Started off great. Delivered flooring and promised thresholds. A week later, still not returning calls or text. I needed more wood to finish and had to ship it in from out of state. Very disappointed.

This is going to be a long one but stick with me so you can avoid going through all that I did. I was so excited to work with this company when we first started and it quickly turned into a complete mess. I got quotes from other flooring companies but decided to choose wright flooring to stay local and put money back into the pockets of our community. In the beginning Collin was attentive and extremely helpful, I scheduled to have my flooring done (carpet and LVP) 3/25-3/26. Colin called me the week before stating that his installer had gotten into a car wreck and one had possibly caught covid, I said no worries and rescheduled for 4/1-4/2 (I had already paid for all of the materials already equalling around $3600) now the day before install rolls around and I hadn’t heard anything about what time the installers would be here so I reached out to Colin around 3pm, I finally got a response the day of install at 8am stating that “the guys got stuck on the job and we’re running late” I once again said no worries just keep me up to date so I could make sure I was home, 1pm rolls around and I call and text Collin with no response to get an update. My husband reached out with a final call back from Collin stating he would look into it, he then sent me a text message at 2:30 stating the guys weren’t going to make it that day and would be there at 9am the following day (Friday 4/2) when they arrived on Friday I asked them to make sure the job would be finished Saturday 4/3 since I would be going out of town Monday, if not we could go ahead and cancel the project. The carpet installer called Collin and verified the LVP flooring would be installed on Saturday, the carpet was done in 2 hours and they left stating that Collin and Jason would be here at 9am Saturday to install the LVP. Saturday rolls around with zero communication from Collin or any installer so I once again have to reach out to Collin at 9:35 notifying him that we can cancel the lvp if it cannot be done, he text me back and stated he would personally install it Sunday (Easter) but I could not do that. Seeing that he seemed to actually care I moved my trip back a day and told him if he could get it done on Monday I would be okay, he said it would be done Monday and that he would discount the final invoice due to all of the inconveniences. The flooring got installed Monday like promised (worked until around 7pm) and I had to quickly leave the next day so I didn’t get a chance to really look at everything, when I got back into town and realized there were multiple spots that the floor was not installed properly, multiple spots where the quarter round was either installed wrong, they had shattered a base board and didn’t fix it and put a giant gash/ dent into my window sill. I emailed Collin with my concern with no reply almost 48 hours later I called him. He sent the team out to “fix” the issues 2 days later. Fast forward almost a week later I had not received any final invoice so I figured the discount he gave us was the remaining amount, trying to do the right thing I emailed Collin (once again me reaching out to him) with not a single word response but an invoice with a whopping $175 discount for the 4 days of rescheduling my schedule and moving trips around.So would I recommend this company, ABSOLUTELY NOT. I had to reach out for literally every single thing with ZERO communication from the OWNER of the company. The entire situation was handled beyond unprofessionally and I am so beyond disappointed in how everything went.

Oh my gosh what an amazing discovery... We had been burned so terribly by another flooring company in Tullahoma who took our money and disappeared. We needed flooring and stumbled upon Wright Floors. I was so scared to give money to another flooring company but Im so glad I did. Colin was amazing. He understood what wed been through, worked around us to find the perfect thing at the cost that really did work for us and delivered it as promised, even in better time than any other company we had spoken to. I dont ordinarily leave reviews but I had to. Im a landlord with multiple units and often in the need for flooring. As long as Wright floors is in business, this is who Ill call from now on (yes Colin you may be stuck with us). I dont know them, Im not a relative out to give a good review. I was just proud of what he offered and promised and came through with. Thank you guys so much

Before you commit to having your floors done by another company, contact Wright Floors! Colin was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and his quote saved us literally thousands of dollars! We had LVT installed throughout our home and it looks fantastic! His installers arrived on-time, were very respectful of our home, and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. Ask for Noah and Jason. You will not be disappointed!
