first experience with Great Rooms, I had a great experience. Nicole who worked with me all day via phone went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. She even made sure i got my delievery well after they closed same day. That is a sign of great customer service and a excellent sales rep.

I highly recommend Jose and his team and his store on Missouri avenue they took great care of me and they are compassionate they care about their customers they treat you like family there whatever you need for your home including your vehicles theyve got it for you and if they dont have it theyre going to go to the mile ends to go ahead and get it for you and order you whatever you need they keep it in a low price every week or monthly or biweekly they want to see their customers own their merchandise at the end of their lease agreement or before the lease agreement again I highly recommend them Id send my family there I would send anyone I know there you guys are awesome you guys are great keep up the good work and dont leave us in the our area in our community because thats what its all about and thats what you guys strive for is to take care of the community

I could give 10 stars.went into Great Rooms Clearwater on Sat. Oct. 24th and was instantly greeted by good music,, aswell as an awesome sales man, Jason. I let him know, that i just recently rented a new house and didnt have anythingmore than a futon and a blow up mattress.Not only was Jason, more than helpful, as my friend and I circled the store 5 times with excitement but he also gave me advice, and helped me pick out furniture that would look nice together. They were able to get me a delivery date as quickly as Monday. Oct. 26th. I also spoke with Chad and Jose,, who were more than patient, understanding, and accommodating when it took me some extra time to get back home while they were delivering everything. will most definitely be referring Great Rooms, and Jason, to all my friends and family, and myself will be back for more!!!
