Fast, efficient and use a coupon. Well worth it.

This is my second time using this particular Jiffy Lube, and I was even more astounded than my last visit. Not only are the staff professional and fast, but the guy who works inside, Hugo, is amazing! I feel more like a friend stopping by than a customer. Each time Ive been in there, weve chatted about our days, our families, etc. He makes getting an oil change super relaxing and entertaining. I love this place!

Went in for an oil change. They immediately started working on my car when I got there since it wasnt busy. Place is really clean. They recommended I also get an oil filter and air filter change. I dont know if I actually needed those changed but it was an extra $70. Hard to review this place since I dont know much about cars.

Got a oil change here cuz I didnt have time to do it myself. Now doing my oil change, this place put my oil filter on way to tight! I cant get off. Its like they glued it on! Dont come here they refuse to fix there mistake!! (make it right) unacceptable

Dont go to this jiffy lube unless you absolutely cant go anywhere else they try to tell you that you need stuff when u dont and charge you double where everywhere else charges then tell you they are taking %10 off just cause your special and even after the %10 percent off its still $20 dollars more then charge you extra for stuff other places include in there package. High milage oil change at wal mart is 35.98 and like $5 for a air filter. This place is $65 then they take off $10 then charge you $30 for the air filter plus $25 for labor. So a simple $40 oil change turns into $80 to $90. Down below is a wal mart reciept and a jiffy lube reciept you be the judge.

Policies not followed. Signature service purchased, cost 104$. !!!! They didn’t vacuum, didn’t do the windows, they didn’t top off washer fluid and they didn’t escort me out and show me the oil to confirm it was changed. So I’m guessing 35$ for a filter 50$ for 5 quarts oil and 15$ for the guy that worked on my car for 20 mins

The Jiffy Lube guys are always courteous and professional. I never get pressured to get anything more than what I asked. They work fairly quickly to get you back on the road. I also really appreciate the free fluid top offs in between oil changes.

I think they do a great job at Jiffy Lube l bought window wipers had my tires rotated had my filters changed and my oil changed they were done in 45 minutes l give them a 10 and your 5 star rating and the gentle men working there are the most courteous and helpful they are the best.

I had my cars first oil change in Jiffy Lube last Sunday and I havent had this oil change experience anywhere ever for the last 28 years!They have excellent customer service and perform an oil change in less than 15 minutes; yes they are not the cheapest ones, but like the saying you get what you pay. I know this is a quick-change place but the service really is fast, if not spectacular. However, they were really helpful when I needed to get receipts from past service.

Rude and tried to over charge me. Refused to honor Groupon then offered $5 off. I immediately refused and stated dont make me google a discount. He did and I used a $13 off Coupon. The next customer he said I dont need the Coupon I have it memorized. Looks like Ill be finding a new place for oil changes...A 6 year loyal customers lost

Got a quote on the price for an oil change for a 2007 Lexus 350 ES. The guy told me it would cost over $80 dollars!? I could could go to a mom and pop garage and get an oil change for $30 bucks. The guy told me I needed to use synthetic oil which is not true, the factory recommends 5W-30...Are you kidding me? This is my recent firsthand experience as a possible customer of Jiffy Lube. I remember coming to Jiffy Lube years ago at a different location and I dont recall it being such a scam.

Went there last Monday for an oil change at about 5:30. I was in and out in 20 minutes and the staff was very friendly. Each young man explained what they were doing, they even cleaned the windows and vacuumed my dirty car. I will be back!

Absolutely horrible!I brought my car in because it overheated. They charged me $600+ to replace my entire cooling system (radiator, thermostat, tubing, etc.) and guaranteed me it was fixed. A few days later, it overheated again. I took it back to them and the manager told me they drove it around and tested it out, and they couldnt get it to heat up again, but they topped-off my coolant because they said it was low (you would think it wouldnt be low seeing how they just replaced the entire system a few days prior.) No more than a week later, my car overheated, yet again. Being fed-up with the techs at that location, I took it to the Jiffy Lube in Yorba Linda and they explained that the idiots didnt put a gasket on the thermostat, so it had been leaking coolant the entire time. It amazes me that after bringing it back the second time they wouldnt check their work to ensure everything was copasetic. I missed three summer school classes (each class running approximately $300), several hours of work, and had to rent a car. Horrible techs.

The staff was helpful and took care of me. They even gave me a coupon just for asking! This is a big change from 3 years ago when they told me the last oil change I had stripped my oil drain plug... so they had to put on a special seal that would work but Jiffy Lube locations were the only ones that could service the oil from then on! What a bunch of non-sense. I took my car back to the last oil change facility and they checked everything out and it was fine. Thank G-D those scam artists are gone! I will go back there more regularly now.

Went to three previous places including Walmart. Got there 30 mins before they closed and they said no. Right away i called Jiffy Lube and they said bring it well do it.Got here 5 mins before they close and they did it. Very polite employees here i recommended this place to everyone. Second time here and i absoultley lovee it. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Cashier tony explained everything they did to my tacoma today. And gave meAnd the guy who was working on my Tacoma was also very helpful named started with an O. Had a trim beared. Took intrest and care in getting all my filters replaced and my belt. Thankyou sooo much guys!! You guys are awesome. I literally drive from Fontana just to come here. Use to live in the area the first time i came here. Got serviced today!

They are NOT trustworthy. I was told to come back the next day to get service on replacing a belt. But, when I got there the day I made an appointment, they said they dont have the part and cannot do the work. I drove back and forth for nothing.
