I stopped today not really knowing about what I was looking for in my first car and I was super nervous about spending to much and having my first auto loan but these guys and girls at arrowhead are amazing! Dustin helped me so much and everyone there was so nice and informative! Jim got me all set up with insurance and was super helpful as well! They made this process so easy and truly helped me, I am a single parent and they got me in a car that is perfect for me and my kiddos! I will be recommending these guys to everyone that I know and Ill definitely be going back for future cars!

Owners are very dishonest. They both talk down on their customers and employees. They have had a few lawsuits brought against them due to the way they operate their business. The only reason they have a few good reviews is that they are fake and delete the bad reviews. Stay away.

Some cool inventory but I would never do business with a place that has no Pricing on anything.

First time car buyer so I walked in almost clueless to the process but the guys at Arrowhead made it very easy on me and knew how to work with me based on my financial struggles really well and gave a very friendly and welcome experience the entire time, allowing for test drives and looks at the car before hand and being very patient with the down payments as I couldn’t get them all they wanted immediately due to the bank being closed at that point. Provided me with a car I love, certainly the nicest one I’ve ever owned so far

I had a flat tire, and stopped to see if anyone could help me. The gentleman stopped what he was doing and put on my spare for me. He was kind, and only charged me a minimal amount. I was very appreciative of his generosity.

Ive went here they want you to show money and start the process of purchasing before test drives and its super sketchy never seen that in my life gotta put money on the table to test drive a sketchy car I dont think so btw they keep removing my reviews so ima copy and paste from my notes from now on so you guys know and keep in mind I drove 40 miles to this place for them to not offer a test drive in the vehicle I was interested in and refused im not purchasing anything without a test drive know that and im reporting you to the bbb for the shady business practices

The way the handle business is outrageous. They sold us a vehicle that had to have over $1000 worth of repairs within the first 2 weeks of owning it. When I asked how they were going to make this right they stopped responding to me altogether. They only care that it is money in their pocket. They dont care if they are selling safe vehicles to families. I suggest you never go here to buy a vehicle! All you will get is a headache and a money pit.

Arrowhead Motors is a very organized, diverse inventory and overall, extremely helpful dealership. Personally, I have not bought anything from Arrowhead but I know I will be in the future. Chris and Dustin are great to deal with. When it came to questions about my daily vehicle or about tractors for farm work, they had very detailed and helpful answers.Great place, great people and cool stuff!

I have purchased 2 vehicles at Arrowhead Motors. I have been very happy with both purchases. Dustin and Chris made sure I had exactly what I wanted and took care of the financing, warranty and paperwork right there at the dealership quickly. When either car needed servicing it was done there. I have been very happy with the professional and courteous treatment from everyone.

I wish I had read the reviews before I did business with these guys.They were great on FB messenger in telling me everything would be ready and in great shape on a John Deere Gator I saw on their website. They advertised it as having AC and also an electric dump body. The sales manager also told me they would give me between 25-26k on a trade In for my Jeep Wrangler that had a new engine and over 12k of upgrades.I was willing to take a loss on my Jeep to get out of it and into what I was assured was a clean, ready to go Gator.They knew I drove 2.5 hours to make the deal. When I got there, it was bait and switch because the Gator didn’t have AC nor was it an electric dump...very expensive upgrades I had asked them to confirm before I got there. Also they made me wait 2 hours while they had to clean it, replace a battery, fix the torn seat with spot patches, and make some other spot repairs after assuring me it was in great shape and would be ready. They didnt disclose broken tail lights and damage to the bed nor an emergency brake that wasn’t working even after getting it home. I’m also having problems with the shifter now!It got better when they informed me that they “thought” my trade was a different year when they gave me those numbers on the phone and came in almost $3000 below. I mean, how do you mess that up when they had it in writing??The sales manager tries to come across as a nice guy who understands my disappointment but it was obvious they weren’t upfront with me and had no idea about the condition of the Gator prior to me coming out there and wasting my day. It seemed like a well rehearsed act they do fairly regularly. One of the owners was even sitting in his office while I was trying to discuss the situation with the sales manager and he had no interest in getting involved.The misrepresentation of the product, along with the manner in which they showed no regard for my time or good faith dealings is very disappointing. It sounds like others have had similar experiences.STEER CLEAR!!!

They are a SCAM bought a car from them a while ago. They sold me a 11 Honda Civic put Inspection stickers on it with both parking brakes destroyed and needing replacement (1000$) that also caused my rear brakes to lockup on me and replacement of them. I went back a few days later to confront them and they told me “I CAUSED THE DAMAGE” they are a absolute scam company that doesn’t care about you. NEVER BUT FROM THEM!!!

It was Thursday when I called to ask on a details about 2015 GMC Yukon Denali that this dealer had for sale.The person that answered the phone wasvery inpatient and in that short conversation vehicle was described as new condition.Saturday me and my wife took almost 3 hours trip to see vehicle in person and when we arrived there we were welcomed by David one of there sale consultant who was very nice and professional .I inspected vehicle and concluded that interior and exterior was in ok condition but underneath vehicle, brakes, suspension were so rusty, looked like 15 year old truck.....too much rust for $42,000 vehicle!!Next thing I wanted to take car for test drive and thats when I got absolutely shocked, owner comes out and starts almost yelling at me talking some non sense not allowing me to test drive the vehicle....My wife being a nurse quickly realized that the owner is most likely bipolar and the best thing for us would be to leave the place before situation escalate any further...I assumed that reason for there such a behavior was thought either that I dont have money to buy the vehicle or possible low offer that I will make which non of this was true.I am independent car dealer who was looking for vehicle for personal use...People out there please read reviews before do business with these guys!

Stopped a few times this spring and summer looking for a truck or suv. I talked to a few sales people over the phone and in person. One guy (can’t remember his name unfortunately) was very helpful and nice, the rest sounded like they don’t care, don’t know much about what they are selling, and just want to sell a car. Most of the cars they sell are old, high mileage and way.... overpriced for what they are. Last week I was looking at a SUV ready to make a deal, but decided to walk after I saw what was the owner or manager screaming and belittling one of his customers or staff in the sales lot. That is unacceptable and unprofessional to do that in front of customers or in general! Sorry but I won’t be back because of it.

Great place great people thanks to Chris and Dustin. They put me in the car that I wanted with a great price and super friendly about it. They ask me what car I thought about getting and I said I wanted the 2013 Honda CRV. They said OK well see what we can Do. 2 hours later I drove off the lot with that car they made car shopping for me extremely easy And definitely a place I would recommend for anybody who doesnt want to deal with the hassle thank you guys

Lies and Scams. Terrible place to try to do business.I called and asked about the price of a vehicle I was interested in and they told me a number that above book value. They said the car was in excellent condition and well taken care of with 80,000 miles. I negotiated them down on over the phone and met the next morning with cash as instructed. When I got there, the car was not in the location they indicated over the phone, so I had to travel to another location to see it. After getting to look over the vehicle, the car was covered in dents and scratches, and not in excellent condition at all. One concern I had was the wheels being completely curbed and trashed. They said that they would buff out, then later admitted that they already knew they were really bad and unfixable. I also noticed the car did not have 80,000 miles on it, but instead had 130,000 miles. When I got back to the main location to talk about price, it suddenly cost more than the original asking price. They negotiated down to 25% above the price they agreed to over the phone, and still above book value for excellent condition even though it was not in excellent condition.

Picked up my suv today very happy the guys there were so helpful I recommend get your next vehicle with them

I am impressed with this dealership. Zack and the rest of the staff are professionals without being stuffy.This is truly the kind of dealership with a laid back sales approach which is refreshing. I travelled from the Keene area because they had the car I was searching for and the price was exactly within my range.I was able to do 95% of the financing through emails with Zack. I drove to the dealership and found the vehicle washed, detailed, and waiting for my test drive.The car was more impressive than the online presentation would suggest. It actually had a few more features and details than I was expecting.The entire process took less then a half hour of paperwork and they were accommodating with everything I needed. After a recent divorce my credit was less than perfect. Not only did they get me excellent financing (based on my credit score) but Zack gave me a few ways to help improve and re-establish my score and informed me of an error in the reporting of the credit bureaus.Further, I was there close to closing time and I am sure they all had plans but they never tried to rush me out the door. It took a little time to get my insurance settled with my insurance company but the entire staff was very patient.Keep in mind, this is not a large corporate dealership. Its a small dealership selling quality used vehicles. At no time did I feel like I was getting cheated. It was refreshing.

Worked with Dustin to get into a SUV got my fiancee and I into a 05 jeep liberty at a decent finance rate and good terms..it did have some issues however Zac the sales manager and Dustin fixed the problem and then some with no hassle or cost to us. Would definitely recommend Arrowhead. Only 4 stars because the liberty wasnt good to go but they were quick to make the deal right...Thanks guys!

The owner is a nut job. He asked me what I was willing to pay for a car, then Screamed at me that it was impossible and that I had to buy his car for Lots more money. Actually yelled at me, followed me out to my car yelling. Plain crazy. Went somewhere else and got a good car within my budget the next day.

They think it is just fine to sell a car they know wont pass inspection and is unsafe on the road but then will blame you. I would never recommend you come to this dealership you will get ripped off

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Arrowhead Motors now. A plow truck 3 years ago and a Ford Escape just recently. I cant say enough about this dealerships integrity, honesty and care for its customers. We couldnt decide what we actually wanted this time and weve been comparing and visiting other dealers for a couple of months, and the staff at Arrowhead never put any pressure on us at all, just let us figure it out. That was the big reason we decided to stick with them when we did decide to buy. They were willing to get whatever vehicle we decided on even if they didnt have it in stock. When we finally decided to buy, they had the escape that fit all of our criteria- basically we were looking for an older X-5 and astoundingly, the 2014 Escape had all the same features! We couldnt be more pleased. Id recommend Arrowhead to anyone looking for a good vehicle, and their financing options are the best anywhere.

Watch out for this dealership. The vehicle I was interested in ended up having a salvaged title and they did not disclose this information. They even knew I would be driving an hour and forty minutes to visit their dealership.The vehicle in question was a 2014 Polaris Rzr 900 I saw on Craigslist. They were aware of the distance I was coming from and invited me to come up and theyd be sure to take care of me and get me a great deal. The Rzr was not a great deal to begin with... it was pretty loaded and priced on the high side, but Id been looking for a couple of weeks and this one had most of what I wanted so I figured Id strike the best deal I could and get what I wanted.At the last minute, I looked up the VIN to be sure I wasnt missing anything and voila! The Rzr had been sold at an auction in Pennsylvania as a totaled unit with a salvaged title. There was even a photo of the unit and boy was it jacked up. The roof had collapsed, the front end was destroyed and the right front tire was sitting on the floor next to the sad little Rzr. Thankfully I found out before signing any papers and took off. The salesman denied it was a salvaged title when I asked him about it so either he didnt know or he was a liar. If the salesman didnt know, then hes working for a scumbag who did know. Be careful about buying from these guys... They obviously dont mind withholding important info.

Terrible, sold me the worst car of my life .Dressed it up, over 3000 worth of repair less than 90 days later.Made false promises. Manipulative sales tatics.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE and if you do cut the asking price for their vehicles in HALF OR LESS because they are all JUNK and they will LIE to you to get a sale.BUYER BEWARE.

Overall good experience! The sales representatives at Arrowhead are all very professional and down-to-earth! I was teamed with Zach to find a rig. He was very informative and knew his stuff! He paired me with a 2004 Ford Escape. The vehicle ran quite well for the first few months, but then the tranny started loosing gears. First, it was 2nd gear...then 5th gear shortly followed. At first, i was upset with Arrowhead for selling me a lemon, but i quickly came to my senses....there was absolutely NO way that they couldve known the Escape had a transmission with one foot out the door. Although i ended up having to sell the Escape after about only a year of ownership, due to the transmission completely failing, this experience has not dampered my respect for the folks at Arrowhead! I always have, and always will think highly of their team! I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is searching for a quality used car at a reasonable price! If my TrailBlazer (which i bought from A Notch Above in Bradford, VT...) keeps acting the way it has been, i may be paying the gentlemen at Arrowhead a visit VERY soon!! LOL
