They tried to sell me a heating element for my dryer for 7 times what it sold for online EVERYWHERE.$25 for dc47-00019a ONLINESo when he said if you get it with the housing itll only cost an extra $20, I thought $50ish. I was like not bad but he said $175 and I laughed. I told what they are online and he said they dont compete with online pricing. Id say thats exactly the case, which is why Online keeps killing businesse.I WAS WILLING TO PAY DOUBLE WHAT I SAW IT FOR but the lowest price I was given was $140 which is still $10 more than I see it on YOUR WEBSITE.RUBBISH!! 😆GET YALLS ISH TOGETHER!

Very friendly, knowledgeable service. Part was about a dollar more than I found online for comparable item. Lady I spoke with knew my part was in stock even before she checked. She explained the covid process clearly, I found my part in the bin as promised. She did scare me when she said you were in Clearwater, had visions of 30 min drive in traffic. She was new to area, telling me around corner from Big Storm would have made the map search unnecessary. Right part, fair price and a craft beer, hard to beat that.

Love this place! Due to pandemic and everything else going on in the world they are able to keep parts in stock somehow.Friendly, quick and helpful service everytime i contact them. I went in for one product, bought it, realized it wasnt the right part, and Steve took care of it from there. He knew exactly what part i needed and ran to grab it. (Quite frankly all the employees were moving quickly.) My Dryer is back to working order thanks to Steve, and his apparent vast knowledge in his field. Great job guys!!

I was outside the store and the door was locked. I called them and they took my parts order had it in the outside will call box in 5 minutes! Great service!

Prices are 3x higher than anybody else around. The guy that answers the phone is arrogant and rude. I’m all for spending a little more for something at a brick and mortar place but, come on $150 for something I can easily find for $50 online for a genuine own part. On top of that your rude to me over the phone. I highly recommend looking for your appliance parts online. Save yourself a lot of money and the hassle from dealing with these jerks.

I needed a switch for a several year old stove. I walked in, gave the guy at the desk the name, rank and serial number and he walked back somewhere and within 30 seconds brought the exact right part and it was cheaper than anywhere else, including online. I was impressed. Suzanne

My dishwasher was making funny noise and not working properly, instead of calling an appliance repair person, I went online for research (because Im trying to be resourceful and save money... We were looking for a door strike for our Whirlpool washing machine. (The small plastic piece) This piece costs between $4-$5 online on many different websites. So my husband went in thinking it would probably cost maybe $15 just for convenience purposes. Nope - $34 at this store! We ended up paying $14 total to buy the piece online and have it over-nighted. I cant believe how much the price for something like this was jacked up...seven times the normal price is crazy! Perhaps it was an inventory listing error on their part.

I walked in and told them what was wrong with my appliance and what I thought the possible fixes might be. I was suggested to start with the small more less expensive fix first instead of paying for the larger part that could not be returned once installed. I could not more wholeheartedly recommend this store. I had the glass cover of my LG dryer door broken by a moving company when relocating from NC to FL. After being severely let down by the owner of the moving company, who wouldnt take responsibility for their mistake, I realized that I needed to find my own solution for the replacement.When I originally gave APD (Appliance Parts Depot) my model and serial number for a replacement directly from LG, we realized that my unit was made on a transitional year for this particular model and another. In short, my units parts did NOT line up with the numbers stamped on the unit by LG.After getting the incorrect door for my unit (again from LG) through APD, they worked with me for over a week, investigating how to make me a happy customer. Tammy, who works in the front desk at APD, and likely more responsibilities, dug in and found out that the next years model actually had the door I needed. They ordered the new one in, worked with me for the exchange, and now I finally can use my awesome dryer again.TL;DR - If you need an appliance part replacement, and live near Clearwater, go to Appliance Parts Depot. You will get the best service, and OEM parts, in the industry! Thank you Tammy and APD!

Do not go to the red head women behind the counter she has no problem taking your order but can not place it. She wasted three days of my time and now I have to wait probably another two days to order the part myself and have it delivered.
