Took my car in far a paint job estimate. Said that theyd call the next day. 2 days later I called them to be told he hadnt had time to work up the estimate. A week later Im still waiting. Guess they dont need my business.

My Family, and I have taken our cars to Llanfair since I was at least 5 years old, and Im 30 now. I grew up in Northbrook in a much better time. This place is one of the few GOOD businesses left in Northbrook! Dave will not only ensure you receive quality service in a timely manner, but he will go above, & beyond to help his customers.Theres been MANY times myself, or a family member have had a small amount of damage on our cars, and werent sure if we should report to insurance with a $500+ deductible. Dave has NEVER overcharged us like many other body shops tried to. Hes an honest man running a quality small business. Id highly recommend his business to anyone in need of any level of body repair!!!

I’ve had a couple of my cars there and the work is second to none. Dave made it a very good experience. Very nice guy. I live in Milford about 40 minutes out from Llanfair and could have had it done locally but our first experience was so good they got a customer for life.

I was in a minor car accident and was not trying to do extensive work to my car, but wanted to do enough to pass inspection. I asked John to fix just the tail light and do some light work on my car. To my surprise, when I showed up to pick up my car, he did more than just replace the tail light. I was really impressed with the work and they did. They did not try to charge me above what they quoted me even though they did more than they needed to. It was a great experience working with them.

They are accommodating, fast, and have excellent customer service. The owner Dave went out if his way to scheduled my rent a car for me. They had my car fixed in half the time and for a lower price than I was quoted elsewhere.

Dave and his team are like family. There is no one I would trust with a vehicle more than them. There is no other body shop that I would recommend more than Llanfair. They made a collision repair one of the easiest experiences, keeping me informed the entire time with almost daily updates, setting up a rental car for me through insurance, handling all of the paperwork. I cant imagine a better experience with a repair shop.
