Andrew and Paul were extremely helpful handling a problem we had when I lost the keys to my lock on my family unit.Andrew verified my information and made arrangements for Paul to help me the following day.I always felt my unit was safe and that Andrew was especially willing to do anything to help accommodate my schedule.Plus they had a bathroom I could use that was near my unit. — It’s a small detail but having a small bladder, it was a very nice detail.I Highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience at Town Storage. TJ in the front office was very welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was allowed to view multiple units and was giving upfront no hassle pricing. Easy access when I need to get in, and a very secure location.

Great experience renting at this place for years, never had a problem. They offer insurance, security cameras and its gated. The property mangers are very nice and make the business what it is. TJ the head manger, has the best listening hear. Seriously, his customers will come in his office just to talk with him. If you need storage and therapy rent here.

I rented a storage unit at Towne Storage in Clearfield while moving. (We needed a few weeks to get the new home ready to move into). The storage location is great and has a safe feel to it, they had the storage space we needed, the staff is very kind and easy to work with, and the price was right. They even sell locks for a reasonable price, if you need one. I highly recommend them!

This family run company was a great place to store our valuables during a deployment. The guy that works the desk was wonderful, kind and helpful. We used the climate controlled unit and had no issues for the year we had our valuables in it. The building is designed for easy access for loading and unloading while the facility still providing good security. While they didn’t offer a military discount we were given locks fee of charge which was helpful.

TJ is so wonderful to work with. He is so helpful and always willing to answer any questions I have. The area is clean and I feel safe going in to my unit all hours. I will always use Towne Storage for my storage needs in the future.

This is the best place. The management is excellent to work with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The manager was so helpful and extremely nice and patient. He Showed me multiple units to ensure I rented the proper size. The units are very clean inside and the size calculator is pretty accurate.

The management of this facility is an absolute joke. The facility has 7 day a week access but there is no management on site during the open times. They do not have an emergency contact for issues that arise and it took three police officers before we were able to get ahold of management.

I have had a temperature controlled unit for over 10 years. The management always ensures everything is to my liking and have even gone out of their way to make sure deliveries to my unit are safe and secure.The units are clean and the property is secure. I recommend Towne Storage.

We used Towne Storage in Clearfield in between moving out of our last house and waiting a few months to move in to our most recent home. The employees were so helpful and nice. We didnt have a lock and were very frazzled with moving with a newborn and the wonderful employee, TJ I believe, in a most helpful manner let us know that they sold locks there in the office (which was so nice so we didnt have to drive all the way to WalMart). We never had to worry about our belongings staying safe and dry. I couldnt recommend this storage facility enough. Id use them again at any time.

I highly recommend using Towne Storage in Clearfield! I used them years ago moving out of my house waiting for my apartment to get finished, and just used them again to store my sons things waiting for his apartment to be ready for move in. Wonderful customer service, very clean, units, reasonable terms, and felt very safe and secure!😀

If I could do less than one star and post my review I would.I really thought this was a good place to rent from but they are so disorganize it is ridiculous- Unless of course it involves charging you a late fee. These people took my payment in full and then days later informed me that the rate had increase and that they needed the extra money, which would have been nice to know beforehand. Then they charged me a late fee. Never once was I actually told that they wouldnt process the money I had already sent, but the customer service reps would not budge, and were quick to pass blame to someone else or myself. You signed a contract. Yes for my original amount and with a note that I would be informed of changes. I was not! I have been nothing but on time with all my payments to this establishment the entire time Ive used my unit and I am exceedingly displeased with the way I have been treated. I will make sure to tell all the people I recommended come here to pull their units for fear of having to pay an unholy amount in late fees due to EMPLOYEE error.

The people that run the place are the best, always friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. whether you need a storage shed for a few month, for long term or if you just need to rent a truck or buy a few boxes they are there to assist you with a smile.

Signed up for a u haul pick up on a Friday, door says they are open at 9 am, and I am here at 9:15 with no one to answer.

I rented from them because they had on site managers. The day after I rented, the sale on my home failed. I had nothing in the storage unit. I called and asked since it had only been one day and I havent moved anything in vcould I get my money back $145.00. The manager told me corporate wouldnt let them. I said even though I am planning on using you when my house does sale. They said not. So I paid $145.00 for nothing. I was very disappointed and will not rent or recommend them because of this
