Wonderful experience in getting my platinum rings buffed and polished with the cost of donating to my favorite charity St. Jude childrens hospital! I believe the jeweler was named Peter, if Im not mistaken (this was a couple of months ago). I will purchasing some fine jewelry there and have some personally done for me. This was the Chino Hills location and much better service and staff than Daniels Jewelry a couple stores down.

The service at Jareds has really gone down the past few years. We bought my engagement ring here and purchased the additional warranty. Everytime I bring my ring in for a size change, I encounter some type of issue.I came into this Chino location two weeks ago for an inspection and size change. I asked them why they stopped the process of confirming the diamond Cert number. I was told they never did that, which is not true. Ive been bringing my ring in twice a year, for the past 11 years. I think I know what the hell has been the process.The middle eastern gentleman there was way out of line, he tried to insinuate that I had taken my ring somewhere else for work and now I am trying to question Jared for theyre process. I have a warranty through Jared, why would I take it somewhere else? It was honestly extremely unprofessional and rude.To top things off, Lina promised to look into reordering my Diamond Certificate. She said shed get back to me within a few days.. Its now been two weeks.For the price, the service at Jareds is definitely not worth it..

Apparently you need an appointment now to even enter the store, so make sure you call ahead. Wish someone would have told me that before I drove for an hour (this is the closest location to me) only to find they couldnt even do a quick cleaning of my ring and no appointments were available for the rest of the day. I was told someone might be out to help me shortly but I was left standing in the parking lot.... very disappointed for something that should be so easy.

(COVID experience) lots of sanitizer available, staff cleaned everything often when unoccupied, occupancy restricted to appropriate/comfortable capacity. The only difference in service is that you cant see the smiles of staff behind the mask.

Awesome experience with Jared’s It was my first time there and desperate to find a reliable jeweler to repair an expensive ring I had. Sales rep and jeweler worked together to help me. Prices are fair and they were professional. I felt at ease leaving my ring there for a few hours to get fixed. My ring looked more beautiful then ever once they had fixed it. I would not hesitate recommending them

We got way more than we bargained for when my husband bought a beautiful ring for me at Jared’s. They require you to bring it in every six months to clean it and check the setting, and believe me, it’s for your benefit! With all the gardening I do, my rings take a beating, and every six months, it gives me peace of mind to have it professionally checked and cleaned. More than that, when the white gold loses its silver appearance slightly, they’ve treated it with rhodium to restore the shiny silver look, all covered under the warranty. When I mentioned that it turns on my finger, they suggested a fix that I agreed to (at my cost), two little balls inside the curve, which has made the ring work getting past my knuckle and still fitting well. (Their in-house repair people do great work, and both times I’ve had a repair done, it’s completed the same day within hours..remarkable!) Plus, the staff are all so friendly and helpful every time without fail. I’ve been given incredibly great service with this ring every time I come in.

Do not have anything repaired here! I had a necklace repaired here, it broke in the exact same spot within 24 hrs. When I tried to take it back to have it fixed, I was told that it broke one link over and that it had been repaired before. Really? Not my chain, unless you messed up the one any only repair it had ever had. When I asked for the manager I was given some excuse why she couldnt see me. My husband used to buy other items here as well, never again! There are too many other stores that we will gladly take our business to that do not have snotty sales associates.

If zero stars were possible, I would give them that.I took a watch to them to hopefully get it fixed. They could not. While that in itself wouldnt be a problem, they also scratched and deformed the back of the watch, making it unable to be opened. Then they had the gall to claim it was originally like that. Thats impossible, as it would have constantly scratched and cut into my wrist. I very much regret not taking a picture beforehand. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE. THEY ARE DISHONEST.

I did purchase my engagement ring for my fiancé here. They are a great store, be sure to ask for any specials coming up. It can save you quite a bit if your on a budget and could use a discount. They are extremely helpful. Great place to shop for your love!

I would give 0 stars if possible.I went to have my watch repaired on 12/2/18 and was informed that they would call me when it was done. I had to pick it up 4/22/19 because I received no communication from them about whether it was completed or not.Manager told me that the employees left the company and it got lost in the shuffle. So every time an employee leaves/gets fired is there just a pile of other peoples property just sitting there??I told him that I was a small business owner and that if I didnt communicate with a client for 5 months I wouldnt expect to get paid anything. I was in a rush so I asked how much do I have to pay to walk out the door and he said, It says $150 then attempted to justify it etc.I expected SOME type of discount for this ridiculous mistake on their part but the manager made it very clear that he just wanted my $150 not my satisfaction. All I got were some seemingly half-hearted apologies and no solutions.He said he could do an in depth investigation but it would take 15-20 minutes and immediately said after that the employees left the company so what good would that possibly do?Overall I was VERY dissatisfied with everything and I will no longer be doing business of any kind with this store. My wife tells me this is typical of a jewelry store but if so I dont know how any of them are in business. You dont just not communicate for 5 months and expect for everything to be satisfactory. 0 stars and I wont be coming back.

Came in just to put a new battery on my watch. Next thing you know they removed the hands off my watch. I did not sign any Consents saying they can take Parts off my watch. It’s been Over a month Now and they still can’t get it fixed! First and last time I come to this place. Full of Negative Energy.

Thank you to Rushna and Bianca, these two are the jewelry G.O.A.T.s! If you need something from Jareds, ask for either of them. If they arent in, wait until they work next. You wont regret it, I promise. I walked in to have my jewelry repaired, cleaned and to purchase a ring. Now my ring finger is current mood all day and I love the pendant as well. I am very impressed with the sorcerer who curated the beautiful pieces. I feel like a million bucks and I owe my happiness to both Rushna and Bianca. I cannot thank them enough. They made the moment very special for me and my husband and because of the two of them, we will continue to trust Jareds. Specifically this location in Chino Hills. The store manager was also very nice and contributed to amazing shopping experience as well. Bless up to you all, Im am currently living my best life!

If I could put NO STARS I would! Dont waste your time at these places!The quality of the diamonds and customer service is the worst!What will happen is youll go in.... (sure they will be nice) but the truth is they dont care about you or the reason you are looking. Its all based off commission. They will sell you the worst diamonds ever and WAY Over priced. Then what will probably happen is that youll get appraised and you will loose money because you were taken advantage of. So my advice is stay away from all big jewelers like this one and mall jewelers and go to the mom and pop family owned stores cause you will get the best diamonds for a better price.
