I don’t know who delivers around 8:00 at night, but leaving my donuts halfway down the sidewalk and not even alerting me that they’re here is just bad business.Get these at the window, but please don’t get them delivered unless you want freezing donuts and ants in your box.

First Time Eating Krispy Kreme From The Actual Store. The ones at walmart and gas station do no justice for the real deal, they are super fresh! The bathroom was also extremely clean and the building smells amazingly sweet like candy

I love this place. So consistent. No matter what drink I order I always get milk and ice. Caramel latte?? Milk and ice. Apple juice?? Milk and ice. I dont know who decided to replace all drinks with milk and ice,but baby.....stop. Milk doesnt need ice unless youre serving up ice cream. I wonder if Ill ever get the actual drink I ordered,or if all they know how to make is extra cold milk. Oh well. At least the bar up the road knows how to mix drinks.

A unique combination of slow service and ridiculously overpriced donuts.On the other hand, at least the people running the establishment were unhelpful and hard to understand through the drive through speakers.In the end, its hard to argue that these donuts arent much better than their heavy-doughed cousins - they are. And i dont know where else you might get these kinds of pastries. If that ever changes, kks days are numbered.

The service is always slow. Should really look into hiring more people for the earlier morning shift, people are trying to get to work but end up having to spend anywhere up to 20 minutes just in the drive thru line. The workers are usually friendly but dont seem to want to get people through the line. Going inside isnt any faster because again there are only like 2 workers. IVE BEEN IN LINE FOR 30 MINUTES WITH 2 CARS IN FRONT OF ME

I ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts. When I arrived to the store to pick them up the box was sealed and ready to go. I live in Oak Grove I got home and opened my boxes to find 2 dozen FLAT donuts. Very upset I threw them away. Never ordering ahead again!!

There’s so many donuts on the Krispy Kreme website but this location doesn’t carry even HALF of what you’d get at any other location. What’s the point in having a Krispy Kreme store if they don’t even carry the best donuts Krispy Kreme usually sells. The donuts also seemed as though they’d been sitting for a day or two and did not taste fresh. Super disappointed as it’s the only location remotely close to me.

Service was fast with no complications. Doughnuts were hot, right of the belt. Gave my plenty of napkins without having to ask for extras. My boxes of doughnuts were put in a bag without me having to ask for them to be put in a bag.

Every type of Doughnut Ive had here has been great. Removed one star because theyre out of my first order choice literally every single time Ive been there. Whoever is in charge of that apparently has difficulty judging expected sales. Do not run out of pumpkin spice! People get really upset over that.

We went to this location on Friday afternoon. We purchased 6 different specialty doughnuts. The quality on all of them wazs not up to par. They were very small and lacking the fillings that we are accustomed to.

I just ordered in the drive through and my donuts were cold and had been sitting for a while. I went in and asked for fresh donuts. They still gave me cold donuts that had been made and sitting on the rack all morning. Ive ordered from Krispy Kreme in the morning, noon, and night and my donuts have always been fresh and soft. They are cold and sitting when bought in Kroger and I go home and warm them. I expect nice and soft when I go to the actual store. 👎🏽

Usually it is okay. My husband I ordered hot drinks that were luke warm. Donuts were drier than usual.

I dont come to Krispy Kreme often, but every time I come we get good service and good donuts. I have been several times where the manager is the one assisting us and they always make sure we are well taken care of!

Just got two original glazed here and WOW they were just amazing. Wickedly good. I can see why the walrus-shaped people come here so often lol.

Employees have always been friendly and helpful. The food has always tasted fresh and good. Normally the donuts leftover will keep fine without drying out for a few days. Best to go during the Hot and Ready time or whatever it is called with the sign lighting up. The regular donuts are best to get during that time. However the regular donuts and some of the creme filled or frosted ones are pretty good leftover after being heated in microwave few a few seconds too.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but when you make me feel as if Im a burden on you while serving the paying customers that are willing to spend their money at your franchise and then argue with me over what mini donuts I want!!?? Really. No thank you. Im not into preboxed donuts otherwise Id gone to a grocery store. It seems as if the young lady on Sunday had to put any effort into moving or smiling it was a burden. Management at this location really needs to look into better training or rethink his or hers current employees.

Special ordered pink iced with sprinkles donuts for my granddaughters first birthday. instead we got Halloween themed donuts that clashed with the party decorations. unable to each anyone to rectify. when ordered online, specifically asked the not to be Halloween. It totally ruined the decoration theme

Cashier was rude & kept rolling her eyes because it was FREE donut day and she kept trying to charge me even after presenting the advertisement! Then only gave me one instead of 3 because my 2 kids were with me as well! I asked her isnt it one per person she said yes! I said well my children are in the car and she rolled her eyes again and walked off so I drove off because its never that serious! Ill keep spending my money at other locations.

Really good donuts! I enjoyed this place a lot but wish they had less sugary options as well. Great if you have a sweet tooth or crave donuts that are hot and fresh. Check to see if the sign is illuminated and enjoy freshly prepared donuts.Service was very fast and prices were well listed without confusion. I would recommend this shop but caution you to not eat too many at one time as they are addicting.

Out of napkins AND at 10:30 am they were out of several kinds of doughnuts. This is a Krisp Kreme free standing store. How do you run out of napkins?

Was able to get each person the exact donuts they wanted. Thought $1.99 was ridiculous for juice, but it was a big juice bottle not a tiny juice box so it was actually a decent price. Iced latte was not on point, but the donuts made up for it.

I havent had Krispy Kreme in years and I must say I was not disappointed!! Their glazed donuts are the best, its just nice going to a place where the donuts are hot and fresh. Its worth going of you have a sweet tooth.

I ordered online and did not receive half of the order. I called over and 10 times during normal hours and no one answered. The donuts that I did get were made very sloppy and tasted old. I used to love Krispy Kreme and it’s disappointing that this is the closest one to me. I want my money back for the donuts I did not get!
