Recently, while parked in a parking lot, my 2018 Toyota Highlander would not start. I did not buy this car from them, but I was relatively close to Markquart Toyota. I phoned their service department. It was 4:45 pm and their service department closes at 5:30...I believe. Service consultant, Randy Jones took my call and tried to help me over the phone for at least a half hour. Despite our best efforts we were unsuccessful. Randy got permission to leave work early and drove his personal vehicle to where I was to help me. After a fashion, he was able to get my car running and I drove it to Markquart Motors where I left it, to be fixed the next day. While waiting for my wife to pick me up I encountered Josh Z, a Markquart General Manager, who was very friendly and helpful in making arrangements to have my car repaired.Most of this event took place after hours and Randy and Josh went far “above and beyond” normal efforts to help. I was totally pleased with their friendliness and willingness to help, and I’ll definitely take my Toyota there for service in the future. Also, Markquart will be the first place I look when it’s time for a new car.

We were visiting Chippewa Falls from Milwaukee and our windshield cracked. Markquart Toyota worked with Auto vision center and our windshield was fixed in no time. The other windshield place we called couldn’t get us in for a week! The whole process from the first phone call to picking up the vehicle when it was done was impeccable! The windshield was replaced and recalibrated in a very timely manner. Everyone from AVC and Markquart made the entire process seamless. We have never purchased a vehicle here but would strongly consider it in the future. This place is top notch! LOVE TOYOTA!!!

This was by far the best car-buying experience I have had in 30 years. I worked with Tyler and we were able to negotiate the entire deal online. When we went to pick up the vehicle everything went as planned including my trade. I let Tyler know that we wanted to be in and out and that is exactly what it was, maybe 30 minutes at the dealership. No hard sell on add-ons. We drove 2 1/2 hours to buy our car with at least 3 other Toyota dealerships closer and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I just did my first oil change after Markquart did the first 5 on my 2019 Highlander. I had to use a breaker bar and a rubber mallet to remove the filter and the drain plug. I called the service manager to complain and he informed me that they use a torque wrench to set proper tightness and a crush washer on the drain plug. There was no crush washer and he had no answer for that. Stay away!
